Edit!! - They fixed it and we got things cleared up! Laptop is clear of storage and ready to start new again!

Great customer service, listened to what was wrong with my Surface Pro Laptop. My laptop started to have issues over a year ago and because of it not being useful I stopped using it. Money was tight so I wasn t sure if I could afford for it to be fixed. First, the keyboard wasn t typing but still lit up when I pressed the keys. Second, the space storage was out of control. My apps and games section is well over 65gbs, but I have no games or many apps. On top of that, found out that my usb port wasn t working which I had no idea about. So they said that they could fix it and wipe it clean, but I had to go home to clean out any space I could. So that they can run a test to see why my USB port and keyboard wasn t working.
After they were done, I was told they kept a few things from being deleted on my computer (believing they did clear out half my storage) and fixed the USB port and keyboard. I got home to check and see if everything was working, keyboard was good and I charged my phone to the computer.
But the work is only 75% done, my memory was the same, over 65 gbs still. I know certain functions have Windows downloading stuff and updating computers. So all of that is in the Apps & Games section. So I may have to go back and get an explanation why I paid $124 for the keyboard and USB port to be fixed but my storage is the same.
