Overall, my experience with RBA was very pleasant. Eric was very personable and honest when speaking about windows and my expectations. There was no beating around the bush. When installation day came, I was very comfortable with both Gregory and Tom. They were so kind and made sure our windows were perfect. In all of my experience having projects done at my home, this was a very smooth process. I can tell they take pride in their work. I think it is great that RBA holds their staff accountable too. This makes it very reassuring that the work with be met with high standards. Thank you for working with us and making our new windows a success!
