Unfortunately I waited for nothing for delivery. Only 2.5 hours after my new phone from Tele 2 should have arrived, I received an email asking if I could make a new appointment. There were unforeseeable circumstances, according to this company. Two tips I can give
1. Provide a backup if a driver or car fails. Then you don't have to disappoint 30 people
2 Inform the customers on time and not 2.5 hours after the appointment. Call them on instead of an impersonal email.
