Great prompt service and good communication. This is the second time I have had to have my iPad's screen replaced. I normally don't like surprises, but this one was very unexpected pleasant one. The price was 30% lower than from the other local repair shop that I used last time!! I had to drive a few miles further but it was well worth the minor inconvenience. The reason I didn't go back to the first shop again was due to the fact I had to run my credit card through a business next door, as he only accepted cash, or check payment. My main objective was to get my iPad fixed right by a company that would run my credit card under their name, not through another business where you have no recourse if the work isn't done right. I highly recommend Rescue Tronics. They are fast, dependable and will do quality service at a very reasonable price.

I stopped by to get my fiance's Iphone screen replaced. (the screen was badly cracked) Not only was Ninja Repair fairly quick on the turnaround, approx. 30 min same day fix. But they were very friendly and attended to all my needs as the customer. Above all that, the price to fix the phone's screen was fairly competitive and less than most other establishments around my area. So I would even recommend Ninja Repair for those willing to drive out to Lewisville to get a great price and fast turnaround. I have no complaints and will be back soon.

They don t know how to fix computers, it Took them about 3 weeks to tell me they couldn t fix it they tried 2 parts and still didn t know What was wrong with it. don t recommend it this place.

Rescue Tronics repaired my laptop(s) in a timely manner. The prices were relatively affordable to fix my laptop's batteries. They ordered the parts for me and gave me a discounted rate for the parts. They were very straightforward with my order and emailed me when it arrived. Overall I would say it was a good experience.

They allowed me to bring in my purchased LCD screen for them to replace on my laptop. Most repair places that I called refused (my guess is they wanted to charge extra to order the screen). Will keep going here for any repair needs. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Previously I had taken my 2017 Dell XPS 8930 to the Bestbuy Geek Squad and not had any luck they just wanted to sell me another computer because they said my motherboard was bad. Rescue Tronics was able to identify it was actually my cpu and fixed the problem. After helping me get my computer back to working condition they then helped me build what they kindly nicknamed the "SuperDell" with a 3060ti, a beefy heat sink, 2TB M.2, I7 8700k, and an upgraded power supply. It seems to be running perfectly so far, and if I have any trouble in the future I know I'll be taking it there.

I came you rescue tronics after someone else claimed my motherboard was damaged and that my computer couldn't be fixed. I wanted a second opinion and they ran a diagnostic check and advised me it was actually my hard drive. The customer service was impeccable. I would recommend them for your computer repairs.

After completely shattering my iPhone I quickly went to google to find a place to fix my phone and I saw nothing but good reviews for this place so I decided to give it a try. I came in and was helped out by Johnathan. There was a customer in front of me so he told me my repair would be a little longer because of that like a hour to a hour and a half... Johnathan had my screen fixed in a little over 35 minutes!!! Not only was the service good but it was very quick! My phone looks brand spankin new.

Rescuetronics explained their repair process very well. They were very responsive in providing me a quote for the services at the end of a working day, and also when I requested a status update. I REALLY like their customer portal as well, which shows my work history/billing history, and I appreciate that I didn't need to self-register for it.

I would recommend everyone I know to come to chad at ninja repair. I had my work tablet, a Samsung galaxy tab 2, that had a broken screen due to being dropped. Rather than paying the 500 my company would of charged me. It cost me 50 bucks and was fixed within the hour. Chad was very professional and nice. It was good to feel appreciated as a customer. Chad saved me from the penalties of work, and his hours of operations is perfect for anyone with a normal job. Best experience I've ever had with any repair company. If anything else breaks I will be coming to him.
