Had an excellent customer experience Friday night at Rescue Tronics in Lewisville, Tx off Main Street! We needed a new battery for a Samsung phone - but we did not get there until 7:15pm. (they close at 8pm). Unfortunately we were not able to come back on Saturday and they are closed on Sunday. Jonathan understood our urgency and situation and made it a priority. Excellent customer service - we will definitely be back for all our other electronics needs! By the way, if you are looking for good prices on used phones, they had some great deals posted at the counter.

I was very happy with the service I received from Rescue Tronics. All employees were extremely helpful and went beyond what they needed to make sure my situation was taken care of. I brought my ipad in for repair. Previously I had gone to Apple to ask about repair and was told they would swap out ipads for $269. I then went to Resuce Tronics and had it repaired for much less than the Apple quote. THANK YOU - I'll be back!
I took in my IPhone 8 Plus that had been run over in a parking lot. It had much more damage than a cracked screen. Rescue Tronics did an excellent job repairing the screen and the broken components inside the phone. As good as new. Very satisfied customer

This company is fantastic, they are quick, efficient, friendly and their prices have been reasonable. I've had my display replaced, phone came back looking as new as possible . Recently the volume controls needed replacing, in and out in 45 minutes. If I have any future phone repair needs they will be the first I look too.
Chad did everything he could to try to save my phone! I really appreciate the time he took trying to save my phone! He had people coming in while he was working on my phone and you could tell he really cared for the customer and wasn't trying to just make a quick buck off everyone. Also one of the few places that opens on Sunday! Great guy and great place!
Mailed my sons Ipod into Ninja Repair and it was badly cracked. He was reasonably priced and very fast turnaround! IPod looked brand new and my son was happy!! Since then he has fixed a Ipad for me also. Great work! Recommend this place to anyone!!

Great customer service, listened to what was wrong with my Surface Pro Laptop. My laptop started to have issues over a year ago and because of it not being useful I stopped using it. Money was tight so I wasn t sure if I could afford for it to be fixed. First, the keyboard wasn t typing but still lit up when I pressed the keys. Second, the space storage was out of control. My apps and games section is well over 65gbs, but I have no games or many apps. On top of that, found out that my usb port wasn t working which I had no idea about. So they said that they could fix it and wipe it clean, but I had to go home to clean out any space I could. So that they can run a test to see why my USB port and keyboard wasn t working. After they were done, I was told they kept a few things from being deleted on my computer (believing they did clear out half my storage) and fixed the USB port and keyboard. I got home to check and see if everything was working, keyboard was good and I charged my phone to the computer. But the work is only 75% done, my memory was the same, over 65 gbs still. I know certain functions have Windows downloading stuff and updating computers. So all of that is in the Apps & Games section. So I may have to go back and get an explanation why I paid $124 for the keyboard and USB port to be fixed but my storage is the same.

I had a laptop with a hard drive that went bad. There was some data that I really needed off of that hard drive and they went above and beyond to help me.
Based on my experience with these people I feel most of the 4-5 star rating are fake since my experience was totally different. These guys are not trustworthy so be careful.
I took a computer for repair and rescuetronics told me that it requires a new motherboard and charged me $265 for it + $37 diagnostics. When i paid I was told that rescuetronics will return me the old motherboard. I had to constantly follow with them and every time they told me that they are waiting for the new motherboard to come from china and finally after 2 months when i picked up the computer they did not give me the old motherboard as promised and the service person told me that the owner disposed it in thrash.I called the owner immediately and the owner said he knew nothing about it.At that moment itself I knew there was something fishy. I came home and verified the serial number of the motherboard and it was same and i could see all the dust on it which means rescuetronics did not even touch the motherboard of my computer. When i presented these details rescuetronics came back and said they repaired the motherboard instead of replacement which sounded a lie to me since the sales person at the store told me that they replaced the MB when i picked up the computer. They charged my credit card in advance and if it was a repair they should have charged for repair and not replacement. I called the owner few time after they agreed that they did not replace the motherboard and never got a response back.

I bought my ipod touch on March 29th of last year. A few days ago the home button quit working. I took it to Apple and of course their response was "you have to buy a new one". Furious at the fact my brand new ipod button broke I refused to buy a new one. I brought my ipod to Rescue Tronics and they were able to get the part and fix it by the very next day! Not the mention the price was GREAT !!! I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needing repairs!!

