Why only two stars, is due to the earlier message of delivery. The device would be delivered between 8.30 p.m. and 10.30 p.m., keep this in mind and then the supplier will leave a message that he would have visited at 6 p.m. THIS IS NOT true, we were home. Not believable, therefore, he has not been at the door at all, hence a message and no ticket through the letterbox ..... Fortunately, the second delivery went well.
