Place lobby close to a hospital and near some good location for shopping and food

A good quality food in a nice ambience. Maintained well and good location

Went to stay overnight, the room was really nice and affordable! Club lounge had breakfast for 2, which wasn't too bad. There is also food nearby the hotel which is great!

Old but romantic clean location is awesome and they are friendly n service oriented

I would rate this as best hotel in Melaka. The cafe food is nice but price on the high side. But always manage to satisfied my crave.

Plus: Nice and newly renovated rooms. Close to some eateries. Large enough pool. Good food options. Minus: Not as close to Jonker/ main shopping area and facilities are limited.

Wonderful place to stay. Parking is so so but the rest are great. The lobby smells lovely the staffs are even better. My room was clean, arrangements are beautiful and its more spacious than i expected. And oh dear, lets not forget about the b'fast shall we? One of the finest hotel breakfast for a reason. All in all, value for money and highly recommended

Hotel is located 10-15mins away from the famous jonker street. Rooms are clean and brightly lit. Amenities such as gym and swimming pool are available. Would definitely come again.

They are no longer part of Renaissance group but their standards remain the same. Well done.

One of the best hotels in Malacca. Enjoyed my stay there. They do provide also shuttle van to Jonker Street, which is very convenient.

Great customer service and very comfortable environment

The exterior of the hotel looks slightly old and dated. But the newly revamped hotel room was quite modern. I had a comfortable 1N stay over at Ramada Plaza. The hotel gym was also very well equipped with a full range of cardio machines and free weights.

Very good and comfortable stay at this hotel.
Will come again with family for weekend holiday.

Lovely hotel, well what else would you expect from a 5 star rated hotel. I would however say that it does not have a contemporary design nor decor that would give it a modern vibe. The food is great and wonderful service.

Lunch at Long Feng Chinese Restaurant (halal dimsum).

Reliable hotel. Skip the breakfast and try the local flavor instead.. Just walk across the street and you can find few Chinese Local shop (non-halal) selling great varieties of local breakfast. If you want Halal food, there is a 24 HOURS Muslim restaurant selling many typical Malaysian staple foods such as Roti Canai, Nasi Lemak, Mee Goreng Mamak. Enjoy your stay!

good and nice place to take a rest with family and friends

One of the best hotel to stay in melaka city when I come to melaka. Walking distant to sightseeing places and surrounded by some of the famous local dishes.
The room wide and comfortable. The TV reception is clear and has variety of movies to watch.

We really enjoyed our 5-nights stay at Ramada Plaza in Melaka. The entire hotel is very well maintained, everywhere are fresh flowers and the hotel stuff is always friendly and ready to help. The rooms are clean, modern and very comfortable. We also tried the food in the hotel restaurants and everytime it was a really delicous experience. Especially the chinese restaurant was a blast. We liked the gym and the rooftop-pool as well, which also provide a great view of the Melaka city. This place is centrally located and an easy walk to various tourist attractions in the city.

Nice rooms. Comfort and yet luxury. Parking is very convenient. Food needs an upgrade.

A perfect hotel, no negative points! The service, the room and the location were just perfect and we have spent a wonderful journey there.

I found used wet towel in my bathroom. I hope it didnt happend again.

Generally OK. Room air-conditioning can't be controlled. Too cold unless one turns it off then it becomes stuffy.

The Long Feng Chinese Restaurant (Halal) buffett dim sum is nice

I checked in late at night and requested a high floor room. The front desk was exceptional, and they were very helpful with figuring out the tour options and etc. in Malacca. The room was clean, the breakfast was good, and the staff were excellent. I would recommend staying here if it's in your budget for Malacca!

Room, bed, and bath are nice. Walls are a little thin. Can hear people talking and etc easily.

The buffet dim sum was such a rip off. Lousy spread at over inflated charges. Brought the entire family with children included but was charged RM 50++ per pax excluding service charges and tea for ALL on a weekday. The spread and taste of the dim sum was horrible, wayyy below the expected standard for hotel dim sum.

Comfortable, spacious. Service can be a little slow and I don't recommend room service as it is not worth it. However, you are close to hawker food centers and lovely restaurants.

I checked in last night and they had no free room for premier. Thus, they upgraded us to CLUB room without any charge! Omg such a nice treat, and their hotel is definitely deserve five star. Very clean room and facilities. The staffs here are very friendly and they even help me paid for the parking fine! Such a nice service. Definitely will come back here again!
