Been on hold for 45 minutes to make a complaint .......
They then also failed to comply with the new agreement. Wait for my new phone for a week (old one is broken) while it would be delivered after 1 day!
I can't imagine that the 5 star reviews are real, so don't fall for it

Update: today I just called customer service, but after 1 hour and 10 minutes in the queue but hung up