They re very quick with their service and very friendly. Their prices are very competitive and I always bring my phones here when I need to get the charger port fixed or cleaned out. They re the best. Chris at the counter was really polite, too.
Had phone screen fixed . They obviously messed up battery as we had problems with it from day one getting it back. Also was told I would get a call telling me cost before repair but would be around 108$ and then they just fixed it and didn't let us know .ended up costing more than sprint would have charged 160$ . Horrible customer service . Never is a ^manager^ there to help . He hides behind the phone . Was very disrespectful to my wife . NEVER go HERE . Guarantee their work my a** . Only thing they did was offer to charge me more for a battery . They said it would cost 60 dollars . No thank you if I would have let them do it I'm sure by the time I got back they would have raised price for that too. Needless to say I would never reccomend this business . Choose wisely . Will never use 3rd party to fix phone again . A broke screen all in all ended up costing me 300$ after I paid them and sprint for an insurance claim .sprint even said work was shotty .
Sat. 05/26/18 was my first time in to Rescuetronics, and was due to the unexplainable, sudden failure of my 'senior' Sam-S5. Like most of us, there were a multitude of memories & messages now trapped in my phone, which were way more important to me than saving the device (which would have been nice too, however as I found out, just wasn't meant to be). The 5-Star rating being given here is only because it doesn't provide the choice of giving more! My phone was toast - which I understood the reason completely; However the time that Bruce spent first trying to save my phone; followed by his monumental effort in time invested in trying everything reasonably possible to at least retrieve and save the personal files; and the SUCCESS he eventually had at 'squeezing' all of the cherished memories from the open-guts of my phone, into another one on my account, All Combined was Nothing Short of Amazing.. IF it had not worked, I would still be just as grateful and enthusiastic for the outstanding effort he had made.. I am 62+ yrs, w/ an electronics background - furthermore have developed a well-deserved BS detector for all things sales and service (it's a happiness/survival thing).. The knowledge, skill, and background (learned during our conversation over my S5 corpse) here was superb, and my BS detector - absolutely silent. While none of us desire the need to have our 'toys' repaired, anymore than we want to learn we need surgery (pick your ailment).... Chances are good though, that somewhere in our lives we'll need both (I have), and that's when whoever you pick to take care of the problem, you want the best possible.. Doctors - I've been fortunate, but that's for another post. For Cell Phone /Tablet service and repair - Rescue Tronics, with good cause and reason, will be my first, and likely only place to go. Thank you again for all that you did, and saving the files that meant so very much to me.

I would recommend this place to anyone! I thought my phone got wet and went to see tmobile because my phone wouldn't turn on, tmobile did everything but physically push me out the door. They wouldn't even look at the phone, they demanded money for insurance instead of trying to figure out why it won't turn on. I decided to take it to rescue tronics next door. Chad helped me, he took 5 mins and had my phone up and running like nothing ever happened. What a great guy!! He will definitely get my business in the future. When you give great customer service it's hard not to find reasons to go back! Thank you for helping me Chad and not making me feel like I'm just another issue. You guys are awesome!!
I brought my PC in for diagnostics and testing/cleaning of the motherboard on July 2. I asked them to investigate intermittent crashing, possibly due to a contaminant on the motherboard.
They kept my PC for 3 weeks, and I eventually got it back. I went home, turned it on, and got a notification from GEForce that my graphics driver needed to be updated. (Makes sense, my computer s been offline almost a month). So the second I click the update (comp has been on maybe 30 seconds) my computer locks up, shuts down, then gets stuck in a boot loop. I don t have the time to deal with it, so I bring it back and tell them exactly what happened. The guy says he can t verify what I did to screw it up, even though I told him exactly what happened and called him on the phone as it was happening.
He tells me something is corrupted and I can t diagnose it without reinstalling windows . That costs over $100, but he d make a deal and only charge me $60. Then later in the day he calls me and tells me in order to keep my data it ll be an additional $90. He tells me to come pick it up at 7:00 or 7:30pm. I get there and wait literally 45 minutes. He finally brings it out, shows me it can boot up, so I take it home.
Here s what I discovered when I got home and actually had some time to look at it in detail:
1. He didn t make an image or copy of my hard drive, all I got was a little file folder on my naked desktop that had some docs in it. Luckily I had backups of the important stuff myself.
2. The Windows 10 he installed on my computer was literally the oldest, crustiest, unlicensed version of Windows 10 that exists. The original 10240 build, from July 2015. That means if I wanted my computer to function normally, I had 5 years worth of updates to download, install, all kinds of compatibility issues, etc. Or just download a newer version of Windows 10 from their website for free, which I did (if you re going to overcharge people $112.99 for an unlicensed copy of Windows 10, why not at least give them the version they can get online for free?)
3. He did not ever attempt to boot up the computer in safe mode - he may not even know that that exists. Clearly it never occurred to him. He also must not have ever heard of event logs, which can tell you why you re getting a BSOD. Once I had free time, I was able to do these things myself, and it didn t cost hundreds of dollars. I figured out what was causing the issue easily.
4. He should never have tried reinstalling Windows, because that had nothing to do with the problem. Nothing was corrupted; he misdiagnosed my machine. The problem was the Nvidia driver (which I told him about, specifically) was incompatible and causing the computer to lock up and not reboot. I was able to solve the problem by booting up in safe mode, simply uninstalling the driver, and rebooting like normal. That s all that needed to happen, maybe a 10-15 minute fix.
So on the advice and diagnosis of a professional , I paid to have a bunch of stuff done to my computer that my computer didn t need, they charged me about $160, I lost the use of my computer from July 2 - July 26, and at the end of the day, I had to fix it myself ALONG WITH the million other problems that came from them fixing my computer by getting rid of my current, licensed version of Windows 10, and downgrading it to a 5-year old unlicensed version. I had to spend several hours undoing the damage they caused to my machine.
TL;DR: If you need a computer repair, go to literally anyone else - they ll misdiagnose your problem put the bare minimum into fixing it, and charge you hundreds of dollars.
I spilled a large hot coffee into laptop keyboard.....Took it to Rescue tronics about 2 hours later and they were able yo fix it as good....no better than new....slight delay in obtaining part ....probably due to xmas mail...but I was kept informed as to progress....very professional all around....clean store.. I thought very fair price......I am now allowed any coffee on desk......
Ninja Repair did a fantastic job fixing my Iphone 4S. Chad, the Owner, was super friendly and managed to work with my schedule. He did a great job fixing my cracked screen. Then two days later I dropped my other Iphone 4S....good thing I still had Chad's number. He met me after work, fixed my phone in 30 minutes! He didn't even mind meeting me at 9 pm on a Thursday night because he knew I needed my phone fixed quickly before this weekend. It was very affordable and both of my phones seem brand new again. Thank you Chad from Ninja Repair. He might be slightly hard to find, but he is well worth the phone call to get directions!

