The purchase process was wonderful from start to finish! Beau made sure to find us the perfect truck at the best price possible. He was also able to provide us with an amazing warranty. The entire dealership was friendly and helpful and really ensured that we left satisfied! I would highly recommend them for all of your car needs!

We received a great price on the vehicle we wanted, the sales staff, manager and finance manager all worked on providing us with what we asked for... And even exceeded our expectations in several ways, from attention to details, and the overall purchase experience became really pleasant, and even fun.

I wish I could give less than one star. Our salesman, Matt Kelly provided the absolute worst experience I've ever had buying anything. He was totally deceitful in our car deal and even flat out lied to us. When I tried to go back in and discuss some things with him a couple of days later, he flew into a rage and was so disrespectful, rude, belittling and at one point was towering over me in a very aggressive manor. I didn't get more than a few words out and couldn't have been more polite and non-threatening. This was a $30,000 investment and it was so bad I am taking the car back and cancelling our contract so I can purchase a similar vehicle at a different dealership. As I started sharing this experience, tons of people have told me about their terrible experiences. GMC, BUICKS and CADILLACS are all pretty expensive vehicles, you'd think they'd treat customers better. Their slogan that is on the back of every employee's business cards is, "Do the right thing, be the best." It couldn't be further from the truth.

Very helpful salespeople and managers. Durant Foote went the extra mile to show me the trucks I wanted in the middle of a snow blizzard and we were able to locate my ideal truck. This is the second GMC Sierra I have purchased at Reno Buick GMC in the past two years! The Service department is spectacular as well.

Back in January my husband and I had gone to the auto show to look at crossovers because my husband hated our current car. After talking with several dealers we were impressed by the salesperson from Reno Buick the most and decided to go and take a test drive of the Buick Encore. We were leasing our current vehicle and did not think that we could even buy another car we were just trying to fact find for a later purchase. Low and behold the sales people we encountered were very friendly and accommodating to there credit. We spent all day there and ended buying the Encore which I hate now and hated the very next day after the purchase, I contacted them to express my unhappiness and basically was told that if I brought in at least $10,000.00 dollars I could by my way out of the car that I had purchased less then 24 hours earlier . I was floored that they could care less about us as a customer and our happiness going forward. They only cared about their bottom line. I can understand if I had had the car for a week or two but we are talking about 24 hours on a Sunday to Monday. They made very little effort to see if I was happy after the sale and the sales people that we had talked with including Garrett Green the manager was unavailable and I felt could care less and did very little to nothing to make us happy. The bottom line is this I am stuck with a car that I hate because I made the mistake of going in thinking that I was going to get a fair deal and what I got was screwed and taken advantage of. I have really tried to like the car and I just don't. I will never buy another car from Reno Buick GMC OR REFER ANYONE TO THEM, not because the car is a total lemon but because I feel that the company only cares about making a deal no matter how bad it is. I hate the Encore so much that I am currently looking at buying another car . Thankfully my husband will take the Encore and drive it until we pay it off. Again MY BAD, MY FAULT for thinking that a car dealership and or car sales person is going to take care of their customers and have any integrity or moral compass.Best of luck to any future customers of Reno Buick GMC. I am sure that other people will have their own opinions this is just mine.

I don't trust just anyone with my H1 Hummer. However, I trust Reno GMC. I take my Hummer to Reno GMC for all of it's maintenance. They stand behind their work. Their prices are fair. And they have an AMG factory trained tech. that does excellent work! If you want your Hummer fixed right ask for the tech. named Julio. He does great work!

Great sales, customer service, direct, honest communication. Four other dealers tried to lease me a similar vehicle. I ended up leasing the GMC Acadia because the people at Reno GMC are easy to work with, they communicate clearly, and they negotiate in good faith. (Reno GMC does NOT use bait-and-switch tactics, which I definitely experienced at a different dealership in town.) It took me less time to lease a vehicle here -- and I got a really good deal -- than it took me to NOT lease a vehicle at other dealerships. Very satisfied customer here!

I own a GMC and absolutely love this make. It's nice to know there's a trustworthy dealership in town that can take car of it. I don't mind spending the extra money to know my truck is going to be taken care of. Friendly prompt service. Whether it's for a repair or routine maintenance this is my first and only stop every time. Would definitely recommend.

