Made an order on a Wednesday, everywhere was indicated before 11 p.m., delivered tomorrow. However, the order could only be delivered on Saturday, contacting customer service was almost impossible.

Sat at home all the time on Saturday morning, finally received a text message that it came an hour later due to a delay. Had indicated that I just wanted to be called when the delivery person arrived, because the bell sometimes does not work properly. Eventually had to go outside myself because I saw the delivery man leave.

The following Monday I received an email back from customer service, in short that there was no place earlier and a link to schedule an appointment. A bit late.

So not positive.
