The 2 star was largely attributed to the delayed check-in and unapologetic manner of the front desk staff. Being a Malaccan, I always have fond memory of Ramada. When my in-laws travel from KL to Melaka to visit, I convinced them to ditch double-tree hilton and give ramada a try, as it's dubbed a five-star hotel and managed by Wyndham.... Regrettably, one bad experience is all it costs. Check-in is 3pm and at 315pm we're told the 2 rooms are not ready yet. The front desk staff said it in a non-chalant manner and unapologetic manner. After an-hour long wait, the rooms are finally ready at 4pm. Again, there is no effort to console/comfort hotel guests. Only silver lining is the attempt of one staff who tried her best. Still, utterly disappointed with the overall handling and customer service of the front desk reception.

very nice hotel which is located in the town cente...

very nice hotel which is located in the town center. room is clean, quite and comfortable. the hotel location is convenient for day and night walking. I found it is so easy to have local food. nice soup noodle, tandori chicken, nasi lamak, royI, etc.

Bad services..It my first arrange my customer to stay there.not tell us either include breakfast or not.so shame while my guest already take food then the employee ask them to get away..isnt carzy even that can tell our guest to pay jow much for the breakfast fee.Will never and never suggest Ramada Plaza Melaka to stay there.Horrible Hotel

Over price hotel, the service too poor due to lack...

Over price hotel, the service too poor due to lack of customer services skill staff.

No greeting from the hotel staff - starting from the enterance until the reception counter. Holding customer at the reception counter standing more than 30 minutes without any notification. Hotel lobby so noise with automated pianos sound that bothering customer peaceful.

Hotel location is far from Melaka land marks and difficult to get a Muslim restaurant within the hotel area.

Experiance this today although having a prior group booking. Clearly hotel don't have an experience handling group customer check-in process.

Personally, I'm not recommended to any organization conducting their event at this hotel.

It was pleasure to stayed at Ramada"s. The room is nice and club lounge is beautiful. The concierge is really good. Humble n smile on their face make u happy. The only complaint i have is the food @ the club floor need to change every day. Not the same food

Great service by all staff. Well kept environment, very clean. The room was very spacious and clean. Front counter staff Ms. Nancy, Zest Cafe Mr. Mahesh, they are very helpful, friendly and courteous. I am very happy and very satisfied with my stay. ( Stay from 16/4-19/4). Thank you once again for your great service.