Bad experience with this dealer. My fiance and I went in to potentially purchase a used cadilac escalade which this dealer had posted on their website for $19,000. Upon arrival to see this escalade it was in the shop receiving some minor repairs (missing the 3rd row of seats which I was told by Harold the salesman that they had to order them, a dent in the front bumper and back bumper and the center console was also loose and wasn't firmly connected to the base.) We asked Rick who is in charge of Internet sales for Buick if the price of $19,000 was negotiable and he stated that everything is negotiable. We test drove the vehicle and scheduled an appointment to purchase the vehicle the next day. Once we sat down to try and negotiate from $19,000 we were then told that they are a non negotiable dealership. Unfortunately I was misled and my time was wasted with this dealership. After all of the back and forth with the sales manager and saleman they insulted me by dropping the price to $18,700. Dropping $300 off of $19,000 is like dropping $5000 off on a $450,000 house, that is an insult to your buyer. Because they have left a bad taste in my mouth by practicing bad business I will no longer do business with this delearship nor will I recommend them.

Don t go to this place this guys don t work good , they sold me a truck on the window said 4x4 on paper said 4x4 but is not or don t work on an inch of snow don t work , call to road assistance and never show up , call to a road assistance of extended warranty and they didn t want do the service , I canceled the extended warranty and never receive the money back they told me
At the firts time 10 day I give them 14 and after that I call them
And they said 2 weeks now is more than a month an my I don t get my money y paid 2300 cash for that warranty

I've always taken care of my 'things' and I found out that after I traded in my '05 Yukon on the '21 Yukon, the dealership owner purchased my '05 Yukon for a son. I guess that says something in that it was always serviced at Reno Buick GMC so he has all the records to view.

My experience with Reno GMC was great! The salesman, Cloyd Forman, is very knowledgeable about the vehicles he sells and was able to answer every question easily and accurately. He and everyone I dealt with were very professional and friendly and helpful. When my wife is ready to purchase a small car for herself, we will definitely be coming to GMC first.

We liked our Yukon & didn't want to give it up, but if it hadn't been fixed this, time that is exactly what I had thought of doing.Thanks for the fast response & service. Wilma D.

Bought a new GMC truck recently. Had a couple of build issues came up (stereo software primarily) and I was connected to Joey at the dealership. Joey quickly took action, got very involved in finding a solution to a fairly complex problem and seems to have resolved it.

Side bar: Andrew their driver and detailer was a big help in picking me up and making arrangements to get my truck back to my house. This dealership has a bunch of great people working there, Andrew included.

What's really impressive about my experience is how much pride Joey took in solving the problems, going above and beyond with his service and never cracking under pressure. I'm quick to admit that I'm not the easiest customer to deal with and have standards that are often too high. Joey far exceeded all of my expectations. Without a doubt I'd recommend doing business with Reno GMC and if you're fortunate to work with Joey you're in luck. Thank you Reno GMC.

I want to adopt the young man who helped me I just love him. As many dealerships some are just to pushy for my taste you really should listen more to what we want and not the sale. But to the sweet young man stay the way you are you will do great. Over all it was great. I always wanted a Buick and they have really stepped up in the car making and class great mini suv I got I'm very happy with it thanks.

We have had experience with GMC through their service shop in the past when my husband had issues with his 2014 Sierra. They were always excellent in regards to customer service, so we knew this was the dealership we wanted to use when it was time to purchase a new vehicle. We worked with Asa in the sales department, he was very attentive and helpful, even brought the vehicle we were interested in to our home for a remote test drive so we were able to avoid spending hours at a dealership. Everyone in the office was extremely friendly when it was time to sit down and sign paperwork.
Overall, the car buying process was a breeze here, and we are very happy with our purchase of a 2019 Cadillac XT5. Thank you again, guys!

The only thing I expected was once I came to pick my car up my car was for it to be washed. That's just something I've seen in the past as well as something I saw while I was there. Had a great truck shopping experience at this dealership. No pressure tactics as with other places. A really great crew from start to finish. Handled our older, high miles trade in fairly. Being a Costco member saved us $3,500! Would highly recommend this dealership.

