I have to say, this was the first time I ever had to have windows replaced. I did a ton of research and landed on Renewal by Anderson. From start to finish, the process was fun, easy and although expensive, well worth the money. The quality of the window is something I have never seen before. It makes all my vinyl windows feel like cheap plastic. I will be redoing all of my windows in my house with this company. I only have one piece of advice. Sam was a fantastic sales person, however, I have not heard a word from him since they day we signed the contract. I will still use you and give you 5 stars, but working in sales myself, I expected some sort of call making sure all was well with the installation! Overall, Sam, and the rest of the team, great job! Customer for life!
