very good TV store !! bought a Samsung Q-LED TV last year, and I still feel good about the service and the TV !!
TV is neatly delivered by its own employee (who has been working for a long time !!) at home, is assembled and installed, and the old TV (a tubular sample of a ton) they take with them !!

4 jaar geleden hier een tv gekocht van 1500euro en me een garantie er bij aan laten smeren voor 60 euro waar je dus totaal niets aan hebt. Tv nu kapot en je word dus nergens mee geholpen door die klantenservice.
Laatste keer dat ik hier iets heb gekocht.

Ik had voor mijzelf een mooie Samsung QE55Q80R uitgezocht. Deze tv viel eigenlijk net buiten mijn budget maar daar begon gelijk mijn uitdaging, hem binnen mijn budget te laten vallen...
Ik kwam de tv op internet tegen voor een mooi bedrag, alleen was deze tv even niet op voorraad.
Het was dat weekend Pinksteren en alles zou gesloten zijn. Maar ik moest en zou de tv voor het weekend binnen hebben.
Ik kwam na een beetje speuren op de site van Platte tv uit.
Op de website contact gezocht met iemand van Plate tv.
Het verhaal aan Mikki van de klantenservice uitgelegd en deze kon gelukkig met de prijs meegaan.
Ze was vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
Volgende dag kon ik de tv gelijk ophalen in een vestiging in Arnhem.
Hier ook vriendelijk geholpen met uitstekende service.
Gezien ik mijn auto verkeerd had geparkeerd en ze mij hierop attendeerden, liep iemand van het personeel mee om de tv snel in te laten.

Prima helped by Marc van Platte TV Arnhem. Informed via chat if the TV I wanted was in stock, and had it set aside for collection at the end of the day. As agreed, he was neatly ready.
The TV itself (LG 32LM6300) suits you well, especially for such a price. Only I can't possibly get the remote control for Kodi on the Raspberry Pi working via CEC. Too bad, on the Philips predecessor of this TV and on the Panasonic in the living room it did fine ... LG has not done this well unfortunately ...
Sound is a bit tinny, but that's with most flat TVs nowadays. Netflix runs super smoothly. Much better than on the Ziggo Horizon box ...

By far the lowest price paid, delivered as agreed, nice TV with a lot of useful functions and of course also beautiful image and surprisingly good sound.

Installatie Samsung QE65Q80R en monteren beugel en ophangen huidige 50 inch Plasma op slaapkamer.

Zouden tussen 11:00h en 14:00h langskomen. Installateur Job belt rond 13:15h op dat hij 14:00h waarschijnlijk net gaat halen. Uiteindelijk gaat om 13:55h de bel. Netjes!
Ik verwachtte eigenlijk 2 personen maar blijkt een eemansteam te zijn.

De 65 inch wordt door hem keurig uitgepakt en geinstalleerd, tevens nog wat handige tips gegeven. Neemt ondertussen ruim de tijd om vragen die ik heb te beantwoorden. Gelijk de huidige HDMI kabel nog vervangen door een hoogwaardiger exemplaar dat hij bij zich had. Tevens ingegaan op aanbod voor 2 jaar extra service (ik had bij aankoop al 3 jaar service contract afgesloten) tegen zeer schappelijke prijs.
Geweldige TV die QE65Q80R trouwens moet ik zeggen! Wat een beeld! (en geluid). Echt genieten.

Daarna keurig netjes beugel gemonteerd en de 50 inch Plasma op de kamer van mijn zoon opgehangen. Kabels netjes bij elkaar gebonden; nog gevraagd of hij die nog weg moest werken voor me. Nog even laatste updates uitgevoerd. Ook mijn zoon zeer tevreden met het resultaat.

Geweldige service en personeel van Platte TV! Ook keurig nette prijzen. Ben zeer tevreden. Kan iedereen aanbevelen om daar je TV te kopen.

And that was already the 2nd time that I had that with the same man. When I came home, I looked up the same TV with the same discount on the site and asked fia the site if I could get a discount. And yes, I got 100 euros and a 4k hdmi plug. So my experience is ... buy through the SITE and certainly NOT in ARNHEM. The flat TV site certainly gets stars.