The dealership and sales staff are amazing, the service department is amazing. I had my Yukon lifted at the truck center, I originally wanted a leveling kit and was told about the issues that go with it. I was talked into having a 4" lift installed. They botched the job for the the very start. They installer left parts off the truck that caused it to ride horribly, when I took the truck back a few weeks later ( about 1,000 miles) I was told everything was fine and it just needed more time to learn the new lift. A couple of weeks later I was still having the issue and took it to another shop, after going through the instructions we discovered the missing parts, had to fabricate the parts from a picture install them and the truck instantly began to ride correctly. I took the truck in and showed the truck center and they said they would order the fab tech parts. They didn't offer to pay me back for the money I paid the other shop or even apologize for the error. They blamed the installer and he has since been fired. In the last month I have had my truck in the dealership for steering and front dif issues that I am sure that is caused from the botched lift.

When I informed him I had changed my mind on the truck model I wanted, he was quick with a new search and to show me what he thought might be of interest to me. All of the associates I dealt with were professional and were eager to assist with getting me my vehicle. They kept me informed in a timely manner. The dealership is clean, comfortable and easy to access.

When I was shopping for a new GMC Yukon Denali, I did the right thing. That is, go to my local dealer and see if I could find a way to spend $80,000.00.

I found a sweet Yukon Denali. I called first and spoke with the internet salesman. All good, I then went to see the truck. I gave the sales Manager, not just a sales executive, but a Manager my business card. I said, "please call me with your best price". Never heard back from GMC Reno. odd.....

The next week, I purchased a new garnet red GMC Yukon Denali from a GMC dealer in Placerville, CA. They did a great job. they helped me get an extra $700 off by using my Costco card. They gave me a great price on my trade-in Jeep Wrangler. They delivered my new GMC to Reno. All went very well.

At 38,000 miles my AC condenser failed. From my research on the WWW, this failure is so big in the USA, that many states filed a class action against GM and won. There was not a recall. However the problem was so prevalent that GMC agreed to up the warranty on their AC condensers to 60K Miles. And, GM could not keep up with this problem. Many customers had to wait weeks to months for production of new AC condensers to arrive at the GM dealers.

Well, my VIN did not qualify. So NO MORE GM products. Sad, as I am former GM design engineer. Very disappointed in my brand of choice. And for $80K, I expected higher quality.

Next my Reno, NV GMC dealer said that I had no problem. That I just needed an AC charge for $700. I paid $`145 for a diagonis. I was skeptical of why so much? Then I took my GMC to an AC repair shop. $1500 later, they replaced the notorious cracked AC condenser. They said the problem was large and on every GMC Yukon, Chevy Tahoe, and Cadillac Esc. So why did GM not include my VIN like the rest of 2015-2017 production?

My local dealer is very aware of this consistent problem. It was very convenient for them to turn me away and not do the repair, on GM's tab.

I missed a step. Before I spent the $1500, I called GMC Reno, explained the problem. They service writer said, bring it back in, we wont charge you a second time for a misdiagnosed problem.

I went to my Reno GMC, spoke with a service writer, he said that he would need to charge me an additional $145 to re-diagnose my problem. I declared that an hour ago, that I had spoken with another service writer and he assured me there would be no second charge due to their missed diagnosis.

He didn't believe me. He refused to inquire with his colleagues sitting 15 feet away. He is essentially calling me a liar. Lame, lazy, and shame on this employee. His customer service skills were terrible. I kept calm. It's my word against his. I asked for my keys. I was frustrated and I left RENO, GMC. I gave my $1500 to an AC shop.

Final lesson, both sales and service suck. They lost a sale, they lost my repair money, they lost a customer who buys a new GM product every two years.

Go to Carson City, Michael Hohl. I have enjoyed two purchases absent any grief.

Not professional at all i had made an appointment with Herick Garcia. He asked me at first for Monday but then said today at 2pm and he got my info name and cell number . Once I arrive everything was close and the truck I was going to see had a sign SOLD . He could of called me back and said it got SOLD but no make my time waste , oh and I called him to see what was going on but no answer from him they didn t answer my call. Be carful .

