I took my Buick Encore in for service at a 9:40AM appointment. They took it right in and a little over an hour it was done. Every one was really nice and professional. I appreciated the good service I received there.

I came at a busy time, so I did have to wait a bit to be helped. Also think the entrance to the service center should be more clearly marked from the street. Otherwise, everyone very friendly and helpful.

We purchased a 2011 Yukon XL last month and dealt with Matt Kelly who I would highly recommend. We felt very comfortable with everyone we met in the sales and service department and am sure that we will be doing more business in the future. Thank you!

All I can say is unbelievable!!!! I spent the day ...

All I can say is unbelievable!!!! I spent the day being beat up all over Reno at every car dealer on Kietzke. Do all the other dealers in Reno still think the old school grind is the only way?...I heard "if you will today" and "If I could, would you..." almost on que at every single store within the first 15 minutes...in some cases before I even looked at a car? Hey Reno...Go to Reno Buick GMC Cadillac if you want to buy a car without the old circus act. I walked in the store and was immediately aware that I had entered into a different atmosphere. People were friendly...and customers were smiling at desks with their salespeople...not people having the battles I had walked into the middle of at various other stores. Maybe it is just the culture of the higher end brands or maybe it is the Culture of this store but I felt at home immediately upon entering the building. I was fed up with car jockeys and b.s. when I grabbed the door handle, but within steps inside I found myself relaxed and greeted as a person...not just a payday. Mike Cogliano introduced himself and asked me how I was doing and how my day was going and I explained...so far it has sucked, I feel like it's 1975 and I've been trying to buy a car from good ole "Lucky Peters"....i've had my trade in keys "lost" six times at six different dealers...I feel lucky to be alive....and so should they. Mike laughed...a real laugh, not some car dealer "finding common ground" laugh but a genuine laugh with some "sorry for your luck mixed in" Without immediately jumping on what kind of car do you want to buy, Mike offered me a cup of coffee and actually went and brought us both back a cup. We sat down and shot the breeze for a bit. When the reason I am here question came up, I explained what I was looking for and Mike said "no problem" After listening to me (yes..really listening) he grabbed one set of keys and walked with me...not leading me, with me... to exactly what I had described and wanted. We didn't talk money...I didn't hear "we'll make you a smoking deal today" or "this one is on sale just today"...we talked about the car and how cool it is and looks. After a relaxed drive, I wanted it and bought it. We negotiated for maybe 5 mins and that was that. I was excited, I bought exactly what I wanted, and was thrilled to be treated with, get this...RESPECT!!! I will never waste my time shopping with the old school idiots running dealerships in Reno ever again...My Business and My Friend's and Family's Business have been earned for life by Mike Cogliano and Reno Buick GMC Cadillac... Wake up Reno, there is a lot more to buying a car than just the price...a lot more. Try Reno Buick GMC Cadillac and you will see what I mean...see how Respect feels, I bet you will like it too.

Service department RUINED my interior and upholstery. They punctured holes in leather seats. Grease all over interior. While they cleaned grease they refused to fix my upholstery. Twice my car was taken in for repair and twice came back in worse condition than when it was dropped off. I will NEVER give them my business again. This is unacceptable work from Any shop let alone for a dealership service dept.!!
If you have any pride of ownership and expect care and service for your car, I recommend going Literally Any where else!!!

Veterans beware! This was the worst buying experience I have ever had in my life, they lied and they treat veterans like crap! If you are a veteran, I would suggest not going to this dealership, and they will treat you horribly wrong. I am a disabled veteran and all they did was lie to me the whole time and I have put in calls to numerous people about this and no one will ever return my call. I tried posting a review on their site, and they have censored my rating because I wrote the same thing I am writing here. And the last communication I received from them was a disrespectful text from their finance manager We work on our own timelines. We gave you extra time to get your own money, now you need to let us find out what the best course of action is for the dealership.

They don't seem to care that the steering in my 2016 Silverado 2500 is terrible. Been in the shop a total of 4 times, 3 documented. Recently I have been trying to schedule a test drive but they are not calling back.
I have begun a relationship with Jet Way in Yerington, they seem like real people. I'm probably going to give them a shot at this issue.

I have a 2006 GMC Envoy with 105,000+ miles on it....

