Just like all the other Costco. Great and newly built.

Very nice staff, no matter which location I have gone to. Always knowledgeable about the things I have asked about. My only complaint would be a lack of big girls clothing (size 7-16). Options for little girls, options for women, not many for that age group.

Love this place! Never have to wait to get gas and rarely is there a wait at checkout. Ignore the geniuses who compare SAMs club or show up on opening day and complain it s too busy. Seriously these keyboard warriors are getting outta control...

It s worth the membership fee, and if you decide Costco isn t for you they even refund the membership fee which Sams club does NOT! Thanks Costco!

It's a clean cool quiet environment for shopping, the cashier I met was very helpful as well. I had no idea you need a membership to shop here. So... I was a little embarrassed at the check out lol

The New Eagan COSTCO is clean and well-staffed with friendly, informed staff.

This was my first time. I really enjoyed all that they have to offer. The prices are very competitive. Will be going back.

Brand new Costco store, opened in 2019, November. Still smells like construction. Not big crowd is here and it is another benefit to do shopping here. Otherwise here you can find the same goods as in another Twin Cities Costco locations.

Lots of organic items, great bakery goods, so much to choose from. Shopping there is typically a delight.

Great new location with ample parking and room to grow, same great people and service like any other Costco.

The Eagan Costco has a lot of great things going on there. I was able to get my hearing checked, buying hearing aids, go grocery shopping, and pick up a meal all in one stop.

Nice, clean store with very helpful staff (I have only been there twice at relatively slow times).
I was disappointed at a lack of variety in many grocery categories.
Their major saving grace is their fantastic gas prices!! (When we went, it was 30-33 cents cheaper than the majority of stations in the south metro)

I love Costco but why isn't anybody cleaning self check-outs? They are really gross at times, so I must do it myself. I appreciate the mask policy during this pandemic but cleaning could be so much better.

I did not find any of their alright Cottage Cheese. The layout is a little off, (I'm used to St Louis Park).

SO HAPPY that the Yakitori Chicken Japanese Style Rice Bowls are back!! They are quick, simple, healthy and we LOVE them!!

I would love to see the green bag of Parmesan Spinach Ravioli's back; no others can compare!!

They also switched, a long time ago, one of their Spinach & Artichoke dips to a different brand which is disgusting! Please go back to the previous brand!

All & all it's a nice store with nice employee's.

They are fast and efficient and everyone wears a mask.

This is newest Costco in the Mn! But it doesn't have many of the oriental stuff sad face but it's a good Costco !

The mask thing is really dumb. Anything less than an N95, does NOTHING, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Against any virus.

Last night I headed to Costco for my Tire rotation appointment. Josh and James really impressed me with their professionalism and expertise. I really enjoy doing business with companies that hire great people and excel at customer service.

Thank you for continuing to do the right thing for public safety even when other stores have been relaxing on the rules. This has been the only place that I have felt consistently safe and I genuinely appreciate it.

Basic Costco. Today with the COVID even though it was a busy Saturday people seemed to keep distance. No complaints.

Eagan Costco is so easy to get in, grab a few things and get out, don't have to wait long in the checkout line. No matter how busy it is.

I always use self checkout so I can check out my own items, and don't have to have other people touching my things, and they always bring it upon themselves to come over and start scanning/touching my things without even asking if I would like their help. Pretty disappointing

If you're doing KETO this is not the best location for you. This place doesn't have enough variety of products. Only 3 types of nuts. No sliced almonds, no matcha, no thai coconut cream, no sunflower seeds, only 1 type of instant coffee, 1 brand of cream cheese and no coconut milk in half gallons/gallon. Pretty disappointed!

Very clean. Staff is nice, not overly crowded generally.
