Yesterday around 7pm we had a really bad customer ...

Yesterday around 7pm we had a really bad customer service experience at Costco, Eagan while trying to open a new membership. We had been in line waiting for over 20 mins. When it was finally our turn the lady behind us starts talking to the customer service (CR) person and the CR redirects his full attention to her. After a couple of minutes we reminded the CR person that it was our turn and that we had been waiting for a long time. He asks us for our ID which we handed to him right away but not within a second he left us hanging with our IDs in hand to address the lady. We wait a minute and ask him again to please direct his focus to us. At this point the lady is standing beside us (no distancing) and the CR agrees to help but right after he says that he is already in another computer helping this lady. When we were waiting in line he never addressed us to help us while helping another customer and this lady had only been in line a few minutes. It feels like if you are latino/a you have to be ok letting customer service allowing white customers to cut in line while you have been waiting over 20 mins. At one point there were 3 Costco employees helping the lady that was behind us while we had to continue to wait. At the end we just walk out of the store because we felt discriminated.
