Their service department--and specifically, Paul Smith--is the reason I keep coming back for service on my 370Z. He's always incredibly helpful, and works around my odd schedule--let alone the awesome work he's done on my car. He even helped me while I was living in DC from 2010-13, which led to me planning my vehicle maintenance around my trips back to Georgia.

While in DC, I was having issues with incompetence at my local dealership's service department when trying to have warranty work done, to the point of having to look up and point out the Service Bulletin to the Passport Nissan mechanics in Arlington; after that, I got Paul into the loop, and he was able to help get the matter resolved with them quickly for me, which saved me from needing to take off an entire day from work.

Since then, he's managed to keep up the great service, as well as just being a generally friendly and great guy, so I keep coming back!
