the most beuatiful hotel.the bes are comfortbale..clean and big enough for 4person.my kids are very happy.the breakfast was very good.i love melaka alwys.my fav place wen ever visit melaka.

Actly there is NO STAR for this place! Room reservation officer was rude and no ethical in answering call or PR with customer AT ALL. Twice called them to book a room for CEO. Hello we both working also, me either not a boss and as you politely! Bad service ever!

i liked the rooms. Parking was very tight. What i did not like is the extra extra charge of 7euro which was written in small letters on booking. Do not ask me why because tourism tax was not included

The sound proofing of the room was pretty bad. You can hear the doors slamming constantly especially if you stay next to the store rooms. If u mind getting awaken by slamming door, choose the normal rooms along the corridors. the corner rooms are the executive rooms which is next to the store room. Noisy...

Service was slow, There was no towels, hand towels, floor mat in the room. The request for towels came after 3 phone calls and 35 mins later.

Speedy check in, clean and well renovated. Spacious rooms with competitive pricing as well. Breakfast spread could be improved with more varieties.

Really convenient location - walking distance to Jonker Street/ Walk, Tan Kim Hock specialty store, Malacca's Little India, and many many eateries in all directions. The hotel rooms are also spacious and comfortable to stay in. We'll come back to stay in this for our next Melaka excursion.

Last visit/stay was 30 years ago! Place still looks good. Just drop by to taste their buffet lunch this time. Good variety and flavour. Otak otak was surprisingly available and popular but found it not spicy enough for my liking. Would not hesitate to recommend especially if you like to sample nyonya dishes.

Malacca is as well known for her ambiance and Unesco Heritage as she is for her superb hospitality and friendliness exemplified by this venerable establishment!

Definitely the best hotel in Melaka experience wise. Five star accommodation at the price of a four star hotel room. Staff here are friendly, attentive and very experienced. Especially Manager Premkumar. The rooms offered here is very comfortable, toilet is modern and clean, the entertainment system offers free, limitless on demand movies. The food and beverages here are World class, the restaurants offer the best experience at reasonable prices as well. Do take the club rooms or suites, the free flow evening cocktail spread is really worth it. The lounge offers a superb sunset view in the evenings. Facilities are tip top as well. Parking is available as well on site with an one off RM5 payment.

Nice choice of food for lunch. Lots of local varieties such as masak asam, beef and goat soup, char Kueh tiau and chicken rice. Worth your money. Try it.

Slow check in, different room type than posted online. Otherwise nice staff and lovely room. Mini bar not Stocked.

We checked into a seaview room. Modern style, well decorated room. Very nice

Clean, quiet and some helpful staff.Hotel is centrally located in town centre.Have plenty of food 24/7 and convenience stores nearby walking distance.Parking is at Level and fees is RM5 for my whole stay..Would recommend and keep it up with the good work

Ni 5 star hotel but i dont understand wht chck in and chck out process take so long.more than 3 minute..but other like breakfast.awesome

This hotel is one of the old dames of Melaka, but is in a great location and has received a number of refurbishments to keep it looking modern. However, our shower kept flooding, room entrance tiles had some unsightly gaps, and there were lapses in housekeeping. Breakfast is okay but not outstanding. Recommended, but I hope these little issues get fixed.

The room is spacious and the proximity to tourist destinations such as the fort and jonker walk are within walking distance.

This Hotel has been renovated and the service is excellent. The rooms are spacious and it is value for money. The location is also very excellent.

In terms of location wise, the hotel is far off the centre markota area. There is only a small The shore mall near it. The rooms are well furnished and quite new. Food is average.

Nice buffet for festival. If you are heavy eater, it's really suit for you.

Admittedly pricey, but food lovers would appreciate the wide selection from its weekend buffet dimsum. It's halal too.

Though the hotel is old, the rooms are well maintained. Specifically love the cozy pillows. The breakfast is one of the best in melaka. Good location too

Never stay, but from lobby view, it cant make u say 'i am at a hotel'. Its quite gloomy.

Foods rate 3/5. Went there more than 5 times ready, but theres no day all food satisfying, and theres no bad food since all eatable. But services 10/10.

Really lovely hotel that is well furnished with great amenities and friendly staff. However, staff response can be a little slow as it took quite a while to contact the club rooms concierge. Instructions for club room guest also isn't very clear as we had to check in at a different concierge and check out and the main concierge. But overall, the experience was good.

Good service but when it comes to F & B the senior citizens are not given any privileges. Should think about them.

This place pretends to be 5 star but far from, it's a good 3.5 star and not a bit more, the staff are fine, it's in a well located place, they are just faraway from the tourist places. Grab will cost 1dollar US to get anywhere you want to see. If you choose walking it's 10 to 15 min max. The river has a great walkway, both sides with restraunts and beer places , it will get you to everything you want to see. Two days here is fine, better if it's not the weekend. Check it out its fun and very cute?

Great price, great view from the upper windows, nice staff
