Relaxed atmosphere, professional help and expert guidance.
Enige tijd geleden kreeg ik de aanbeveling van een goede vriend van me om eens contact op te nemen met Jos Frederiks. In de afgelopen jaren heb ik heel wat boeken en youtube filmpjes gekeken omtrent zelfontwikkeling en persoonlijke groei.
Ik stond perplex van de waardevolle informatie die wij kregen aangereikt vanuit Jos zijn kant. Niet alleen het theoretische aspect maar vooral de praktijkgerichte kennis die wij leerden in onze groep heb ik enorm veel aan gehad, en maak ik nog iedere dag gebruik van. Jos blaast zelf niet hoog van de toren met zijn bak aan ervaring, maar ik kan je vertellen dat de boodschap die hij overbrengt naar jou als individu dat je die in iedere vezel van je lichaam voelt, en het proces van verandering op een positieve manier al snel teweeg wordt gebracht.
Bovendien heb ik er ook een hele fijne groep vrienden aan overgehouden. Een cursus zoals deze ga ik nooit meer vergeten, vooral de spannende activiteiten die wij hebben gedaan om onze angsten te overwinnen en de geweldige opdrachten die we hebben mogen uitvoeren maken dit een ervaring om nooit meer te vergeten!