I have a 2006 GMC Envoy with 105,000+ miles on it. I was a mechanic for 20+ years. Because of medical problems I chose to take it to the dealer to repair the check engine light being on. I was greeted by Steve Doss and felt I could trust him. They first took care of some neglected service work hoping that would be enough to solve the check engine light problem. Unfortunately the check engine light was an intermittent problem and they had to drive the vehicle 4 or 5 days to make sure the problem was fixed. I'm sure it was very frustrating for them because I have been there My Envoy has never performed this well. In the meantime they gave me a car with under 1000 miles on it to use as a loaner. They were very professional and helpful in my time of need and I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

This was by far th best automobile buying experience I have ever experienced. We live in the Sacramento area and made the deal by email. Jeff the salesman was curteous met us immediately when we arrived on the lot, he answered all my questions and got me eveything that we wanted. The deal we made through phone and emails was exactly what we agreed on when we arrived to sign the paperwork including the value of our trade. We were in and out of the dealership in less than 2 hours including finance and learning how to operate the options on our new Cadillac Escalade. We will definitely be doing business with Reno Cadillac the next time we are in the market for a new Cadillac.

We brought our Denali XL for 5000 mile service usi...

We brought our Denali XL for 5000 mile service using early bird drop off. The car was completed the next day but the tires were not rotated. In fact, we were told by our service adviser that tire rotations are not done until 15,000 miles, which goes against every recommendation I've ever read. Furthermore, the 5000 mile service was supposed to be free of charge; we were going to be charged $40 until another service adviser reversed the charges. This other service adviser also told us that tire rotations were supposed to occur with each oil change and that there wasn't time (at the time of pickup) to rotate the tires. We would have to make another appointment but promised we wouldn't have to wait for it.
I will never bring our gmc to this dealership again for service. Some of your advisers have zero knowledge of what services are performed at service intervals and they feel free to charge for services that should be free of charge. We will gladly drive extra distances to avoid having this dealership service our vehicle again.

Let me preface by saying I am also in the sales business and write agreements for a living. I would never allow one of my customers to leave my office without comprehensively covering all aspects of the purchase agreement to ensure they are making an informed decision. The way we have been treated and the things I have heard from these guys is extremely unprofessional.
I don't even know where to begin with this corrupt dealership. My wife and I purchased two vehicles for over $125,000. Our sales associate (who no longer works there) was amazing and made the process seamless. It wasn't until we reached Roman is finance that all hell broke loose. I've never met more of a snake in my life. My wife's truck was not even on the lot yet as it was in transit yet this guy tried forcing an "extended warranty" on us for a truck that we didn't even have in our possession yet. I made it very clear to him that we had no interest in a warranty because we trade in vehicles about every 3-4 years (usually leases and this was a purchase). He told us that if we didn't buy it right then that the truck would be considered used and the warranty would cost more (keep in mind the truck wasn't even there yet) . He also said that he wouldn't get his commission if I didn't buy it then. After I literally had to excuse myself from his office after back and forth banter, this fine gentleman gave us a proposition. He offered us a "28 day promise to pay". I specifically asked him "so we will have 28 days to decide if we want the warranty or not" and he said YES. Because I don't purchase vehicles regularly ( i always lease from Infiniti/Acura), I took his word for it. 28 days later I start getting calls threatening to take me to collections for this unpaid warranty. After I said I never bought a warranty they made it clear that I had. Roman cleverly snuck the $2995 warranty into the purchase price so I was on the hook for it (100% my fault for not reading everything front to back because at that point I couldn't wait to get out of this place). Long story short I cancelled the warranty after I was forced to pay another $2995 and was told that they would credit that amount to my principal balance with my credit union.
It gets better, after 4 months (purchased in May 2018) I still have yet to receive a receipt showing that it has been applied and Mike Oade (another finance guy I assume) told my sales associate that he will not provide me proof that my cancelled warranty was applied. My sister in law worked in the auto industry for 20 years and she told me to make sure I get that proof because most likely it will never be applied to my balance and will end up in their pockets. That is exactly what it looks like is happening here. I've called many times with no return call. My advise is to stay far away from Reno GMC! I made a huge mistake trusting another dealership after many years and 7 vehicles from Infiniti and Acura of Reno.

Great dealership and great staff! They were very accommodating to all of needs and were able to find us an awesome truck for the right price. We had checked out all the dealers in the surrounding areas and looked as far away as Dave Smith in Idaho. Reno Buick , GMC, Cadillac beat them all ! Thanks for all your hard work finding our 2017 GMC 2500 HD All Terrain X!

