I have shattered my iPad and iPhone screens a few times and have always brought them to Rescuetronics. The service is wonderful and quick. Chad has always done a great job at repairing our devices. I would recommend RescueTronics over any competitor any day.

Went in today to get a laptop looked at and was greeted by Jonathan. He took the time to take apart the laptop, we discussed the situation, and decided to return the laptop to the seller. Due to the patience, good service, and honesty - these guys will definitely get my money in the future when I need something fixed!

These guys told me theycould fix the screen on a note 10 plus, I paid over 400 dollars up front trusting they would do a good job. Now I just removed the phone from the cover and founf that they installed a different color screen than what my phone used to be, and you can see the glue all over the connecting area.

I can't believe they didnt come clean on this and said they had the wrong color!!!

first off the guy was a babe.. and second he fixed my phone like sooooooo good!! he was extremely nice and thoughtful and he loved working with u! i recommend this shop very much. if anyone needs there phone fixed or anything this is the guy to go to!

I used RescueTronics for the mail in repair and was very satisfied. My Galaxy S4 had a shattered screen and charging issue both were repaired at a price which beat the local comeptition. I'm known for getting to turnt and breaking my phone every holiday. Thanks to Rescue Tronics fast service and low prices, I can continue to break my phone with out breaking the bank.

There new location is great too, since they're so fast - don't go far! Instead go to Chipotle and munch down on a fat burrito - or get yourself a delicious smash burger. Whatever you do - by the time you get home and unbutton your pants, they will already have your phone ready to go. They're just that quick.

Brought in my laptop after buying a battery on amazon and installing myself only to find out my laptop won't turn on anymore. Turns out the battery I installed from Densting blew out 5 diodes on my motherboard. I got quoted $303 for the labor, parts, and new battery. Shop owner is a great guy, went out of his way to work on my laptop after hours on a holiday and answer all my questions at the same time. Can't say enough about these guys they mean business and they'll get mine in the future.

Super fast, they said it would take 45 minutes to fix my iphone 6s plus screen and it was done in maybe 20 or less. Also CONSIDERABLY cheaper than other places nearby that I got quotes from.

Needed an iPhone battery replacement so stopped in to see what the price was along with the wait time. Johnathan had me out the door within 15 minutes and even gave me a discount. Would recommend this place to anyone needing phone repair. Ask for Johnathan, he was great.

Great service, replaced screen while I was at lunch. Fixed Siri that had been silent after another local shop had replaced a screen last summer @ no charge. This is my new go to shop for all our devices!

They were very responsive and tried multiple ways to solve the problem with my AIO PC. They continued working on it long after I would have given up. Would definitely recommend these people for PC problems.

Chris at RescueTronics has been great. I took my home built tower computer to him this week. It wouldn't power on. I had figured it was the power supply and replaced it myself. Well guess what that wasn't it. So didn't know where to go from there. Looked up computer repair near me and saw RescueTronics close and they had really good reviews. Well the reviews weren't wrong. I know things like that can be hard to troubleshoot.
But Chris went thru everything and found a short in my power button and fixed it. I probably would have taken forever to find it. So Thanks so much to RescueTronics and Chris. Saved my life!!

Went in to repair the CD ROM for my Xbox one and they got it done fast and cheap. Good people and great service.

I have taken other phones to other repair places and have had a ton of troubles with the repairs. I took my phone to Rescue Tronics and Jonathan was able to replace the screen within 20 minutes! He was courteous and friendly. They do great work.

Came in for a screen repair for my iPhone 6+, and Jonathan was able to quickly fix the screen without any issues, and honored the price on groupon.

Soooo update to this story. We took the phone to the Apple store. And this was their reply:

The last repair you had done was one of the worst jobs we ve ever seen. That s why it won t make calls, its missing several screws, the sides weren t put in correctly (which is why the sides were bulging out) and the reason the phone has been overheating is because they had the vent blocked inside the phone

Soooooo, again DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Oh and of course we had to pay Apple for the repair that we shouldn t have had to do if it had been done right the first time from This company.

Do not go here. I dropped my sons phone off to have the screen replaced and we walked out. The store closed. I called my son on the way home and neither speaker worked. The next morning the screen was broken again. And now we have a broken screen and a phone that doesn t work. It worked fine when we dropped it off. Now they want to charge me another nearly $300 to repair the phone. I ve already paid $105. They guy said he could maybe give me a small discount of maybe $20. Are you kidding by me? You broke the phone and you want to charge me to repair it? Not happy. This is bad business.

His phone didn t have a problem when we went in. It was broken after we picked it up. I m guessing something wasn t assembled properly and that s why it magically has a problem. Your guy doesn t quality control his work before he gives it back to the customer? What kind of shoddy service is that? If something wasn t assembled properly it could cause bulging which could have caused the screen to pop. And of course the sound to not work.

Again. Phone worked fine until we dropped it off for repair. This sounds like a scam to get more money from your customers to me. SCAM!!!

When I cracked my phone screen at work I was so frustrated and I needed to get it fixed the same day. I was able to use a Groupon and got my screen fixed promptly. They even stayed open a few minutes late so I could get back and have my phone that evening. Great and Courteous service!

