Telefonisch contact was al zeer prettig!
Daarna de winkel in Arnhem bezocht.
Ik werd uitgebreid voorgelicht en ging met een betere aankoop naar huis dan wat ik in gedachte had.
Daarbij kreeg ik te horen direct(!) voor de winkel eventjes kon parkeren!
Ik dus de auto voorgereden, wat een genot was!
Omdat ik de grootte wel in twijfel trok kreeg ik vijf dagen 'gewenning' en mocht anders de TV retour brengen.
De HD zenders zijn geweldig en adembenemend mooi!
De regionale zenders (TV-GLD) en niet HD zijn minder scherp.
Dat viel op mijn kleine TV niet zo op, maar nu in "king size" valt zo'n groot
en minder scherp beeld wel tegen.... maar daar kan deze TV ook niets aan doen :).
Ik vind hem nog steeds erg groot, vooral als hij uit staat.
Een enorme 'zwart gat' in mijn woonkamer.
De kijkafstand is immers 2m60.....
Misschien lost dat een paar 'nadelen' op....
Mooiste optie was 43inch maar deze werd LED.....
Omdat mijn grootste wens (waar ik voor ging) OLED was viel ik voor
het scherm die ik uiteindelijk heb aangeschaft.
De verkoper zei: "geef het een kans.... wen er aan!"
Vandaar die vijf dagen bedenkingen.....
De innerlijke strijd begint nu pas maar ik denk dat deze in het voordeel van dit mooie toestel uit zal vallen.......

En ik had ook een muurbeugel aangeschaft....De TV helt iets over en ik kan hem in een mooie kijkhoek zetten.Nu is het GENIETEN, zelfs de lokale (geen HD zender) is goed te pruimen.
Nu ik de schappen er om heen weer heb geplaatst lijkt de TV opties al iets kleiner.En dat grote zwarte vlak valt minder op als hij terug geklapt is.Bij toeval kwam ik er achter dat hij ook als schemerlamp te gebruiken is.
Hoewel in de hulp staat aangegeven dat de ambilight in helderheid te regelen iskrijg ik het niet voor elkaar......Met de + op de AB zou ik die optie 'moeten' krijgen maar dit gebeurd niet.
Ik zou graag een paar foto's mee willen sturen maar ik weet niet of de mail dit aankan.Als u in staat ben om wetransfer-files te ontvangen, wil ik dat wel doen....
Maar ik kan het natuurlijk ook op een stick zetten en in de winkel tonen....
Al met al heb ik met Platte Tv een schitterende winkel ontdektwaar goede service op de eerste plaats staat.Zowel telefonisch als in de zaak wordt er veel tijd aan je besteed!Maar ook aan demo materiaal kijk je de ogen uit!
PlatteTV Groningen helped me very well in finding the right Samsung the Frame. Now it appears that the box is not satisfactory when connecting, but the gentlemen (and lady) have thought along and helped solve. The problem is unfortunately in Samsung TVs and not to solve.

Before I went to the store I had already studied LG C8 and the C9 and Panasonic 65 inch.
The seller claimed that there was no difference between the C8 and C9.

Clear webshop and easy to reach, problem is only that the communication is not correct, it took 2 weeks for my product to be delivered while clearly on the website was in stock and before 18:00 ordered tomorrow at home. In those 2 weeks I was promised 4 times when it would all come on different dates. Place that then called oh sir we get 25 euros off, or we do a free HDMI cable or something. Nope only had 4 times sorry. While other web shops do deliver the day after.
So beware when you order with plattetv because they promise a lot but come slowly after things, you can better at coolblue spend your money that deliver at least equal

De ervaring begon slecht en eindigde boven iedere verwachting.
Al met al dus een bijzonder goede ervaring en daarmee raad ik Platte TV, vooral de winkel in Arnhem, echt aan. Zowaar de moeite waard om 200km voor te rijden.
Uitgebreid:
Tijdens het Black Friday weekend bestelden wij een Q55 8D welke we de volgende dag konden ophalen in de winkel in Amsterdam. Helaas bleek er een verkeerde bon op het artikel te zijn geplakt en gingen we met lege handen naar huis. Wij waren onzeker over de leverdatum en hadden geen bevestiging in de winkel gekregen dat de televisie binnen een week zou komen. Toen we thuiskwamen waren we teleurgesteld en gefrustreerd.
'S avonds hebben we contact gehad het de klantenservice en zijn we gaan kijken naar andere modellen die sneller geleverd konden worden. Hoewel de online medewerker best vriendelijk was, waren wij nog niet echt helemaal overtuigd van de service en de winkel.
Op woensdag belde ik om de online aangeboden deal te verzilveren en kreeg ik Marc van de winkel in Arnhem aan de telefoon. Vanaf dit moment werd onze ervaring anders. Marc heeft mij gedurende de middag wel 5x teruggebeld. Hij dacht met ons mee. Hij heeft verschillende winkels in het land gebeld voor ons om de voorraad te achterhalen en uiteindelijk ons kunnen voorzien van een Q65 9f, een model waarop we niet eens durfden te hopen. Het was echt een droomdeal. Dit model stond in zijn winkel in Arnhem en wij wonen in Amsterdam. Hoewel we direct in de auto zijn gestapt kwamen we in een dikke file terecht en waren we pas om 18.15 in de winkel. Daar stond Marc, met de tv, voor de deur om ons te helpen navigeren en zo dicht mogelijk bij de ingang te parkeren.
Dit level van betrokkenheid en service verwacht ik totaal niet van een winkel zoals platteTV. Marc heeft alle fouten die hiervoor gemaakt zijn goedgemaakt met zijn ongelofelijke vriendelijkheid en betrokkenheid.
De tv staat nu te pronken in onze woonkamer en met het leuke verhaal erbij waarderen we het model nog meer!