It was an excellent experience from the initial call to the finished product. My screen was not in stock so they ordered it in. It came in the next day and they were able to get it taken care of in about an hour. It looks like new!

My screen was shattered and I went to this location and got my phone back working terribly. I can barely even type and I went to talk to an employee yesterday who was literally useless. I have brought my iphone 5 in twice in the past month. First time for a cracked screen. He got me in the same day and did an awesome job. Recently I got water on my phone and the screen quit working. He did a diagnostic on it and cleaned out all the water and corrosion on the main board and insides. Discovered the screen had gotten fried so he replaced that. Instead of having to spend $600-700 dollars on a new phone because I didn't have an upgrade yet I only ended up spending like $125. Not only that but he even stayed late to make sure I got my phone back because I got stuck at work and in a massive traffic jam. Store itself is really nice and very profesional. Went to a couple of other repair places to check prices and they looked like junk yard stores. Just parts everywhere and nothing organized or clean. Rescue Tronics has gone above and beyond in what I expected from a repair shop. Highly recommend them.

I dropped my iPhone 5s and the glass shattered. I priced repair shops where I work in Fort Worth and in Lewisville where I live, and shops in between. After a bad experience with a pushy salesman at another local repair shop, I called Rescuetronics to confirm their pricing for the glass replacement. Their price was the cheapest in town and they didn't try to sell me anything extra. The repair was less than 20 minutes and the staff was courteous and friendly. If I have any more repair needs for my tech products, I will be back!

I totally recommend using this shop. Took my wife's iPhone to get the screen repaired. It took just a little longer than he originally thought to get it fixed, which wasn't a big deal to me, but he knocked the price down a bit and gave us a free phone case! The work is fantastic; her screen looks brand new. If we have any more issues with our devices, we'll be returning.

Young man by the name of Chad took care of my broken phone that I brought to two other phone repair places prior. The other two couldn't give me an estimate, and told me that it would take several days. Chad gave me a least and most estimate, my phone was as good as new within two hours, and guess what? He charged me the lesser price. I recently recommended Rescue Tronics to my daughter, she was totally satisfied with the outcome also.
My daughter spilled liquid on her MacPro13 laptop. Nothing worked. Jonathan was very helpful and patient(I am not tech savvy)in explaining what all needed to be done. He communicated clearly what the expenses would be. In the end, everything was completed affordably versus the alternative of having to purchase an all new laptop.

Brought my computer in with a weird issue caused by a new update for windows 10. It caused my computer to crash on startup. I have a decent knowledge with computers but had no idea what to do to fix. The man did not help me at all, he came from the back and did not greet me. He just nodded his head with every question that I had, he didn t even take my phone when I tried to hand it to him, then he walked off without saying a word. Very poor customer service and no help at all