I recently purchased my first car from Keith Myers at Reno Buick GMC. Keith showed me many cars on the lot and walked me through my options, being very friendly and taking tons of time with me even though my budget was on the low end for the dealership. After driving several cars, I decided I was interested in a Chevy Sonic that had recently been traded in by another customer.

Throughout the process Keith was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He made me an offer on the car for an "out the door" price, so there were no hidden last minute fees that took me out of my budget. The offer was spectacular, verified by Kelly Blue Book. Keith set up a loaner agreement so I could take the car off the lot for a couple days to think about the offer without any risk of it being sold in the meantime. I ended up buying the car. The paperwork was straightforward, and I paid exactly the amount we had discussed.

The process was so pleasant and easy that all my friends and family are warning me it will never be this easy again. I highly recommend Reno Buick GMC, and in particular Keith Myers.

I asked my mother to dropped off my SRX and apparently she agreed to new tires (would not have been an issue) however the vehicle was not taken in for New Tires. The new tires were installed immediately (NO phone call to me the OWNER!) and the real issue had NOT been addressed!!!!! I had to get up extra early (I work two jobs) but I got up so I could stop in person to speak with the supervisor (which by the way was defensive) and long story short I was to blame for letting her drop off the vehicle and sign paperwork agreeing to new tires. Needless to say I left very upset. Now I am stuck paying 1,100 for the tires I did not agree too!! They were QUICK to get those tires on my vehicle to make money however they were not too concerned with addressing the issue that I scheduled my car to be seen. NOW on Friday I had to call and ask about the status of the real issue. I was told finally that there is indeed an issue and that the parts were being ordered (standard I understood) however I was told I would receive a call to update me the following week (this week) and I still HAD to call them on Tuesday for an update and again on Thursday I CALLED them. Apparently I am in the wrong for assuming my advisor Doug would keep me updated on my car. Hmmmm retaliation for my visit to them prior? Sure feels like it. When I got Doug on the phone Thursday 4pm in the afternoon he had no idea what the status of my vehicle was. He had to call me back. When he called me back he said the parts were being installed and would call me Friday tomorrow at 12pm with an update. I wont hold my breathe. I would bet big money I will end up having to call him. What horrible customer care GMC has done nothing but disappoint. It's too bad I have no choice but to take my car to the dealership for maintenance and or repairs. I will NEVER purchase another GMC and I will discourage anyone I know from doing so. The vehicle itself is amazing! It's the maintenance that has been extremely frustrating to deal with. I deserve the respect and courtesy as much as anyone. A simple follow-up call could have prevented my disappointment and frustration.

I had been researching the Buick Verano and saw online that Reno Buick GMC had a 2012 Leather Group fully loaded in stock and on sale. My intitial contact was through the internet and I was referred to Joelene, whom I later that evening met in person at the dealership. We went for a test drive, she answered my questions. She was very professional, very knowledgeable, very polite and very helpful. My goal that evening was to test drive the car to further my research, but after meeting Joelene, it just felt right and so I purchased the car. I couldn't be happier with the Verano either! I love this car!

The staff in the Commercial Fleet department are fantastic - especially Mike Smith and Jim Lauer. They are a couple of nice and trustworthy guys that make it a pleasure to bring my vehicle in for service. For the first time I can remember, I don't worry that I am being charged too much or recommended services/repairs that I don't actually need on my vehicle. I will absolutely buy my next truck again through these guys.

Alot of Salesman at other dealerships wouldn't work with me because I didn't fit the "profile" I guess but Jared was the first one to greet me and helped me with all my questions. No doubt in my mind that Gmc has a wonderful staff. If you're looking for a new ride. Go see Jared. He's knowledgeable and very friendly. He'll get the job done for you!

I want to thank the staff at Reno Buick GMC Cadillac. Everybody did a great job helping us get a beautiful truck and deal. Special thanks to Bret in finance, Jeff in sales and the girls Donna on the web for the quick online follow up, Allison taking all the calls and follow up coordinating everything and Michael for the delivery to Mammoth Lakes and explaining all the options. I'm sure there were a few more that made this deal go smoothly, the staff at Reno Buick did a great job! We'll be making our next purchase from this dealer because of the friendly people and the great job they did finding us the perfect truck. Thanks again.
