Doing business with Renewal by Andersen of Northeast PA was as painless as possible. The sales rep that initiated the process was professional and courteous and did not care how long he needed to be there to give us all of the information we needed. The installation of a new bow window and sliding door was completed in two days total. The installers were very clean and efficient to say the least. We are very happy with the final products! The final walk through with Jana was extremely thorough, you definitely feel like they want to make sure you are 100% happy with their products and their work. You get everything out of your investment with this company from start to finish.

I was very pleased with my entire experience with Renewal by Anderson from the prompt response to my inquiry all the way through to the installation of my ADA sliding door. My salesman was very knowledgable and explained the pros and cons of the different products as our install was a bit specific. The installers did a fantastic job and we are very pleased with the outcome.

We have been replacing our windows a handful at a time in order to spread out the cost. We received an excellent deal the first time and Andersen continues to give us the same rates when we come back two years later to replace more windows. It's just nice that they understand that replacing windows is expensive and give you the ability to replace them in batches at the same rate.

We had a bank of 8 windows replaced all across the front of our home in March and we are loving the clean view and opening them up to let the fresh spring air in (the previous windows were picture windows and didn't allow airflow). Overall we are thrilled -- the windows look great, they are easy to clean in an area where it's hard to clean from outside and the installation process was managed professionally!

I have to first state, My husband was the one who wanted to move to these windows. He stated they would improve the look of our house. I could not understand how swapping out a window for a window could do that. Needless, to say...I was so wrong. I have a broader, clean view. These windows are just beautiful. We even took our shutters off to have the windows stand out more. They are worth every penny and i am looking forward to change out more.

I got my windows Feb 2015 and I still love them. I have to say that to this day I had now problems having questions answered or request to check something on my windows. They always took time to explain and even personally come to the house to explain in simple terms for me. I know they will always have my back. I liked my windows so much that later on I actually had windows installed in my parents home and the same results I have received. I had a small problem the other day with my parents windows which was an minor error on our side. I called and explained the situation and a representative came over to fix the problem. I have been so overwhelmed with the service I receive, the knowledge of the employees, courteous, friendliness and I guess you can say, I adopted them as family. Even the leader of this group in Bethlehem, PA keeps a personal interest in the customers that he serves in the area.

Overall, my experience with RBA was very pleasant. Eric was very personable and honest when speaking about windows and my expectations. There was no beating around the bush. When installation day came, I was very comfortable with both Gregory and Tom. They were so kind and made sure our windows were perfect. In all of my experience having projects done at my home, this was a very smooth process. I can tell they take pride in their work. I think it is great that RBA holds their staff accountable too. This is the third round of replacement windows that I have experienced and once again Renewal by Andersen did not disappoint. From the very beginning of the process to the installation of the windows Andersen communicated quickly and efficiently to any concerns that I may have had. Rosco and Sean were excellent craftsmen who did a fantastic job of replacing the windows with very little disruption and their clean up was amazing!

They refuse to put windows in my mobile bc they said the windows are to heavy. The lady was rude to me on the phone. I thought your company makes windows for any kind of home

I am disappointed after spending thousands of dollars on windows and doors on a company that is supposed to be the most reputable in its industry. The craftsmanship has been subpar to say the least, there is no attention to detail, and very little accountability for the many errors, mishaps and damages. I shouldn't be thinking about exercising Warrenty on a product that was just installed. It's been a very frustrating process. We are continuing to look for solutions to many of the problems in order to become satisfied customers. A word of advise for Anderson, you should stop subcontracting your labor work and train real professionals to execute your work.

My problem with these people are the endless emails. Why would anybody do business with a company that acts like this.

Andersen's exclusive Fibrex material used in their windows, is better than traditional vinyl windows. But only making one phone call to set-up the entire process from an in-home consultation to the completed installation for my sliding glass door and 9 double-hung windows. Everyone at Andersen was friendly and customer oriented. The installation took 3 days, and at the end, everything was cleaned so well. I had two excellent installers who arrived on time everyday, and worked well with each other. The installation techniques inside and out, have given my home a fresh and modern look!

I am not one of those people who have money growing on their trees. I have to be careful how I spend. However, when it comes to being a homeowner I told myself, if you are going to put a lot of money into something, do it right the first time. You do get what you paid for. I grew up knowing Andersen is the best when it comes to windows. My father built the house I grew up in. It was completed in 1960 with Andersen windows. There was no question as to who I was going with when I bought this house. Andersen for quality and trust. Their staff is totally attentive and concerned the job is done well. They came to follow up and inspect. Wonderful to have a company who actually takes pride in their work. Love my new windows and sliding doors. Thank you Andersen.

If I could give zero stars, I would. After a health battle that resulted in many mini strokes and hospice care, my father in law passed away a few months ago. We moved into his home in Bethlehem to care for him before he passed. He was in the process of replacing windows, doors and various other repairs before he couldn't anymore. He hired Renewal to do the afore mentioned doors and windows. He was so proud of how nice they looked and the work he was having done! Of course the effects of diabetes and a few small strokes had impaired both his vision and decision making...
They sold him 1k windows and doors I don't even want to know the cost of. Every single installation ( which he was doing over time so he could do it "right"), was badly done and/or installed with the grace of an wildebeest; bare wood or paint on the brand new 1k windows, gaps and no sealant, large chunks of plaster missing without repair and cracks aging the casings, which were sometimes sanded and finished... sometimes not so much. As we are in the process of updating the house for sale, I keep running into these issues of just shoddy work, paid for by a very kind and earnest man who couldn't see he was being fleeced. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE AND TELL LOVED ONES TO STAY AWAY!

