I brought new Hankook Dyna Pro RA33 tires and they...

I brought new Hankook Dyna Pro RA33 tires and they are cupping or feathering depending which mechanic you talk with. I brought the car back after three weeks and they said the alignment was bad. I looked at the paperwork and the numbers was the same the first one. I still let them align the vehicle and rotated the tires. After 7 thousand miles the vehicle is still feathering the tires. The technician couldn't find a problem with the car, so I ask the sales Rep. are you going to replace the tires because there is a problem with the tires. He stated it wasn't anything he can do, so I ask if he can call the manufacture and report the issue to them. It has been a week and I have not heard back from anyone. I need these tires replaced now.

The sales person went above and beyond his duties....

The sales person went above and beyond his duties. He stayed late both the day I purchased the vehicle and the next day I came to pick it up from having windows tinted. He went over the vehicle with me 2-3 times.

The finance person was very friendly and courteous as well as he did not take long with paperwork.

Regal Nissan is the #1 place to buy a Nissan. Their salesman and sales manager seem to work with a person as much as possible.

The detail and windows tinted was great too

They actually know the vehicle they're selling and not just the price its for "GWINETT NISSAN" Now I'm not saying come here and not research what you need, but I am saying they will fight for your business.

This company charges way over the price of what the car is really worst. I purchased a used vehicle from them and within the first week was having problems with the car. They don't check the cars thoroughly before they sell them and they aren't interested in fixing the problem either. Even though they know they are scamming people.

Awesome dealership. My purchase experience was quick and painless. I made a phone call to check on a specific vehicle (370z), got a price, and made a visit to the dealership for the purchase. In and out in less than 2 hours, finance and all! I researched online within a 200 mile radius of Atlanta and Regal had the best price. I paid the ad price and standard fees, no bait and switch or up charges from the ad price. Thanks Regal!

Since the moment you walk in you get impression of a really friendly atmosphere in the air. The whole process of purchasing car was straight and smooth and Daryl was on top of game giving us the best deal we could afford. I used the shuttle to go home after dropping my car for service and Warren was very nice and humorous. He was easy to talk to and was professional. Thank you again Warren.

Steve Shank was also great. The first day I came in he greeted me and my cousin and ordered the parts needed for my car. He was nice and professional when I dropped my car off a couple days after coming in the first time.My car was fixed in a timely manner and they washed and vacuumed it. Thank you Steve.

A Nice dealership for Nissan vechile service. I am going to same dealership from previous 5 years. Nice and courteous staffs and service. Decent waiting area with nice seats, snaks and entertainment and internet. Clean washrooms. A small child's area with 4 tablets and a tv.

Service may take time due to more vehicle every time. An appointment is best. Better to stick with same service adviser since he may be knowing better about your vehicle. Better to check outside if any costly repair is suggested, since authorized service centers always replace parts..while we can get it repaired really cheap outside.(had experience similar before)...

I had the most horrible experience at Nalley earlier in the day so I called Regal and explained my situation. I arrived to my appointment on time and we helped with Randy who immediately got the ball rolling to get me into my dream car. Even the other sales members on the team were incredibly nice and helpful even when I was not working with them. Both Randy and Dan (finance) were an absolute pleasure to work with and I was kicking myself for not going their first. Great business, company, and people. Will be doing business with them in the future!

Ross was the sales manager,he was very helpful but the actual BOSS or who ever it is came into picture after initial conversations and he was very rude,Didn't have basic manners while dealing with the customers.Worst experience ever

I own 4 Nissan vehicles (Xterra, Rogue, Altima, & ...

I own 4 Nissan vehicles (Xterra, Rogue, Altima, & Versa) and serviced them at Regal since I bought the first one in 2009. I am very satisfied with the great service I got from the team in Regal, and most of all from Marshall H at the service department. He is always there to help, provide great advice, and great customer service.
In the pictures: my Xterra saved the day when we needed few extra 16 foot composite decking boards to finish our deck.

Being in the service industry I know great customer service when I see it. From the very beginning of the experience to end Steve Shank was great. He greeted me at my car before I could even get out with a welcoming smile. He also helped me make my tea when I had trouble even though I told him it was fine (above and beyond). He was quick and efficient with getting my vehicle serviced. Steve made it a point to inform me what else was recommended to be done on my car yet he did not make me feel pressured to get all recommendations done at that moment.

Worst sales experience. It is the worst place to buy a nissan. They have been the most arrogant people i have seen dealing in car sales. They made us wait for 2 hours, the GM comes in says that you can go buy from another dealer. They just dont give respect to customers. Most rude.

It's been a couple years since I had to take my car in for service. Last time I was here it felt like you were dropping ur car off at a repair garage or mechanics garage not a bad feeling at all mind you. They did and do good work. I recently had service done and it was a new experience. It feels like you are taking your car to a full on professional service center. Clean, nice and automated in some areas. I was taken care of by Brad Ried and he was courteous and very helpful. I would definitely refer people here for service.

