Sat. 05/26/18 was my first time in to Rescuetronic...

Sat. 05/26/18 was my first time in to Rescuetronics, and was due to the unexplainable, sudden failure of my 'senior' Sam-S5. Like most of us, there were a multitude of memories & messages now trapped in my phone, which were way more important to me than saving the device (which would have been nice too, however as I found out, just wasn't meant to be). The 5-Star rating being given here is only because it doesn't provide the choice of giving more!
My phone was toast - which I understood the reason completely;
However the time that Bruce spent first trying to save my phone; followed by his monumental effort in time invested in trying everything reasonably possible to at least retrieve and save the personal files; and the SUCCESS he eventually had at 'squeezing' all of the cherished memories from the open-guts of my phone, into another one on my account, All Combined was Nothing Short of Amazing.. IF it had not worked, I would still be just as grateful and enthusiastic for the outstanding effort he had made..
I am 62+ yrs, w/ an electronics background - furthermore have developed a well-deserved BS detector for all things sales and service (it's a happiness/survival thing).. The knowledge, skill, and background (learned during our conversation over my S5 corpse) here was superb, and my BS detector - absolutely silent.
While none of us desire the need to have our 'toys' repaired, anymore than we want to learn we need surgery (pick your ailment).... Chances are good though, that somewhere in our lives we'll need both (I have), and that's when whoever you pick to take care of the problem, you want the best possible.. Doctors - I've been fortunate, but that's for another post. For Cell Phone /Tablet service and repair - Rescue Tronics, with good cause and reason, will be my first, and likely only place to go.