We are extremely satisfied with the final products (2 large windows & 2 regular size double-hung). The installation crew left the interior & exterior of house as if no construction had been done.

Renewal by Andersen replaced four windows in our late '60s home. The quality of the installation was fantastic. The installers were courteous, clean, and knew their trade very well. Our new windows have made a difference in both the temperature of our home in all seasons, and the amount of my electric bill. We are excited to have ordered additional windows, and are looing forward to a second installation with Renewal by Andersen in the spring of 2021.

We recently had our patio door replaced and had such a wonderful experience with Renewal by Andersen! Our salesman John was very helpful and never pressured us into buying anything. He listened to what we wanted, made appropriate recommendations, and kept us on budget. Our installers were great and worked hard to make sure everything was done properly. They even pointed out where the screen they installed was slightly dented (which would ve been hard to notice) and immediately ordered a new one for us. Everyone we spoke to was so friendly and really made us feel at ease. Beautiful products and great employees!

This business is out of their mind. Got a quote from them for 8 windows and 1 bay window. The rep told me $33,000. This is not a misprint. $33,000. I can get my home remodeled for that. Are these windows make of 24k gold. I have no idea who would even use this company. absolutely crazy quote

Everyone at Anderson was so helpful and very professional! Felt comfortable from the sales part to the final day when we recieved a nice thank you gift. We were sticker shocked but after shopping around with installation included it was a better choice. Our sliding door looks wonderful and will be an upgrade from our previous door. Last winter was so cold we had ice on our dining room floor plus the door didnt really lock or close properly and we have a 3 year old.Thank god we upgraded and we look forward to having a warm, safe and comfy room this year. Will definitely be using Anderson when we upgrade our windows in the next few years. Thank you to everyone who helped us. My famliy will be warm and safe this year!

I used Andersen to replace all the windows in the upper level of my home and one door. Though costly (I did it over 3 installs over 3 years), I am very happy with the product. I got Fibrex frames and they are much sturdier than the vinyl and wood I had. Very happy with the excellent sales, installation, and customer service team. Their installers are employees, so you get what you pay for and avoid that subcontractor nonsense!

We used Renewal by Anderson to replace our windows and doors on our newly purchased older home. The existing windows were Anderson, but the owners did not seal the wood, so the wood had warped and there were terrible drafts.The windows we chose brightened up the whole home, and the doors and new bay window give it such a different look that we love. Our install team was great; professional, friendly, knowledgeable and they left the house clean every day as if they weren't even there. We are so happy with our new windows and doors; we definitely would recommend RbA to anyone who is thinking about doing an upgrade.

I have to say, this was the first time I ever had to have windows replaced. I did a ton of research and landed on Renewal by Anderson. From start to finish, the process was fun, easy and although expensive, well worth the money. The quality of the window is something I have never seen before. It makes all my vinyl windows feel like cheap plastic. I will be redoing all of my windows in my house with this company. I only have one piece of advice. Sam was a fantastic sales person, however, I have not heard a word from him since they day we signed the contract. I will still use you and give you 5 stars, but working in sales myself, I expected some sort of call making sure all was well with the installation! Overall, Sam, and the rest of the team, great job! The picture window just replaced this August by RBA was the 2nd of two. They were both very large picture windows, 9 and 10 feet. The 10-footer was replaced 2 years ago by RBA and remained a picture window, all maple interior; but I wanted something different for the 2nd so I went with 3 double-hungs, again all maple interior. I went back and forth with my decision on the 2nd as it meant quite a change but the sales rep, Kevin Rossi, was very patient and kind through multiple contacts and questions. He dropped off pictures of what my house would look like with different window styles, etc. Through the entire process, everyone showed up right on time and all were courteous and respectful of me and my home. They did a great job on replacing a 60-year old picture window with 3-double-hungs so I was glad I dealt with only one company through the whole process. The followup by RBA customer service and the guarantee are also excellent reasons why I stayed with RBA for the 2nd large investment. (I should note the two large 60-year old picture windows replaced by RBA were also Andersen windows! They didn't fail as windows. I replaced them because age and sun not only took its toll on the old wood construction, but the current-day construction techniques would also save with heating and cooling. With the Fibrex exterior now and new Low-E glass and RBA guarantee, I won't have any worries going forward.)

We have used the Renewal By Andersen Company 3 times in the past 10 years. We have never had any type of construction company that works so professionally. When we have made an appointment their staff arrives promptly at the appointment time. The office staff is very courteous and pleasant if you should need to change anything. They also bend over backwards to accommodate our schedule, not theirs. When working at our home the construction crew ( Roscoe and Sean) are also extremely neat and tidy ie. drop cloths, vacuuming etc. Any other people who have worked at our home have usually left us with a mess to clean up and garbage to throw out. There are not enough words to express how happy both my husband and I have been with this company. We, surely will be calling again when ready to replace a few more windows. Then we can age in peace without the worries of having to redo our doors and windows. Please do not hesitate to call Renewal by Andersen. Yes you pay, more but the money is well worth the superior product and workmanship.

The installation team did an amazing job replacing my old windows that were from the 1950's. I am extremely happy with my gliding and double hung windows. I could also notice the difference in heating on the first night even before the trim was completed. All 3 of my installers were friendly and knowledgeable and went over how to work the windows . The windows themselves are easy to take out and clean and place back in. They also come with a lifetime warranty just incase something happens. I would highly recommend this company for anyone who wants to get windows once and keep them for life.

Called renewal by Andersen for a quote. Call took around 30 min just to set up an appointment. The appointment was scheduled, however no one ever showed to the residence. They did follow up with 22 calls over the week, trying to sell their product. NO JOKE, 22 calls!! These people are grimy salesmen at the very best