I went to GMC because I was having a difficult time with my old car. I let my sales person (Durant Foote) know what I needed in a car and what I could afford. I did not think that I would qualify for a car let alone afford it. My sales person and the GMC team did an amazing job at meeting my requirements. I highly recommend Reno GMC for any vehicle purchases. This is not your average dealer, they do not "try to sell you the most expensive vehicle on their lot" they really care about finding the right car for you. I love my GMC Terrain and its perfect fit for me!!
Thank You to Durant Foote and the Team at Reno GMC!!

The service was the best we have ever had. We are traveling and had a minor issue with our car. I called and asked if they could look at it. They said Friday was the soonest. When I explained our situation, they dropped everything to get us taken care of. Every person from the maintenence person to the sales people were of a quality rarely seen these days. We live 6 hrs away but would consider making the drive to purchase a vehicle from them. We look forward to our next visit. Thank you for everything!!

Buying a car is always a little nerve racking and can be frustrating, this was not the case this time. My wife, son and I met Jeff our Salesmen out by the used cars and the first thing he did was give us Knuckles, instantly we liked him. After much talk about finances and what we wanted Jeff recommended a new 2020 Terrain due to the amazing incentives they had. We cruised the large inventory they had until my wife found the Terrain she absolutely loved. We started the paperwork with a couple hiccups from Credit and being upside down in our trade-in, but Jeff assured us he could make it work within our budget and obstacles. The process took a while but Jeff absolutely made everything work the way he promised. I am hoping Jeff sticks around for a long time because I will be buying all my GMC vehicles from him. Thank you so much JEFF!!! The Vickers

Incompetent service staff. The mechanics may be aw...

Incompetent service staff. The mechanics may be awesome and do their jobs well, but they're represented by employees like Daylen. He is incompetent, lies and simply has no work ethic.

A friend of mine had a 10 AM appointment on Thursday. Friday was to go on a camping trip with friends. The engine light came on. The turbo was acting up (who knew an Encore had one??) under warantee, so there's really no better choice than to take to Buick for repairs. Daylen apparently seems to think sitting at his desk is working. Explaining that one might want to go home as the part may need to be ordered COULD have been done well before spending 10 AM until 5 PM (*until a service person from the shop asked if my friend was being helped) just to be told by Daylen that they needed to order a part. His explanation to my friend was that he claimed that he said as much. I'm not sure how most people react when told a part needs to be ordered, but sitting and waiting at the dealership is not likely a response.
Nor would still seeing that person waiting was what Daylen would allow to happen. My friend finally got a ride home after being told that the part was "on order" and that the car should be done "Friday or Monday." Taken at face value, my friend left the car (and her keys) with the dealership expecting that on Monday, the car would be ready at the latest. No call came on Friday. Other travel arrangements allowed for the camping to happen. No call as of Monday at 11 AM, so she called the dealership.
Daylen in his seemingly personal way, again backtracked what he stated and explained that the part STILL isn't there. At this point, she is no longer able to deal with this fool and I am now stepping in to call. Two calls to the operator to get a service manager. Both to what seem to be interns are answered moderately professionally, but in both cases, forgot to put me on hold as they tried to figure out what is meant by "Can I please talk to the service manager" means. I hear them giggling and trying to figure things out, finally getting back on the phone, apparently not used to how a real telephone works, try transferring me. The first time was to a "Mike," who I found out during a SECOND call later, wasn't working, so no call back for a few hours.
I call a second time to the same operators clearly unaware of their own stupidity to be transfered this time to a very-willing-to-help Billy (I think a SALES manager) who let me know "Mike" wasn't there, but "Alex" was there. He transfered me. Again, a voice message left. Still no call back.

If you're trying to figure out which dealership to go to and live in the Reno area, take the 25 minute ride south to Michael Hohl. I've bought both cars there and NEVER have this incompetent experience. This is in hopes that maybe someone at the dealership figures out that they have a pissed off customer, and incompetent employees. Maybe retrain them for jobs where dealing with other people is not what they do.