Ondanks de feestdagen zeer snel geleverd. En zelfs netjes in de huiskamer neergezet (wat op de 1e etage is). De Philips 70PUS6504 is een Zeer fijne en mooie tv. Helaas een paar "wolken" in het beeld als ie net opstart en een zwart scherm. Bij normaal of do ker beeld verdwijnt dit "effect" wel gewoon. Dat is het verschil van een goedkope of superdure tv. Maar dat rechtvaardigd de prijs ook.
Kort gezegd, zeer tevreden voor zijn prijs!

Yesterday visited a new reciever. Was helped right and got the right information that I needed the staff is professional and know what they are talking about I had a marantz reciever 5.1 and I have replaced this with a denon 7.2, I want to work towards this, however, this replacement alone a whole improvement on my system. It is easy to install yourself and automatically switches from ziggo tv to xbox and youtube super happy with my new addition. We were very well helped by N. in the store in Arnhem. When we bought our TV, he went through all the pros and cons and even showed photos of his own house to see the effect of light / mirroring on certain types of screens. Had good services and nice and friendly staff.
Je moet jammer genoeg op zijn minst 1 ster geven.
Bedrijf is zeer incompetent, vooral als het gaat om communicatie. Ik heb 3 weken geleden een LG soundbar besteld. Eerst werd mij wijs gemaakt dat het binnen 5 werkdagen verstuurd zou worden ivm de drukte van black friday (het was geen black friday deal), terwijl op de site stond 'voor 18:00 besteld' morgen in huis. Dikke vinger dus. Na een week niks gehoord en pas nadat ik contact zocht om te vragen hoe het met de bestelling zat werd mij verteld dat de soundbar pas 14 december bij hun in de winkel zou aankomen. Voor de zekerheid heb ik 11 december gevraagd of de levering op schema was en toen werd er mij verteld dat het was vertraagd en 17 december zou aankomen bij hun in de winkel.
Afgelopen dagen bijna elke dag contact gezocht om te vragen of alles op schema was, aangezien ze mij de weken ervoor slecht op de hoogte hadden gehouden, of eigenlijk niet op de hoogte gehouden dus. Er werd eerst tegen mijn pa gezegd dat het waarschijnlijk eind december/ begin januari zou zijn. Tegen mij werd verteld dat dat niet klopte en dat het toch 17 december geleverd zou worden. Dit werd bevestigd door 2 medewerkers van klantenservice.
Nou je kan het al zien aankomen, vanochtend heb ik ze weer gecontacteerd, toen kreeg ik als antwoord dat het niet duidelijk was en dat ze het zouden vragen aan de verzendcentrum. Ik zou een mail krijgen als verzendcentrum een antwoord zou geven aan de klantenservice.
Na 7 uur geen antwoord gehad te hebben. Heb ik weer contact gezocht met klantenservice en toen kreeg ik te horen dat het toch januari zou zijn.
Na 3 weken wachten toch geannuleerd. Echt een ruk bedrijf die nog veel moet leren! Helemaal geen vorm van communicatie van hun kant! Erg jammer.
Ze zouden zich moeten schamen als een bedrijf. Ik zou ergere dingen willen zeggen, maar dat zal mijn punt niet helpen!
Mensen blijf uit de buurt van dit bedrijf ongeacht de prijs!
ps het was een lg soundbar met een cashback actie. Die actie is tot 7 januari geldig. Misschien willen ze helemaal niet dat zoveel mensen hiervan gebruik maken. Dit is speculatie maar alsnog. Neem dit met een korreltje zout.

Ik had een 43" tv op het oog, vroeg chattend aan een medewerker of deze in Arnhem leverbaar was. Zij kwam met een beter, zelfs iets goedkoper alternatief, wist mijn vragen sowieso helder te beantwoorden. De tv kon ik in Arnhem ophalen, wat ik mooi kon combineren met een bezoekje aan plekken in Arnhem waar ik weer eens heen wilde.
In de winkel alleszins vriendelijk geholpen, de verlengde garantie werd aangeraden om 'geen gedoe' te hebben, drie jaar lang.
En nu genieten we van de tv, die een beter beeld geeft dan de oude en vooral, het is een LG met makkelijke 'magic touch' afstandsbediening, met een op het scherm zichtbare 'pointer', werkt prima.
En met het kiezen daarvan heeft PlatteTV me dus prima geholpen.

Had ordered a new Samsung Qled. This unfortunately appeared to have a defect (see image). Although I had thrown a box away, it could be exchanged after some mail traffic. Very well picked up and ultimately a very satisfied customer!
On December 22, I ordered the Sony Bravia 55XG9505 4K HDR TV at PlatteTv.nl as an opportunity (returned product in new condition) for 992 euros. The next morning I received an e-mail that this opportunity was unfortunately no longer available, but PlatteTV.nl immediately offered to deliver me a new copy for 50 euros more (cheapest new price was 1179 euros, so this was still a good deal) . After transferring the extra 50 euros that same morning, I still had the uncertainty whether the TV could be delivered for Christmas. Nowadays, a transfer is immediately visible to the beneficiary (especially if it is within the same bank). After some emailing back and forth, PlatteTV kept a close eye on incoming payments and I received the TV neatly before Christmas. I can only compliment PlatteTV in this area: offer the best price and also provide good service.
Very moderate customer service. They came up with a proposal for a better TV after placing my order. I could respond to that via live chat or by calling customer service. You will not hear both. Emailed by request if they want to call because I had some questions. Just get an email that they do not call me. For clear and clear and nice customer service I would not order again with them.
