Had phone screen fixed . They obviously messed up battery as we had problems with it from day one getting it back. Also was told I would get a call telling me cost before repair but would be around 108$ and then they just fixed it and didn't let us know .ended up costing more than sprint would have charged 160$ . Horrible customer service . Never is a ^manager^ there to help . He hides behind the phone . Was very disrespectful to my wife . NEVER go HERE . Guarantee their work my a** . Only thing they did was offer to charge me more for a battery . They said it would cost 60 dollars . No thank you if I would have let them do it I'm sure by the time I got back they would have raised price for that too. Needless to say I would never reccomend this business . Choose wisely . Will never use 3rd party to fix phone again . A broke screen all in all ended up costing me 300$ after I paid them and sprint for an insurance claim .sprint even said work was shotty .