Today was my first visit at Regal Nissan, and for sure won t be my last! My car needed multiple services done today and Alex Leach helped me tremendously. He not only had the knowledge about what I needed, but only gave advice that he would do personally to his own car. He gave me very honest feedback while creating a welcoming environment. Will be definitely recommending to my friends!

I took my 2015 rogue in for a transaxle shaft gasket leak. This was the third time I was in for the same issue in the past year . My vehicle is 15,000 miles out of warranty but I was lucky enough to get a manager to make good for the repairs and not charge me. I was very happy with this but my main concern is that this doesn t happen again

On January, I came in looking for a 2016 Altima, however Ron and Hugh were able to work on a deal that actually allowed me to move into a 2016 Maxima, for just about the same monthly payment. They went the extra mile, to ensure I got the most value for my money.

The quality of service was good but not so sure about fast. It took 5 whole weeks for the repairs to be done and I didn't think the damage was that significant. A good size dent in the front right side, broken headlight, few scratches and a busted tire but nothing major in my opinion. On the bright side my car repaired and it still drives great.

I spoke with a salesman for over 1 week about a jeep they had listed online. I was assured that the vehicle had absolutely zero issues! So I set up an appointment for Saturday afternoon, I live over 4 hrs away. Upon arrival, I noticed that all the tires had little to no tread left, very concerning considering the jeep was listed for over 24k. Then on my test drive, at 40 mph the jeep began to shake uncontrollably, aka the Death Wobble! When I returned and let them know of my experience the salesman apologized and sent his manager over. He just said maybe it'll be a simple fix, so I waited. My salesman came back and told me he drove it and couldn't believe how badly it shook! He said he was sorry, walked away, and then the dealership manager came over, shook my hand and apologized and said he knew I had a long ride back home. They never took this vehicle for a meaningful test drive, otherwise they would have discovered and fixed the major problem, they left unsafe tires on it, and honestly had me wondering if the vehicle was put through any type of inspection checklist at all! Maybe offer me a gas card for wasting my entire day and for driving almost 9 hrs total to purchase a vehicle that wasn't road worthy... Maybe get the vehicle fixed, put on tires that are safe to drive on, and offer to have it delivered to me...
Nope, just say sorry and walk away! I would not trust this dealership.
Problems happen and things don't always go as planned, but that's the opportunity to go above and beyond to make things right. This dealership honestly chose to just turn a blind eye and move on to the next customer.

Confusion over whether I was required to pay for rental. Different information on the work recap and what the maintenance dept. recommended. I ended up going to a different place that let me see the message on the reader and I only got a 4030 error, not 4020 and 4030 as quoted over the phone and on one of the documents I received. Also....wanted to charge me $100 just for an evaluation and quote. Come on. It was free everywhere else I went for a quote...all you have to do is plug the little reader in--Geez. Of course I balked and the service manager said he would take care of it but I will be watching my credit card to make sure. Overall, the quote was overpriced and I felt "nickeled and dimed" and decided to have the work done elsewhere. The issue is credibility. Initially the rental dept. tried to charge me $40/day for the rental too. A free rental is one of the ONLY reasons to have your car fixed at a dealership. I will come back for warranty related issues, but probably not standard services.

Ten stars out of five. This place is huge! Bathroom clean with sensors that dispense soap and water. The urinals flush themselves. The have either paper or hot air to dry your hands. The waiting room in service has soda, water and coffee! Snacks like cheetos, cinnamon rolls, kisses and other stuff! Leaves in shame the one in Lithia Springs! The bathroom looks like it was made in the prehistoric era for one!

Blue met me as soon as the big doors opened. He was professional and escorted me to Brandy, my service advisor. Brandy was great, took my information and showed me the waiting room. After the mechanics evaluated my Pathfinder, she gave me my options. Repairs were ordered and Warren drove me home safely. He was courteous and pleasant. The repairs I ordered were completed by the end of the business day. My car was washed and ready when we arrived at Regal.

Not one person wore a mask or even acted as if we were in a pandemic. You gave me a list of critical things wrong with my car. I came in because I got a flat tire in the area. The one thing I asked you to check was the window washer fluid dispenser and tubes. It had been leaking. You said there was not a problem and filled up the tank with fluid. The fluid leaked all over my garage once home.

I love this dealership! The staff are most polite and friendly. The facility is so clean (and that was before the pandemic - I just returned yesterday for service on my car and they had specific people making sure everything was cleaned and wiped down)! They even put a protective cover over my steering wheel while they serviced me car. The waiting area is comfortable with snacks and drinks and has an area for kids. AND they did what they promised and gave me my first oil change free!!! Well done Regal Nissan.

We've been doing all our business with Regal for many years now. Never a disappointment. Actually had to push a car up the driveway this week. Had half the service writers out there... Repairs were as planned and under budget. Very pleased. Looks like its about time for a new Nissan!

William Cooper went above and beyond to help me. Even to the point of coming to my work where my car was broke down and trying to assist me after his regular work hours. On top of all that he inspected my car up and down and advised me as to what the best way to handle things and made sure my warranty was going to cover work before it expired in 2k miles. He has made me a believer in your dealership and I will go nowhere else and will recommend this specific dealership and service advisor to EVERYONE I know. Regal Nissan.
