What a drama to come to delivery of goods with this organization, the price proposal comes quickly, but then the fuss about extra packages starts. Na een zoektocht langs meerdere winkels en websites, hadden we de keus laten vallen op een Samsung Qled 65 inch tv. Toen we wisten welke tv we wilden, hebben we gekeken waar we deze het voordeligst konden kopen. Dat bleek bij Platte TV te zijn. Omdat het Black Friday was, konden ze ons een prachtig aanbod doen. Deze lag, voor een tv en een soundbar, ruim 400 euro lager dan bij de concurent. Omdat ik altijd een beetje huiverig ben bij, voor mij, onbekende websites, zijn we naar filiaal Groningen gereden. Daar aangekomen, kregen we direct een kop koffie aangeboden. De verkoper, Emiel, had alle tijd voor ons. Heeft ons alles uitgelegd en was daarbij zeer vriendelijk en eerlijk. Bij een ander bedrijf vertelden we wat we wilden, maar werd er steeds op een veel duurdere tv en soundbar aangepraat. En dat is iets, wat bij mij zeer veel irritatie opwekt. Dus wij hebben onze tv en soundbar bij Platte TV aangeschaft. Een fantastische aankoop, waar we zeer tevreden over zijn! Wij kunnen Platte TV dan ook zeker aanbevelen! Net zo goed, maar minder duur en prima service.

Ik heb hier vorig jaar November een nieuwe Samsung Qled 17 inch TV gekocht mede door verkoper Ronald die alle tijd voor mij nam en voor elk probleem welke ik had een juiste oplossing had.
Sinds enkele dagen ben ik nu ook een zeer trotse bezitter van een magnifieke Sonos Arc soundbar welke ook weer mede door Ronald tot stand is gekomen.

Uiteindelijk gisteren ook besloten om een nieuwe set Sonos One SL bij PlatteTN.nl te kopen.
De reden hiervan, mijn bestaande Sonos Play 1 kon ik niet koppelen aan de Sonos Arc voor het sublieme Dolby Suround geluid.
Nu met de Sonos One SL heb ik dit perfecte suround geluid uiteindelijk in mijn woonkamer.

Mij gaan ze bij Platte TV nog veel vaker zien als het erop aan komt.

Staat er op de website; als je een cybermonday deal wilt, chat dan met onze medewerkers.
Dus ik chatten!
Het was blijkbaar druk. Ik moest 38 min wachten. Na 50 minuten (!) Moest ik nog 6 minuten wachten.... maar opeens liep de tijd weer op! Naar 20 minuten.
Een half uur later opende het chatformulier, maar helaas niet voor een chat met 1 van de medewerkers. Ik kon alleen mn naam en vraag invullen en versturen.
Dat deed ik toen maar. Vandaag kreeg ik een mail of ik nog geholpen wilde worden, jaaaa, ik wilde immers graag die cybermonday deal horen! Immers, dat was de vraag en de hele opzet van het wachten en 'chatten' .
Vervolgens was het antwoord:

Helaas is er voor de artikelen van uw keuze geen betere prijs mogelijk!

Platte tv, hadden jullie dat niet gewoon direct bij de artikelen kunnen zetten???
Dan had ik me niet zo misleid gevoeld, anderhalf uur op de chat hoeven wachten en gewoon die tv besteld.
Dan hadden meerdere mensen niet exact deze teleurstelling hoeven ervaren.
En dan hadden al die mensen niet voor niets contact gezocht met de chat!
En dan was het op de chat niet zo druk geweest!
Dan hadden alle klanten die wel in aanmerking waren gekomen voor de deal ook niet zo lang hoeven wachten!

Ik koop mijn tv nu wel ergens anders. Want na deze ervaring ben ik wel even klaar met jullie.

I had a pleasant contact with an employee via chat. I was very interested in a demo model of the Marantz sr 5013. However, the price on the internet was more expensive than a new one in box. Very bad service. I bought a Samsung QLED here with the A to Z service. I'm running into some problems with the TV (ARC is not working properly, remote control, casting when TV is on standby). But don't expect any service from PlatteTV. They want a company to come by (on a weekday) and if they cannot find a problem that company will charge 100 euros. This is very annoying since my ARC problem in particular occurs randomly.

I expected more service, especially since I paid extra for the premium service. Stay away from this company and buy at Coolblue or something similar, there you have service.

Op 18 november hebben wij bij Platte TV een Sony KD-55XF8599 gekocht die op 24 december bij ons thuis afgeleverd wordt. We zijn zeer tevreden over de service van de jongens van Platte TV in Arnhem.
Op 15 december Kwamen we er achter dat de tv ineens 100 goedkoper was geworden.
Na een chatgesprek op de site van Platte TV hebben ze vanuit Arnhem telefonisch contact met mij opgenomen en mij de heugelijke mededeling gedaan dat die 100 nog is van onze aanschafprijs af zou gaan.
Dus mijn kerstdagen worden weer een stukje mooier dankzij de goede service van Platte TV.
Ik kan met een gerust hart deze zaak bij iedereen aanbevelen.

Wij wilde een automatische beugel van het merk Vogel. Vervolgens belde wij Platte TV in Arnhem om te vragen of zij hem op voorraad hadden. Ja, dat hadden ze. Wij wilde eigenlijk naar Doetinchem om de beugel te bekijken, maar de meneer van de winkel in Arnhem haalde ons over om naar de winkel in Arnhem te komen, want dat was veeeel dichterbij voor ons. Wij naar de winkel in Arnhem om vervolgens daar met een verschrikkelijk verkoper in gesprek te raken. Hij was de vervanger voor degene die wij aan de telefoon hadden gehad, maar diegene was ziek naar huis gegaan.

De beugel was niet aangesloten en we konden dus niet zien hoe de beugel werkt. Daarnaast wist deze verkoper alleen maar te zeggen: "ik weet het ook niet" en "normaal werk ik in Amsterdam". Hij wist niks nuttigs te vertellen over het product, want het werd nooit verkocht en was toch eigenlijk ook te duur. Wij hebben een half uur in de winkel gewacht tot hij iets aan de praat kreeg. Dit lukte uiteraard niet. Wij zijn op een gegeven moment maar weggegaan, want het duurde zo lang.

Het was netjes geweest als de desbetreffende persoon die ons overhaalde om te komen had gebeld om te zeggen dat hij ziek naar huis ging. En daarnaast dat de beugel niet eens was aangesloten. Daarnaast mag je toch verwachten dat de medewerkers enigzins product kennis hebben OOKAL werk je normaal in Amsterdam..

Wij bestellen de beugel nu bij Vogel zelf en gaan naar Doetinchem om hem daar te bekijken. Wat zonde van onze middag en echt zonde van de tijd!! Wij komen in ieder geval nooit meer in deze winkel.

Voordat ik de eerste keer naar de winkel kwam, had ik al aardig wat research gedaan om te inventariseren welke TV het moest worden. De medewerker die ik in de winkel heb gesproken heeft toch nog net iets meer kennis van de materie, dan wat ik online kon vinden. Dus met een goed advies heb ik toen de winkel weer verlaten.

7 maanden geleden hier een LG tv gekocht. Die het heeft deze week begeven en net buiten de half jaar garantie valt die ze geven op hun tv's.
Je denkt koop een toonkamer model bij een vertrouwde winkel maar je kunt net zo goed op marktplaats kopen want van service hebben ze hier nog niet gehoord. Sturen ons nu met een kluitje in het riet en bieden geen enkele vorm van service aan als je in een situatie komt als de onze.