I love my Yukon XL purchased at Reno Buick GMC a few years ago! But, I love the guy who sold me the car even more! Harold Solano and I went out on a test drive and we ended up chatting at a Starbucks nearby. I told him about how our family owned a Lake Tahoe vacation home and he told me he would take care of our new Yukon for us. He spoke to the owner of the dealership who supported the idea and Harold has become a part of our family ever since. I have never heard of such service and commitment from a salesperson or a dealership. Harold and this dealership have earned a lifelong relationship with my entire family. Thank you Harold!

When checking my vehicle in with Diego for service...

When checking my vehicle in with Diego for service I found out the appointment had not been made with a diesel technician. One of my concerns was regarding emissions and regen, so my main reason for the visit would not be possible without leaving the vehicle longer than anticipated.
Preston called later in the day to confirm the vehicle would need to stay overnight, and clarify some of the notes made by Diego. My concerns had been completely miscommunicated as well as dismissed. I was assured that my vehicle would be ready for pickup the following afternoon.
There was no communication the next day. I had to call in the late afternoon to try and confirm if I could pick up my vehicle. One of the ordered parts had not come in. Not only was the work not completed due to the missing part, but my other concerns had still not been addressed. It took multiple phone calls to find this out. So my vehicle stayed another day.
The next day Preston called to inform me the part had arrived, and my vehicle would be done that day. Diego called back to inform me the claim for my interior warranty had been declined, even though it was promised coverage by the sales associate. When I expressed this I was told to take it up with them, he had done all he could. He proceeded to provide me with inaccurate information regarding my emissions concern, and claimed it was impossible for a tech to provide me any information on my own vehicle history. He was not only incorrect, but rude and dismissive when questioned. He informed me that a tech had extensively test driven my vehicle and found no concerns. I did not ever consent to the vehicle being driven. Especially extensively . An incredibly unnecessary amount of miles were put on my vehicle for no reason, simply because he did not understand the issue.
When I was finally able to pickup my vehicle Diego was again rude and dismissive. I asked him to go over the paperwork that was shoved in my hands, and he declined. I attempted to confirm if any of my concerns had been addressed, and he stated someone else would contact me. When my vehicle was brought around it was dirty. I asked if a wash was no longer included when a vehicle was kept for several days. You can wait for someone to get to it if you really want it he replied over his shoulder while walking away. Given my experience and the fact that it was moments before closing I opted to not wait. Again.
I never received that follow up call. My questions were not answered. And the staff made me hesitant to bring my vehicle back.

Update: Had some additional add ons/ work done to the new vehicles and Ozzy and the rest of the guys in the detail shop took excellent care of us. The floor mats of my truck disappeared at some point while I was buying the truck and the dealership made sure to order new ones. Really impressed with the customer service.

Had a great experience buying two vehicles down here. Zero pressure, no bs sale gimmicks, no getting passed on to the "closer", no hiding keys etc. Really straight forward and easy to work with. No complaints at all. This is how all vehicle sales departments should be.

Horrible. No call back after initial inspection for 3 months. Then they had my truck for a month still didn't have it fixed completely. Still waiting for new electric foot board that they didn't want to pay for even know its under warranty. Spilled oil all over my motor so now it smells like oil burning. 2019 Denali with 23,000 miles. Wants to charge me for a car detail on the loaner car that I had for a month and charge me for gas that was a little bit less then when I received the car. This place is horrible. Bought 3 trucks there over the last 4 years back when they had a good service department but now me and several of my friends that have bought trucks and cars there ( which they had bad experiences there also) will probably be taking our business else where.

While my service advisor was very friendly and eff...

While my service advisor was very friendly and efficient, she never once stepped into my vehicle to check out exactly what my reason for bringing my vehicle into your facility was. She put down something on the work order that did not represent the problem my vehicle was brought in for.
The vital info (vin number, mileage, etc.) was taken, the plastic was installed and away my truck went to the back lot.
When I picked my vehicle up, my service advisor had me sign my warrantee paperwork and advised me that nothing had been found to be defective on my vehicle and "thank you for bringing it in". When I complained, I was handed off to some young man that went out to my truck with me and at least sat in my vehicle and felt the clunking in the shifter when the brake was depressed, with the engine running, in the normal sequence prior to driving away. This young man advised me that this was a "Normal" situation when a vehicle of my type (Colorado/Canyon) gets "a few miles on it". My truck has 27K miles on it and this noise has just started getting noticeable and I am concerned that whatever is coming loose will eventually fall off and I won't be able to shift out of Park into any gear. This clunking can be heard out of the vehicle even with the engine running!
I also came in for a sluggish shift from 1st. to 2nd, at slow speeds, especially cold.
I see by the odometer that there were 5-6 miles more on it when I picked it up than when I dropped it off so, I can assume that means it was taken for a test drive but since my service didn't put many conditions on the repair order, I have no way of knowing if the mechanic drove it slowly, cold, or anything else.
Now, I know that this vehicle was not purchased from your dealership and so, you can only repair problems that are covered under warranty, but when I ran a service department, I could call the factory rep (or the selling dealer) and get an "adjustment" covered by them. If, that is you really were interested in gaining me as a "Paying" customer once I drove out of warranty. Which you clearly were not.

