Very clean rooms to sleep in. Has good soundproofing where outside noises are minimally heard. A cigar bar is also available downstairs opposite the check-in counter.

One of the best located hotel for street food. Grand interior, rooms are nice and the service staff were exceptional! Will definitely return again

Had the buffet dinner at Zest on the 1st day of CNY. 3 of my family members had diarrhoea. The food was below average. There were no special dishes for the price that we paid. Very disappointing.

The room is spectacular especially with the view. The breakfast is good but there is room for improvement and hopefully it will get better.

This is a usual spot for me and is very near the Malacca Gurdwara. The rooms are very well maintained and clean, toilets too. Service is excellent. I love the views. You will get either the river view or sea view. Both are great. Location is good too if you like quiet. It is not in the busy part of town but close to all main attractions.

Book this hotel in malacca. Service is good , and they revert to my emails promptly and arranged a baby cot too. Baby cot is new and clean. We got a executive deluxe room and a king room. It s big, clean . Bed is really comfy and toilet for the executive room is good size.

The cons is that Housekeeping got to be called twice before they come to clean room at 4pm.

Just outside the hotel to the right , there s two coffeeshop that sells good breakfast and lunch. It s 15 min walk to jonker .

Good value for money accommodation. Recently renovated so rooms are fresh and modern.

Ramada Plaza Hotel is an amazing and cozy hotel, with an evening session downstairs with an outstanding live performances.

Ramada plaza is situated in the heart of Malacca city.. Nice clean hotel.. Rooms are spaces with proper clean environment.. Inside the hotel no outside noises can be heard.. Calm and relaxable place.. Gud breakfast avaible with wide variety of food menu.. Draw back is.. Since it is located in the city center traffic cannot be avoided which makes us a bit irritated.. No kind staffs.. House keeping persons are quite kind.. Parking fee collected even for hotel guests which is unfair.. Rest all is good in Ramada plaza....

Your HR (Human Resources)... When called at The word LAH is famous.... Food was great... Service good... HR need a good training in handling candidate future staff... Instead of LAH everything... Ya LAH....

Nice halal dimsum and the durian fritter is worth the long journey!!

Oleo italian restaurant at this hotel not suite for ppl really wanna find a tatsy food and drinks. Goods in menu limited, not much choice.

Bring my 2 boys to swim at their swimming pool. Pool is very clean
and provide towel.

Rooms are new and spacious. Only draw back is that it is not really walkable to the popular attractions

Nice refurbished rooms. Reasonable rates and friendly staff. The car park is narrow and you have to be careful driving up as the marks on the walls will attest.

This place was recently renovated and they done a great job upgrading this hotel.
Front Desk service is friendly and efficient. The room is impeccable, clean and comfortable. We had a great view of the river from our room.
The roof top pool also provide a great view of the Melaka city.
This place is centrally located and an easy walk to various tourist attractions in the city.

good hotel to stay if you are on holiday and with your family in Malacca. Has eatery and a music lounge. It is a 4 star hotel with facilities such as a swimming pool. I like the environment and also the surroundings as there are shops selling foodstuff, items and also food courts. It is walking distance from Putra Specialist Hospital and Malay Living Museum. This 4-star hotel is within close proximity of St. Peter's Church Melaka and The Shore Shopping Gallery.

Enjoying the buffet lunch at the Zest Restaurant here. Good ambience with a great variety of food. Was delighted to make a cup of Americano coffee for myself! Really a cozy place to take food slowly and chat with others after a long concert programme the night before.

There are better business Hotels on the planet, but ok for few nights.
