From the initial phone call to arrange an appointment with the sales team to the final walk through with Customer Care, every detail was taken care of with ease, professionalism and a SMILE. Every employee we had contact with during this process made you feel like you were "part of the family". An A++++ to not only the incredible windows, but to the super-friendly Anderson team! The final walk through with Customer Care was amazing, Kim provided a refresher course on how to properly care for and use the windows as well as provide us information for possible future use (warranty, etc).