I brought my terrain in due to stalling in cold weather issues. They gave me a loaner car, 2020 Buick Encore, to drive while my car was in the shop. The entire staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. I was told after 2 days of it being in the shop that it was the transmission wiring harness. I got my receipt and no where on it does it say it was replaced. However, it does say that my axle seal was leaking and replaced and that i approved it. I knew nothing about it. Apparently there was 2 GMC Terrains in the shop that day and he had gotten them mixed up. Simple mix up. I edited this review from my original one which was extremely angry after the service manager called me to discuss what happened. He explained everything to me. I want to personally thank him for the call and time he took out of his day.

I just wanted to say that the service team at Reno Buick GMC really go out of their way to take care of their customers. I have come in several times regarding some paint issues covered by warranty, and each time I have been in they have always put me in a loan car, greated me with a smile and taken great care of me. Special Thanks to Chris and Preston who have personally taken amazing care of me there!

This review is on the service shop. I brought my new Acadia 18 in for a knocking noise. During my initial visit I heard them explain to a lady that she had to pay over $1200 for service work. When she questioned why and stated that all her repairs were under her warranty, the rep stated she shouldn t have brought her car to Reno GMC, and that she needs to take it up with her company. She asked why did Reno GMC say she was covered, the rep stated he didn t know why the rep would say that and she again needs to call her warrant holder. This is just an example of bad customer service. In my case I have brought my new car in twice. Instead of telling me why there is a loud knocking noise, he (Mark) stayed that the car functions normal and therefore the maintenance guys could not find anything wrong. When I asked if this was standard on a new vehicle, he avoided and said the guys said the car runs as it should. My complaint is that they here the noise and since they cannot eliminate the noise. It must be ok because the car runs. In addition. I made an appointment at 9:40am, at 4:30pm I still hadn t received a call or anything. I called and he (Mark) said I could come get it and bring it back the next day or leave it over night. The following day I hadn t received and call drove by the store at it still isn t ready. I never received a loaner or was offered a loaner.

Wish I could give a no star review. Worst service experiences I have ever had. Thought I would give the dealership another shot to service my car but it has taken over 2 hours for JUST an oil change the times I have been here, with an appointment. The first time it took 2 hours, we waited for the car in the lounge area on an early morning appointment. This time it has taken over 2 hours for an oil change because we WEREN'T waiting for the car they said. They let the people who were waiting for their cars go in front of us even though we had an appointment. Waiting or not waiting for a car shouldn't matter. Maybe those people had nothing to do around the time of their appointment so they waited. Maybe someone who isnt waiting there in the lobby just went to grab a bite to eat across the street, to come back to find out there car hadn't even been taken back yet after an hour and a half time as passed. Waiting or not waiting for your car shouldn't matter, 2 hours is unacceptable. If I can change my oil at home on my Rubicon in 45 min or less, please tell me why is it taking these mechanics 2 hours.

I like everything about this dealership. Each and every person is genuinely friendly. Each of the sales staff is knowledgable and energetic, willing to show you everything that peaks your interest, and even suggest others you might not be aware of. The service staff is friendly AND efficient. I've had the opportunity to chat with most of them, including the mechanics, and they are ALL knowledgable and meticulous. Even the janitorial personnel smile at you. You are always greeted warmly. People go out of their way to see to your needs and comfort. The facility is always clean, and is well appointed. Parts stock is extensive and reasonable. I like spending time there. If I had more time, I'd work there for free just to be with these people. Under the current management and customer treatment, I'm a customer for life.

