Plattetv.nl Arnhem is still one of the few stores in the Netherlands that knows how to do it. The consultants still understand that the customer is central and not the turnover. Each salesperson takes the time for the customer without being distracted by other things in the store. They understand the products they sell and advise and are happy to think along with you without conveying this in a compelling way.

I was already a customer at plattetv.nl when it was still called Fotobouw and I have always been well helped by Mike and Tessa. You can always go to the store for advice or a quote and as a customer I am very happy that this is still a store that is easily accessible by phone. A month ago we bought a new LG UHD television in the new store in Arnhem and yesterday afternoon a Sonos Play: 5 and two Sonos Play: 1. Again top service. Keep it up, I would like to remain a customer of Plattetv.nl
