Time and time again I can trust bringing my PC to Rescuetronics for fast and efficient help. They always make me feel valued as a customer. If you need anything fixed these are the guys to do it !! Today I went to get my PC fixed, because it wouldn t turn on after the snow and ice storm caused me to be without power for 40 hours. Within minutes they identified and fixed my problem and I m able to use my PC with no issues. Really can not recommend enough. :)

Took my Samsung Galaxy S3 in to replace a shattered screen. Chad did an excellent job. Very professional and easy to work with. Prices were very reasonable and I most definitely will come back if I need cell phone repairs or parts in the future. I'd highly recommend Rescue Tronics to anyone.

STAY AWAY! Brought my phone in for a broken screen. Phone worked fine other then the cracked screen before hand. Picked up my phone and brought home. After getting home I found out my phones ear piece doesn t work and I can t make calls. Next day my phone is sitting on my desk and a crack shows up across it without having dropped it!! Went in to get it looked at and after an hour he comes back telling me i have to pay 160 to fix the ear piece and another 100$ for my screen and when I asked if They could work with me since it happened literally the next day they told me I could give you 20$ off. So I brought ina working phone. Left with a broken one that can t make calls and now (after having already paid 104$) I have to pay another 260???? Terrible service. Won t be returning.

The owner answered. Without hesitation he said they could fix my computer operation problem. He opened an account for me. As he finished the tech was ready. Chad logged into my compute online. Then in a short time my computer was back to normal. It was all I wanted from a great company. Now that I found them I will not waste my time or Energy trying to fix my own computer. You will like RescueTronics also. Thank you, Marshall

Beware!!! I picked this location because it was close to my house and had amazing reviews! Sadly after I got the email to pick up my computer I went there and Chris gets my desktop from the back and informs me that my graphics card (GTX 750 ti) will not work with the the new motherboard for some reason and that I would have to use the on board graphics, I said ok and asked if I bought another one would it work and he had no idea. I get the computer home and I find that they "forgot" to put a 4gb ram stick and the laptop hard drive I had in the tower was missing. They rectify those two things and I go back home to discover the power cord is missing so I have to go back to the store and get that. After installing the 4GB ram myself my graphic card magically starts working..... but I find out the extra PSU i had also brought into the store with the desktop is not the correct one! Instead it is a 250w and I had bought a 300w because that is what my computer takes. I go back and explain that to him and he say oh sorry then goes to the back and again brings out the wrong one for my computer, I show him the pictures of it and he goes that's all that is back there I said so where did my one go then? He has no answer and proceeds to tell me I can just take both of these used psu to "sell" them if I need to. Im not even sure they work at this point. The customer service here is abysmal and I would not recommend nor go back to this repair place not even for a phone repair. I am greatly saddened by how the situation was treated and I'm not even sure they changed the motherboard in the first place and it makes me wonder what else is missing from my tower. I thought it was because I was a woman and "didnt know computers" but I have read the other negative reviews and found out they just dont know how to repair a lot of things. Beware!

I have used Rescuetronics for both personal and business use. They have repaired my cracked phone screens and recently when my email system on work computer became inoperable. My suspicion was that my hard drive was failing. They tried to retrieve my file but was unable, however had a solution for me. Their solution impressed my IT department and the cost was below reasonable. So if you are looking for a company that knows what they are doing, dependable and quick and not out to gorge you then look no further for all you electronic repair needs. You will not be disappointed. THEY ARE TRUE EXPERTS! Thanks Again NN

I am so happy to have found Rescue Tronics and Jonathon! I was sitting in the parking lot of a Big Box store, feeling very frustrated after talking to their tech support department. A local Facebook group recommended Rescue Tronics, so I thought I would give it a try. I called and was thrilled with the quick courteous response. I was offered the service that I needed at a price that made sense. I left the parking lot and headed on over. I have to say, Jonathon is great! He gave our laptop a quick once over and we agreed on a plan of action. If step one wasn't successful, they wouldn't proceed and I wouldn't be charged extra. They have stayed in touch with me each step of the way. I feel confident that they are fixing the computer issues and have asked them to upgrade the RAM for better performance. I'm absolutely thrilled that we will have a better performing laptop and I didn't have to buy a new machine. We will be using Rescue Tronics for all of our electronic needs from now on. I can't recommend them enough! Thank you Jonathon!

STAY AWAY!!!!!! My sons phone had a cracked screen but otherwise worked fine. We dropped it off to have the screen replaced just before close. The guy handed us the phone and we walked out. The store closed. The phone s speaker doesn t work and his phone is cracked. I think the guy forgot to hook something up inside and that s what caused the screen to break. Now he has a broken screen and the phone doesn t work. It worked fine when we dropped it off. Now they want to charge me another nearly $300 to repair the phone. I ve already paid $105. They guy said he could maybe give us a small discount of maybe $20. Are you kidding by me? You broke the phone and you want to charge me to repair it? Not happy. This is bad business. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

Jonathan was super helpful and kind. He helped me get my phone fixed relatively quickly and gave me ten dollars off the regular price since I couldn t use the groupon. Over all it was a good experience since fixing my phone is usually such a pain.

I took 2 HP notebooks there; a DV6 and a DV7. The DV6 they said needed a new motherboard. No problem. It didn't work. It is now slow as a Pentium. I should have asked more questions because the machine is near worthless. And that was the good experience The DV7 didn't boot either. i paid for repairs. When I went to pick it up, they told my the screen was out. Not when I last used it. Graphics were never the problem. I didn't say anything and just paid for a new screen. I picked up the notebook and went home. The networking never worked again; not even tethering my phone using a USB port, nor WiFi. The battery also failed, and it worked when i used it last. Really low technical competence from all I've seem. They did a poor at best job, and used the Corona virus as an excuse for taking over a month. Initially the communications from them was sorry. The owner can respond any way he chooses, but the facts remain the same. My systems both suffered and the only response when a new problem reared it's ugly head was I needed to pay more for problems that didn't exist before they "worked" on them. I'll never go back.

