Good location overall with courteous staff. But they need to fix their tire department, or at least put more people up front to deal with customers. I've gone there a couple of times in the evening and always had to wait for 10+ minutes before someone could help me. It also took 2.5 hours for them to change my tires. I'd give 5 stars if the tire department wasn't such a frustrating experience.
