The Costco store at Eagan is great. The store is clean and items display look great and easy to find. Excellent customer service. Thank you to all Costco staffs

Looks good on the inside. New facility. Dock personnel could be more courteous. I had a indecent where I needed to get out and, they have to buzz you out so you can leave. The person who was supposed to let me out sat and talked to another employee while I was waiting to leave I was right by the door. I th thought that was disingenuous. It took her so long, I just opened the door myself and left. Pharmacist and tech's are courteous. Good people. I was there for a delivery.

There is no better deal than the and for $1.50. Splurge, and get a slice of too, you animal.

The meat department is outstanding and priced affordably!

Nice place to stop pizza and beef hotdogs can eat for under $5.

Very clean, well organized and friendly, knowledgeable people.

Sought help finding an item and the staff were very courteous!

Yesterday around 7pm we had a really bad customer service experience at Costco, Eagan while trying to open a new membership. We had been in line waiting for over 20 mins. When it was finally our turn the lady behind us starts talking to the customer service (CR) person and the CR redirects his full attention to her. After a couple of minutes we reminded the CR person that it was our turn and that we had been waiting for a long time. He asks us for our ID which we handed to him right away but not within a second he left us hanging with our IDs in hand to address the lady. We wait a minute and ask him again to please direct his focus to us. At this point the lady is standing beside us (no distancing) and the CR agrees to help but right after he says that he is already in another computer helping this lady. When we were waiting in line he never addressed us to help us while helping another customer and this lady had only been in line a few minutes. It feels like if you are latino/a you have to be ok letting customer service allowing white customers to cut in line while you have been waiting over 20 mins. At one point there were 3 Costco employees helping the lady that was behind us while we had to continue to wait. At the end we just walk out of the store because we felt discriminated.

Nice new place.. Lot of items what doesn't have in other locations.

First time in the new Eagan center and I loved it! Neat and clean!

Love there hotdogs, I am disappointed at not carrying my love crunch all the time but it is all good, I do not go unless I have to because it is so busy, but that is good to.

Unusually busy for a Monday. But a good experience none the less.

This Costco is so well stocked. Lots of parking and no wait at the gas station

Such a convenient location, right off the highway! The store is clean and the staff is extremely helpful. I think the number 1 thing for me has always been customer service and this place has GOT it. Everyone from the grocery floor staff to the food court staff is very courteous and kind. Just another reason why I love this place.

Good location overall with courteous staff. But they need to fix their tire department, or at least put more people up front to deal with customers. I've gone there a couple of times in the evening and always had to wait for 10+ minutes before someone could help me. It also took 2.5 hours for them to change my tires. I'd give 5 stars if the tire department wasn't such a frustrating experience.

Biggest Costco around. More selection. Great staff! Lots of parking and few customers.

I always enjoy my visits at costco, all the employees are friendly and helpful, and the products are of great quality.

While waiting for new tires, I was wondering around looking for a step stool. I asked the associate Shawn if he knew where they could be, and he offered to go look and come back to let me know, which was super helpful, but then he went above and beyond by checking if different stores in the area had them! If I weren't moving out of state, I would be a frequent customer at this location.

I like shopping at Costco but they don't carry all products you need. Ex no regular saltine crackers

In and out on a busy day picked up some desserts for Christmas

I am very happy with the new store and the services I gets always. Food cart always cleaned . People at gate very busy with cleaning cart !!! Thank you very much for your services!!!

All the typical Costco departments providing goods and services at fair prices. Note that packaging is "family" sized.

Great shopping experience. Very COVID-19 conscientious. Excellent grocery. Very competitive if not the best prices. Outstanding seasonal items.

Costco has arrived in Eagan and what a beautiful new building. When a new store opens, Costco brings in special products for the first week that they typically don t sell. This location has designer purses that will be here for a week. Also, some high end jewelry such as a Rolex watch. You can find different products at each Costco you visit. Today I purchased Mini pancakes made in France.

The store in Eagan has a liquor store and what is new, self check out!!! But for all you sneaky people trying to pull a fast one, the receipts at self check out print out on a blue paper. Which alerts the receipt checker to double check your purchases.

Staff is super excited to be here. This location is still hiring. The parking lot has extra wide parking spaces. This store has opened just in time for the Holidays.

Costco is always good. A place you can trust for decent quality stuff in very reasonable price.

All mask policy was being observed and social distancing was good also. We went to the Eagan store.

