Not only did I feel I got the car I was looking for, at a very reasonable price, it also came with a transferable service plan from BMW, which I wasn t expecting, but am delighted with, as it also gives me additional piece of mind! Big shout out to Ian Flood and all the staff at Haines Fleet Management. Even during this Covid Lock down they could not do enough for their customers. They were kind and honest and the quality of their cars is as new. I bought 2017 hyundai tuscon from them and everybody who has seen it is impressed by how good it looks and the spec level. My kids love the car. On the day of the hand over my trade in would not start. I was so embarrassed Ian said not a problem did not try and use it to lower my trade in price and gave me a full tank of diesel and text me later to say my car was running to give me peace of mind. I would also like to thank David who met me in Cashel on his way to Cork to return my wallet which I stupidly left in my old car that day. Great bunch of people great cars. Full 5 from me, I was looking for nice SUV for a few weeks and I came across Haines Fleet on Car Zone. Ian looked after me from start to finish and he couldn't have been more professional. Ian went through the car inch by inch and explained what every button done. When I picked my car up it was spotless inside and out and I couldn't believe it when Ian insisted on filling up tank. Just bought a Skoda Superb 2010 for use as a taxi from Haines Fleet. Ian and Vincent where the two lads I was dealing with. Great lads to deal with. Easy going,no pressure on you to buy. Whenever your ready then there ready. Besides the tea and biscuits, filling up the tank as well before collecting the car was a nice touch. Not too many car dealers can tick that box. In some cases the car nearly has to be pushed off the lot to the petrol station. Anyway I highly recommend Haines Fleet if a car catches you eye.
