Very moderate customer service. They came up with a proposal for a better TV after placing my order. I could respond to that via live chat or by calling customer service. You will not hear both. Emailed by request if they want to call because I had some questions. Just get an email that they do not call me. For clear and clear and nice customer service I would not order again with them. For the delivery no idea yet I am waiting for my order.
