Very poor service have been in the queue for over an hour and I just kept going up everything goes wrong within this company !!! I do not recommend anyone reviva !!!!! Bunch OF AMATEURS !!! (VAT 4.5 stars is not right and the good comments in between are probably the people of the company itself)

Then another fifteen minutes in advance a phone call from the delivery person. The delivery person was very correct. Waiting for 2 weeks for my phone, every time I call I am caller number 40 (!!!), once I left my phone on, it literally cost me more than an hour to become a 10-15 caller.

First appointment canceled without reason on the day of delivery; especially for staying at home (had to sign for it). Only after such an 8-hour possibility to make an appointment, again 3 days later. AND that for TELE2 product that promises on the site: "ordered today, delivered tomorrow". Also had contact with Tele2 and they point to Reviva. Delivery of new iPhone eventually took more than 1 week - too bad for the surprise it should have been (birthday). Really NOT this time this type of delivery, very bad and a very dissatisfied customer!

Delivery appointment made on Saturday. They would come between 1.30 pm and 4.30 pm. At 4.35 pm I get a message that the driver will be there in 15 minutes ... but no one came. Then at 17.06 a report not at home.
Great considering it is a shop and we are open until 6 pm. Unfortunately, according to customer service, the driver could not come to us on time and it was a problem in the planning. I had to make a new appointment and unfortunately that was only possible on Tuesday. However, we will then go on holiday!
Fortunately he was still able to schedule me on Monday.
And yes! Sat at home all day for nothing! Driver would come between 1pm and 3pm. At 3.15 pm a phone call that they couldn't make it today ... They couldn't arrange it anymore and it was a shame for me. Canceled my entire order and happily succeeded elsewhere. This company ... NEVER again!

1. Provide a backup if a driver or car fails. Then you don't have to disappoint 30 people
2 Inform the customers on time and not 2.5 hours after the appointment. Call them on instead of an impersonal email.
