Had an excellent customer experience Friday night at Rescue Tronics in Lewisville, Tx off Main Street! We needed a new battery for a Samsung phone - but we did not get there until 7:15pm. (they close at 8pm). Unfortunately we were not able to come back on Saturday and they are closed on Sunday. Jonathan understood our urgency and situation and made it a priority. Excellent customer service - we will definitely be back for all our other electronics needs! By the way, if you are looking for good prices on used phones, they had some great deals posted at the counter.
