My car was at the Regal Nissan from Thursday 05/16...

My car was at the Regal Nissan from Thursday 05/16/19 until Saturday 05/18/19. Everything was fine and the communication was fine throughout the entire process. The guy called me and told me that I needed a new battery (amongst many other things) and I bought one. On Tuesday 05/21/19 my car would not even start. I spent over $500 at this dealership and left with more problems than I had to begin with. My car was towed to the dealership this morning. Before it even got there I called twice to tell them it was coming and what was wrong and I still got a call hours later asking me what was wrong with the car. They obviously didn't even touch it because if they would've even tried to even unlock the car they would've known what was wrong. The car won't even unlock without using the key!
