Rescue Tronics is FANTASTIC! Chad has replaced three of my screens, each time faster than the last. Today he had my screen swapped out in under 10 minutes and for 30% less than other places charge. PLUS he threw in a free case since I obviously have a problem keeping my screen protected! AMAZING customer service and unbeatable prices. A+++++

Made at appt for 5:30 to have the cracked screen on my iPhone 5 replaced. He was done in 10 minutes, phone and screen work as good as new. I did not notice until after I got home that I was charged $5 more than the quote, I sent an email, he apologized for the error and refunded the difference that night.

My first time experience with Chad (Ninja)....My Samsung S3 was shattered and called Ninja Repair the same day...within 1 1/2 hours he was able to fix it and it works just as new....just as if opened the phone from the factory box. I will definitely come back if anything happens to my phone and will let friends and family know about Ninja. Thank you so much for everything. Rescue Tronics did a great job on my daughters iphone that had be run over by a BUS!! They replaced the screen and about an hour later she was back in business again!! Thank you!!

I have been a loyal customer to you guys for the past few months but boy that is over. You guys have given me one bad battery that after a few months literally started bulging out so I went back to y'all and replaced it and I just had to get it replaced again after a month but rest assured I went somewhere else to do it. I just replaced my charger port up there a week ago and I had to replace that too. That's all bad enough but the kicker was the fact that when I got it fixed somewhere else they informed that all the screws were missing and the plates were out of place because of this. What sucks is now I can't bring it up there and show you guys how horrible you are at what you are paid to do and what you charge people to do. You basically charged me to break my phone and I'm very upset about it. Add that to the fact that where I went to get it fixed yesterday charged me $100 less than you guys would to fix the screen, you guys will never have my business again and if if I can help it you won't have anyone's.

We came in to have our daughter's laptop screen repaired. The prices were very reasonable and the work was completed very quickly. The laptop came back to us and it looks and works as good as new. A+ all around!

Disappointing.
Took my iPad in for screen repair with a Groupon. When I got the iPad back, it has a bubble under the screen, a scratch on the underside of the screen AND fingerprints ON THE UNDERSIDE. There is also a section along the bottom edge of the device where the glass doesn't even attach to the device properly. The guts of the iPad are exposed through this space. Totally lame. Will not use this business again.

I came in the other day needing help with a small issue on my pc. Jonathan was beyond helpful. Not only did he fix it but he showed me what I was doing wrong. Very great customer serves from him. I will recommend this place to friends for sure.

Unfortunately my boyfriend likes to check the fight capabilities of his iphone 5 when he loses his temper. It doesn't fly very well but shatters like a pro when hitting the wall. Have visited the Lewisville store off Main street twice now and will be giving Rescue Tronics my repeat business every time we need to fix grumpy's iphone or anything else that might need to be repaired. The employees are amazing at making you feel at home and welcome every time you step in the store. Thank You Rescue Tronics for saving my boyfriends electronics lol

My dad paid 70 dollars to have his phone repaired in order to retrieve contacts. It turned out that the phone could not be repaired, but the young man working their stated that they would be keeping his money because they did some work . How do you charge a person money and hand their phone back to them in the same broken condition? He found out from another phone place that they LIED and that it could not be repaired. AVOID THESE THIEVES in Lewisville.

Sometimes we all fall prey - my computer was hacked and I took it to Rescue Tronics. The guys there were VERY nice and professional. Jonathan took care of my computer and was even nice enough to carry it to the car for me. First off I m going to say Chad is a great guy. Very helpful and knows what he is talking about. This is the first time i have ever went to this Establishment and I can t say anything bad about it.
My iPhone 6s has had a problem with keeping a charge for about two months now. Chad set me up with a new battery for the fraction of the cost of other places i had contacted. He completed the battery swap within minutes of me arriving. Now my iphone works like it just came out of the box

I have a PC and Laptop that I purchased back in 2011 and they finally gave out. I was laid off my job and was not financially able to purchase brand new equipment. I google a computer repair shop in Lewisville and RescueTronics popped up. I called the business and Chad answered the phone and asked a few questions as to what was wrong. After our discussion he advised me to bring them in and he will take care of them. Well, in fact he did. I now have a brand new PC and Laptop and it was very affordable. I am very pleased with my service. My keys on my laptop weren't reliable anymore and I thought I was going to have to buy a new one. But to my surprise, all I need was to have my keyboard replaced. The staff was very courteous and prompt in resolving my issues. I definitely would recommend them to a friend and will be using their services anytime if needed in the future!

Jonathan was great. After he received the part it was a quick turn around to replace the old on. He also corrected another problem that I had in less that 30 minutes. I will definitely use Rescue Tronics again.

These guys were really nice at first. I gave them my computer to clean up,new software and they said after about a week that they can't do the work because it didn't have a disc insert only USB. They said they would keep trying. A month went by and then I got a email saying if I didn't come get my computer and pay them $50 for nothing because they still couldn't do the work it wasn't possible but still charging me. I never did because that's a rip off so they now own my computer. You guys read this because I feel like they stole it although they legally gave me the option to pay them $50 for nothing.

Okay changing my review because of a recent discovery I made. So I had my phone screen replaced here 3 months ago and I thought this place was awesome. Good service, even better pricing. Anyways, a couple days ago my lcd was damaged after a really light drop onto carpet. The screen itself wasn't even damaged, just the lcd so I found it odd. I recently moved so I went to a different store this time. They called me 15 mins after dropping it off asking me to come back. I knew something was up b/c most shops need at least double that time. Upon arriving, they asked me if I had my phone fixed in the past. I answered yes. They then proceeded to show me how a ton of screws and a few other parts that keep the phone together were completely missing inside my phone. No wonder it broke so easily. I'm not one to jump to conclusion, but since Rescue Tronics is the only other place i've had this specific phone repaired, I have to make the assumption that they had something to do with this. Not sure if it just made their job easier or if they go as far as reusing or reselling the parts but this was very disappointing as I recommended this shop to many people. It really wasn't cool. I suppose if your budget is low and you can't live without a cracked screen, go here. But for those who don't want your phone to have the potential of literally breaking in half and damaging the internals, pay the extra $50 or so.

The owner is a crook. We brought him two working phones with cracked screens. We waited while he made the repairs and when he handed the phones back, neither phone worked anymore. He told us to go to Apple to get them fixed and Apple said it wasn t their problem and would not fix it. He said that if they wouldn t fix it, he would make it right. He refused to help, to the point the police had to make him give us a refund, but I still have two broken phones.