Took it here for service on my 2016 Chevy Malibu that had to be towed in. Was much happier with the service here than Champion Chevy. They are great and were always calling me to update me on whats going on. Very much appreciated. Champion Chevy doesn't even call back when you leave a message sometimes and never knew when the car service would be finished just kept saying we'll call you when it's done (3 weeks after pestering them it was done). My car is my way to work and I commute a lot so I appreciate GMC's fast service.

Excellent customer service. My service advisor TJ was amazing, from keeping me informed of the status of my vehicle to working with GM to get me a discount on my repair. I can not thank him enough for the work he did in that respect along with quick follow ups. The shuttle drivers were both amazing, friendly and courteous and the shuttle car was immaculate. The service was completed quickly and pick up was a breeze. I highly recommend their service department and Reno Cadillac as a whole!

We are from Michigan and we were travelling out West. My Cadillac SRX oil indicator came on and we were in need of an oil change before we could continue our vacation. Fortunately we were in Reno for a couple of days and I was able to find a great dealership, Reno Buick GMC Cadillac. Big thank you to Ronny Roberts and the Cadillac care team - this service department is awesome (and extremely busy)! They squeezed me in the following morning and even performed the 15K mile service and got us on our way in an hour. They even washed all the bugs off my car!

Eager to get the sell, not very eager when you have issues. Service shop is bad... Every time I've had to call them, they never call when it is ready. Noticed everyone seems to have transmission issues that are "normal" according to GMC.
--update--
You say to call you, yet when a lady left me a message about my service and the poor review I left from a gmc survey I received... I called and no one was available and no one ever called me back! I called twice the second time I asked for the manager of service shop! Trust me, there are plenty of other places to go and do business, I shouldn't have to play phone tag under false pretenses of you caring. Yes I still have transmission issues as do plenty of other people. Just Google gmc transmission, you will see....

My car was totaled and I needed a replacement pronto. I had researched a specific model for several months and found the Denali with the right options and color at this dealership. I was able to complete most of the paperwork in advance, since I live several hours away. When I arrived, Beau and Felipe were beyond professional and walked me through the process. Beau was incredibly sincere and was able to answer all of my questions and ease my anxiety. Tucker, in the financial division, was also very knowledgeable and genuinely seemed to care. I would absolutely buy here again and highly recommend them. They put the customer first and are committed to making them happy.

We had a previous issue with service, Arne Noel and his team shined this time. Brought back my faith in the dealership. Also, the parts department was very helpful on a separate issue with my 2005 GMC Sierra, Larry was quick and a pleasure to deal with.

Our salesman Kieth has done an awesome job for us. Very professional and personable. During our service visit to have an accessory installed he found us at check in and made sure we were taken care of. Was a pleasure to purchase our new Denali HD 3500 during our first visit.

My 4-wheel drive transmission locked up. I called...

My 4-wheel drive transmission locked up. I called on Wednesday 9/16 and spoke to Michaela who told me to have it towed in and call to give a heads up. I did that on Thursday and got a voice mail from Desiree the next day, I returned the call but she did not get back to me. I called on Monday 9/21 and the car had not been looked at. Desiree said she would call me before the end of day. I did not hear from her until Wednesday 9/23. She said that there was a software glitch that was a "known defect" that it required reprogramming but that as car was out of full body warranty, I would have to pay $295. I asked what about my extended warranty, she replied "they never pay for software" and it wouldn't be worth the effort. I picked up the car next day and paid. I felt a lack of responsiveness from the dealership and a lack of advocacy to GMC with regard to this known defect. I have done business with with you for 8 years, unlikely to continue.

The Truck was kept far longer than what was given to me as an estimate. At first I was getting information on the repairs and then the communication stopped. NO RETURN PHONE MESSAGES. NO DAILY UPDATES. At the time of pick up of the vehicle, not all the work on the service was done. The cab air filter was left in the front seat and not replaced. JUST A COMPLETE DISAPPOINTMENT.

I don't know anything about the sales department but the guys in service are awesome. I had some concerns with my 2009 Hybrid Sierra that i didn't even purchase there and they did a full diagnostic top to bottom and set my mind at ease. Bethany is great, she does the scheduling and follow-up calls. She got me in right away and was very helpful with my questions up front. Ian checked me in and then debriefed me after the diagnostics. He is super helpful and fair. He didn't charge me anything for a full hybrid system diagnostic and informed all about how the warranty programs work. After my visit i got a phone call from Bethany again to make sure my experience was great and see if there is anything more they could do. If you have a GM vehicle take to these guys. they are the best.