I've been going to this place for years - since they were at the old location past Mill St. and called Ninja Repair - and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Between my wife and I, we've had quite a number of cracked iPhone screens, and Rescue Tronics has either repaired the screens or sold screens to me (when I wanted to do the repairs on my own), and they've even given me a few tips about the replacement kits. Just last week, I went in because my iPhone wouldn't take a charge. I had been having to contort the cord in a very specific way in order to make a connection, so I had known that I would have to do something about it soon. I called ahead and spoke to Jonathan, and was relieved to hear that they could replace my lightning port for around $60 in half an hour. When I arrived, Jonathan looked at my phone, then told me that he might be able to fix my phone in 5 minutes for free... Sure enough, he pulled out some tools, somehow maneuvered his way into my phone via the lightning port, and pulled out...lint! An unholy amount of lint! He tested the phone out and it was as good as new! He could have just changed out the port and I'd never know the difference, but these guys are the good guys. I started going to Rescue Tronics because it was a great deal. I keep coming back because I trust them.

Superb service. I have an old school Bose home theater system that hasn't worked in 8 years. I had taken it to the Bose store in Grapevine Mills Mall only to be told it's too old to repair but they'd offer me a credit towards a new one. I researched electronic repair stores and read the reviews for this location. I dropped my system off this past Friday right before they closed. I was told it would be repaired in about 3 to 5 business days. Shockingly, I received an email this afternoon(Monday) that it was ready. Not only does the ipod dock still work but my aux and power port are fully functional. My neighbors are going to kill me because I've had the volume at full blast since I got it. I'm happy to say this 5 star review is well worth it!

Chad at Rescuetronics is amazing. I spent hours trying to download computer updates and drivers and was not able to get anything to work right. I went to Rescuetronics. Chad was able to diagnose and fix the issue quickly. I'll not stress out again. I'll call him immediately the next time I have a technology issue.

Fantastic company! I am very technical myself so I wanted to know a bit more about repairing iphones. I went and saw the folks over at Ninja Repair and they have it all broken down step by step on what to do to help you repair your phone yourself and they were competitively priced as well. I have also sent many of my friends and family over to see them and they all report quick service and "like new" repairs. I would highly recommend Ninja Repair to anyone looking for a great repair service on your mobile device. Let's support our USA Jobs! Go Ninja!

This place rocks. iPhone insurance wanted $225 to fix my phone. I paid $114 and had it done in 45 minutes! Jonathan was nice and walked me through the price and time. This is the second repair we have had done at Rescue. My daughter had the same great experience. The price beat two other places we called. Great job done.

So my screen on my iPhone was cracked for a VERY long time and all of the sudden it stopped working. Ninja Repair was not only at a convenient location but customer service was awesome! Phone was ready in less than 30 minutes for a great price! Will definitely recommend to anyone!

Really disappointed with the service done on my computer here. I brought it in to have it diagnosed and paid the $45 diagnosis fee. I told Chris that I thought it needed a new motherboard installed (that I was providing) but wasn't positive that was the issue. Chris told me he would check it out and call me the next day. Two days after dropping it off I received a text letting me know that the work was done, how much I owed and that it was ready for pickup. The work was done without calling and asking for approval first! I likely would have approved it regardless but that is HIGHLY unethical to do hundreds of dollars worth of work without even contacting the customer first. (Also some of the below issues may have been avoided with an over the phone discussion about the diagnosis) When I went in to pick it up I asked him if he was able to recover the data that was on the hard drives and his response was "No it was corrupt" (Which I partially expected, so no big deal) Then I asked if BOTH hard drives were corrupt. (I have a 256 SSD drive and a 2TB HDD in the computer) and he said "There was only one drive in there" Right there on the counter I had him open up the computer and I pointed out to him the two hard drives... So as it stands now Windows is installed on my 2TB HDD (which I usually only use for media storage) because he somehow did not see the other hard drive while tearing the computer apart and replacing the motherboard. He then handed me three of the four 8GB RAM sticks that were originally in my computer and said he "took them out so that it would perform better" and that each one was 32GB so I only needed one in the computer and that I should "sell the extras" Anybody with even basic computer knowledge knows that less RAM does not mean better performance and I knew that my computer had originally only had 32GB of RAM, not the 128 GB that he said he had taken out. After I got home I booted it up and went to system properties to verify the installed RAM. and as I suspected it was only registering 8GB. So I put them back in one at a time and discovered that one of them did not allow the computer to boot (when I took out the one faulty one and left in the other three it was fine) I called him back (with the intent of trying to understand his logic more) and he said "Oh yeah, I took them out because they were not working" (A completely different story than he had originally told me) So rather than tell me that one stick was faulty/damaged he instead took them all out and told me that I did not need them and to sell them (clearly knowing that I would have been selling a RAM stick that did not work) Bottom line really sloppy work all around.

I was very impressed with the quality of Matthew's work. I had my laptop case replaced since it was damaged beyond repair. Not only was the new case put on, but it looks like Matthew cleaned inside it while it was open. The whole computer looks polished including inside and around ports. My laptop is five years old and looks and functions brand new again. Very happy. Many thanks.

Their service was great. The costs were better than everyone I checked out. They communicate with you in several ways (text, call, email, etc.) whichever works best for you. They replaced my hard drive in 2 days. I would definitely recommend them for Apple laptop repair.