While the prices are pretty good, without signage, items are hard to find!

I am normally a fan of all Costco's, and frequent them quite often. Best place to get gas! My last visit was was definitely not the norm, but a manager by the name of Chee made that visit unpleasant. I gave him the benefit of the doubt, thinking he might have had a bad day and was completely nice to him. His demeanor didn't change, looked down on me, and even talked down to me. Ruined my day. I won't stop going to Costco, but I may think twice about going to the Eagan store if I need to go to customer service.

Costco's service is exceptional. Don't waste your time at Sam's. Their visa card rewards you with a nice check every January.

They enforce mask wearing and people social distance.

It's shiny and new. The parking lot is awesome. I'm so used to my cart shaking everything in it. The layout of the store was similar to the Burnsville Costco, which allowed me to shop fairly quickly.

I've been a Costco member since they opened their first B&M store in Mpls. Great product and great people.

Costco is one of our regular store for groceries shopping especially for milk , eggs , meat, fruits, grains , veggies, oils , clothing,gift cards , gas.

I also go for liquor shopping here. They have decent collection of beers , wines , hard liquor. I feel the the pricing over here cannot be beat by other stores or come in comparison .

Quality of products is very good. The pricing on most or for all is very economical , affordable.

The only draw back I see is that some time you end up buying more than what you want to get . Also the quantity of each product is so much that you might not able to consume and might end up throwing.

Costco has best customer service and best return policy.

Costco has is best and you will pay much lesser than what you pay at the gas stations.

The Parking lot is very big and can easily find parking.

You need a membership to shop at Costco. There are different types of membership that you can choose from. If you get a Costco executive membership and Costco - Citi Visa credit card you get cash back on your regular shopping at costco

I was having some issues using the Costco app so I went in to the new Eagan Costco - HUGE THANK YOU to Gabriel C. and David in Member Services for their patience and helping solve the problems I was having on the app. The attention to detail, care, and commitment to the customer SHINES at this location. Great team, great leadership, great location! Looking forward to shopping here more often

Helpful staff, organized like the other Twin Cities Costcos. Very easy to navigate, everyone wearing masks.

Credit card. Career. Cost-co membership. If you shop here chances are your life is half over and you have settled thst this is about as good as life is going to get. You use to have dreams. Now you wonder around aimlessly wondering if you need a 12 pack of mustard or if that 75 inch TV is enough to fill that empty void in your soul.

Meets every expectation, but still not sure I love it.

Not too busy, surprisingly as it was 11 on a Sunday and there was no Viking game. Checkout was fast efficient and friendly.

Got gas after, no one was there so I had my own pick of stations to use.

Early times for the elderly is a great idea. Thanks Costco!

Costco is as Costco does. Decent deals on bulk products, appliances, computer chairs, hell just about anything.

First time there, they actually had food. And the prices were reasonable and fresh produce galore. Very friendly staff.

This is a new store. It has all the great stuff but isn't busy yet.

Almost no organic produce compared to other area Costcos. No smoked, cured fish section at all. Workers on the floor are not knowledgeable of their own stock. People at the cafe just seem to ignore orders & only serve people who walk up and ask where there food is. Only one person on the weekend checking people at out door--big wait just to get out. While defending this store's lack of products, she made a racist remark about the people who frequent another store. I won't be going to this Costco again.

First time @eagan location like it, spent to much. The pizza was awsome

Don't know why I'd ever go to EP or SLP again. Less crowded, easy to get in and out.

I love Costco. It is always fun to go check out what they have! They also do a great job keeping the store clean.

The lowest prices for a 75 lb bag of lemons around. They also sell humidifiers, which is nice.

Costco is obviously similar to Sam's Club. I feel it is a little generic.

Typical Costco warehouse. Familiar layout with no surprises. They have liquor, tires, eye wear, food, and self checkout.

This is the best one I've been to in the twin cities in awhile... very well lite and laid out.... parking seems to be ok most of the time too

My husband got gas this morning around 7:00am at the Eagan Costco gas station and called to tell me what a wonderful experience he had. A special thanks to Bob for being super friendly and wonderful to him so early in the morning!

Has lots of stuff you need and don't need helpful staff good selection of all kinds of things good prices need to be a member

It's a nice new store, but everything is VERY LARGE in quantity!

Not the busiest Costco which makes it nice! The optical department is top notch, helpful, friendly staff. Always stocked well.