Tucker was by far the best salesman I've ever experienced when buying a car. I have bought many new vehicles and he nailed the top spot with ease. He was honest and straight forward. He knew the product perfectly and even after the sale helped me with several questions. I went to the dealership 4 times in a week and he was extremely helpful each time. His customer service expertise should be the model for Reno GMC! One thing is certain, I will return to this dealership for every car I buy from now until I'm gone. Tucker and Mike C. made my truck buying experience a very stress free and positive delight. Thank you. Very PERFECT and professional experience. I have since put a pile of Tucker's cards at my work and rave about how excellent the entire operation treated me. Seriously it can't be done better!!! Again thank you!

They called the day after service (oil change) for comments on service, etc.. We gave very good ratings on everyone and everything. I told them the only thing we were concerned about was the rising cost of the oil change. I had a 10% off coupon and ask if there were any better discounts. I was told no and Nick gave us a senior citizen discount ($6.27). The caller says there is a coupon on our website for an oil change for $29.99. Why wasn't this offered at the dealership? Or at least brought to our attention.
We receive coupons in the mail on a regular basis. It never cross my mind to go to the website before going for service.

I've been taking my car here since Saturn closed and they keep my 2007 Outlook running like a top. If they find an issue, it may cost me a coin but always well worth it!! I travel across the country for work (alone single female) sometimes more than once a year, and I know it s always ready to go. Jim has treated me exceptional for years now, I'm grateful he takes such good care of me. He's become my friend!!! They truly go above and beyond.
Thanks!! Thanks!! Thanks!!

I had an incredible experience at Reno GMC purchasing a new 2017 Yukon. Garrett went above and beyond to take care of me. Andre was so friendly, quick and knowledgable. I love that Billy spoke with me face to face about every step of my purchase, and let me know the different banks we were talking to, and their rates. I felt so welcome at the store. My husband recently bought a vehicle in Reno and it was a terrible experience. He never got to meet the person handling his deal, he didn't get any face time with anyone in finance, and felt so confused about what he signed for in the end. I bragged about how wonderful my experience with GMC was. I love that Billy personally called to update me about the location of my new vehicle. I was impressed with how much time Andre spent going over my new vehicle with me. He explained to me clearly every single thing that would happen registering my OnStar, and made sure to stay with me until it was done. He patiently answered every one of my annoying questions about the new buttons in the Yukon. I love that Garrett took the time to sit down with me and go over all of my buying options. Not a lot of dealerships allow access to management, but everyone at GMC was so approachable, friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you so much. Shannon Mateo

Have a 2017 GMC Diesel, truck with 105000 miles in January had #7 cylinder with excessive valve lash. GM adjusted the valves. Now in September with 130000 miles on it, had excessive valve lash on cyl #7 again, cost us over $6000 for GM to replace lifters in this engine that should have ran 300K miles and more and GM offer $1000 in assistance, what a joke. The Service Manager at Reno GMC really tried to do everything she could to help us even cut their labor rate that is why I am giving a 1 and not a zero, but cooperate GM is a joke.

I went online through the Costco auto buyers service, told them through their online system what I wanted and they referred me directly to Dan Dunham at the Reno Buick dealership. Dan was awesome in every regard, he answered every question, got all the car incentives available and made every part of the process as smooth as can be. It was my easiest and all around BEST car buying experience ever! I LOVE my Buick Enclave - I'm very, very pleased with Dan, my auto sales professional, and my amazing new car!

I was a bit wary with the virus, to bring my truck into the dealership. Upon arrival, at my
appointed time, I relaxed seeing all the "masks". Thank You Reno GMC for the
precautions you have taken (Although I miss the coffee!).
The repairs were made and I was able to use the shuttle service, which made my
day. My 2003 GMC 2500 Sierra was in need of repair, but timid about having it done,
Thank You again for making a scary situation, not so bad!!

Service department is a absolute joke! If I could give 0 stars I would, Bought a 2017 Acadia Denali from them and have had many issues, the service department doesn t bother to check for service bulletin s for repairs they just tell you it s something different every time, and then after never fixing the warranty expires and want you to pay to fix something that was not repaired on numerous other attempts!
