I got my windows Feb 2015 and I still love them. I have to say that to this day I had now problems having questions answered or request to check something on my windows. They always took time to explain and even personally come to the house to explain in simple terms for me. I know they will always have my back. I liked my windows so much that later on I actually had windows installed in my parents home and the same results I have received. I had a small problem the other day with my parents windows which was an minor error on our side. I called and explained the situation and a representative came over to fix the problem. I have been so overwhelmed with the service I receive, the knowledge of the employees, courteous, friendliness and I guess you can say, I adopted them as family. Even the leader of this group in Bethlehem, PA keeps a personal interest in the customers that he serves in the area.
I have no doubt in my mind that you will be very please with this company in Bethlehem with their service, professionalism and most of all making you feel that they really care about you and definitely want you to be please with the job that they would do and knowing that they have your back makes you feel confident in getting a outstanding service.