Ninja Repair fixed my shattered IPHONE 5 screen in about 20 minutes! What a life saver since I could not even swipe my phone to answer calls or check my email. I called on Friday around 7 and asked if he could fix the phone the same night and he said he would wait on me to get there. Thank you Ninja Repair for helping me out when I needed my phone fixed right away. Price was cheaper than anywhere else I had checked into and no one else could fix it the same night. I've been meaning to write a review from them, and they've been pretty good! They were reasonable, and worked at a good pace. The longest you will need to wait is at least 2 weeks for repairs, because they often need to order parts. However, it takes less time and cost less than shipping it to a particular "PC Competitor." Worth the time, and wait! :)

I stopped in thinking I may need the charging port replaced on my iPhone. Chad quickly looked at it and cleaned it, avoiding a repair. In and out in 5 minutes, and no charge for cleaning. I certainly appreciate doing just what was needed, and will be back should I need repair in the future.

These guys worked wonders on my Note9! I brought it in for a cracked glass and they were the best priced out of 3 other shops I called. The screen comes as a full assembly and is like half the phone. The first replacement was defective as it was missing the stylus lock. This was an official Samsung part. Not their fault. He replaced it again and a few weeks later I got the dreaded green screen issue that has been plaguing these phones. For no charge, he replaced the screen again to see if that was the issue and it was. Samsung has really dropped the ball but Rescuetronics picked it up for me. I paid them some extra cash for all the extra help in rectifying my issue because I was so impressed by the stellar customer service.

So, get this... I actually work for a tech company in Arlington. One of our faithful customers moved to Lewisville and needed help. She wanted to know if we had any suggestions. I did not want to suggest an expensive trip for her to have our tech onsite.
I found Rescue Tronics on Google... Google reviews are one of the few review sites that I trust. Chad's company had exceptionally high ratings.

I have found this repair store the best computer resource in the area. They are very affordable, get it right, and work with each client as if they were a family member. I was in this evening with a friend to have their screen replaced. All associates were very helpful and polite. They fixed the screen very quickly and did a great job. Even made me decide to get a protector for my screen which they installed quickly and perfectly. If you are in need of phone repair or a screen protector, head on over and you definitely will not regret it!

Five stars for this place! VERY convenient Lewisville location (in the Smash Burger strip on Main St. @ 35). Easy walk-in, had my badly cracked screen completely replaced and looking BRAND NEW in 20 minutes. They do all sorts of phone/tablet/computer repairs, data transfers, screen replacements. DO NOT TAKE GAME SYSTEMS TO GET FIXED. Took our in, was told it would take 5 days, after the 5 days still had not received a call. When I finally did get ahold of them was told it was the fan and they would replace it and should have it back by the end of the week. A week later still did not hear anything they said fan was just being shipped. Finally got system back it was not fixed at all. Told me to bring it back in. After not hearing from them again I called and they said they could not fix it and would refund our money and give the game system back. When I went to pick up the game system it was missing. They had to order a new system which took another week and we did not get our original refund back.

I had a great experience at Rescuetronics. Jonathan was very friendly and repaired my phone screen in less time than he originally told me it would take. Hopefully, I won't need to come back but if I have any phone or computer problems, Rescuetronics will be the first place I go. And I'm going to recommend this place to my friends and family.

Chad helped me with my electronic devices. He is friendly and top notch technician. I am glad that I found this gem in my neighborhood. He has my business from now onwards and he is my go to man for all my electronics trouble.

I was so disappointed when I stopped in. There was a younger guy there today with a baseball cap on around 4:30pm and I stated I wanted to purchase a cord for my IPhone. He said it will be $15. I said I just got my phone fixed here a week ago and only paid $7 for the cord. He said what is your name and phone number. I asked why he needed that information to sell me a phone cord. He stated, I wanna find out who sold you that cord because it s $15. I said Sir, I just need a cord because my phone is about to die. He ignored me and continued to look at his computer. He was so rude and I just walked out and went to 5 below and got one for $5. They did great work on my phone however Customer service is the way you make a customer feel and I felt horrible when I left there. I will never return to the store on Main Street in Lewisville Tx next door to T-Mobile. EVER

Metro PCS recommended Rescue Tronics for my broken screen on my LG Phone. I was pleasantly surprised.
Great customer service. Chris said they didn't have my part ( the screen). Told me it would be about 5 business days.
I prepaid my repair, they text me when the part came in (which was actually 4 business days). Had a beer or two next door while he repaired my phone. Chad text me when it was ready. Walked in the door and he was polishing up the screen. Wow!

Chad is very pleasant to deal with and has at least one other good employee named Chris. If I need service again, I will be back.

My battery and my cracked screen on my iPhone Needed replaced and it was late after work and I almost knew I was going to have to leave my phone overnight. But my man Jonathan at the Lewisville location made it happen in 20 minuets!! Made my day!! I highly recommend Rescue Tronics for phone repair!

Jonathan was very kind and helpful, and did a great job replacing my screen&LCD. However, I did notice that after the replacement, my front camera quality became grainy and faded, which was the main issue. I also noticed my phone display screen became foggy and lighter than normal. Other than that, Rescue Tronics has great service!

Extremely fast and best price anywhere. The BEST!

And you don't have to stand in line at the Apple Store and deal with a twenty something know-it-all smart ass along with paying triple the price.
