Based on my experience with these people I feel most of the 4-5 star rating are fake since my experience was totally different. These guys are not trustworthy so be careful.

I took a computer for repair and rescuetronics told me that it requires a new motherboard and charged me $265 for it + $37 diagnostics. When i paid I was told that rescuetronics will return me the old motherboard. I had to constantly follow with them and every time they told me that they are waiting for the new motherboard to come from china and finally after 2 months when i picked up the computer they did not give me the old motherboard as promised and the service person told me that the owner disposed it in thrash.I called the owner immediately and the owner said he knew nothing about it.At that moment itself I knew there was something fishy. I came home and verified the serial number of the motherboard and it was same and i could see all the dust on it which means rescuetronics did not even touch the motherboard of my computer. When i presented these details rescuetronics came back and said they repaired the motherboard instead of replacement which sounded a lie to me since the sales person at the store told me that they replaced the MB when i picked up the computer. They charged my credit card in advance and if it was a repair they should have charged for repair and not replacement. I called the owner few time after they agreed that they did not replace the motherboard and never got a response back.
