The service was slow and the restaurant seemed to be out of red shrimp, jumbo shrimp and prawns....how is this possible?

For Valentine's day I took my wife here, and there were very many others with the same idea! We waited about 45+ minutes to be seated. When we were taken to our booth, we experienced an enjoyable meal. The menu offers a significant variety with different combinations of seafood, as one would expect, steak, appetizers, salads, etc. The only problem I had was they didn't have a gluten free menu so it was a little difficult to select my choice. My wife said the bread that comes with all entrees was delicious. We were both impressed with the large serving sizes of our orders including the appetizer. In addition, salads come with each entree which doesn't happen at many restaurants any more.
Our server should get a raise because our her attentive, helpful service, frequently checking on us but not on a bothersome manner. Although the costs of many menu items are higher than several places we generally eat at, I still recommend eating here.

Heather D is the best server. Always ask for her and tip well!

Service was great. Seafood was okay. Other than Walt's shrimp, the seafood pieces were very small like miniature size. Food tasted good though.

im here choking on my food while my waiter watches the super bowl ....I guess I will drink water when I get home

Slow service. We have been there before and they were good. But this server was way slow.

Menu changed food very salty service slow. And only about 10 customer's. Not good sorry but definitely keep away. I'm thinking new cook's

Totally unpleasant.... Appetizers came last no napkins no biscuits very poor service and the drinks taste like pure syrup even the manager agreed! And there was no wrapped silverware

Food was above par, but our server seemed new and was not on point with refilling drinks or checking in on us...had to have the store manager assist with undercooked food. All in all it is exactly what you'd expect from overpriced seafood.

The service was good. The food was average. Manager was super sweet. Overall, we will give it another go.

This red lobster has been having issues. The food and service was great but I always smell a smucky smell from the kitchen. P.s. the baby changing station in restroom had mold growing on it.

Best service and friendliest staff of any Red Lobster I have ever been to. From the nice and sweet hostess Peaches, the caring server Heather and the good Manager they were great.Was impressed on every part of the restaurant. The service was great, food was best of any Red Lobster I have ever been to and it was impressively very clean. Definitely will be back when considering seafood.

Our server was absolutely horrible she said she has been there 25 years but it seemed like se was new. Not attentive and was taken back when I asked for bread instead of getting an appetizer. I love this location but today was pitiful. Kitchen was also super slow and the restaurant was empty

Service was great, food was good and whole family enjoyed themselves!

waitress was nice however I did not like something and they offered to bring me something else. when I got the check , they had billed me for all of it instead of removing the item I did not care for. The place was so dark I could barely see my food. Initial order came fast the replacement order I had to wait and my companion was finished when I received the replacement dish. will not go back there for sure.

Both of the employees I came in contact with were Very rude when I explained to them that I could not wear a mask for medical reasons they became very intrusive! I was just picking up a to go order and when the manager came out I assumed she was going to take care of things but instead she just told me she didn t care about my medical issues And told me to leave her store extremely rude very shocked and disappointed about the whole thing!

Waited an hour to be seated for lunch another hour to get our food. Our sever was the only pleasant thing about our visit. My wife ordered chicken strips and it looked like something from a fast food restaurant and cost 14.00. Will never go again.

We had a large party celebrating my birthday. Food and service were both very good.

It's a national chain but you know what to expect every time.

Good food always staff is knowledgeable and friendly , even if my order was messed up that time she quickly fixed it.

Menu and Service Need Work. The fresh fish is over priced for the portion, and in my case and to his credit, the kitchen Manager brought out a fresh portion because he didn't like the looks of it. The food seems mostly Frozen and then microwaved and the wait staff is simply lazy and inattentive at this Lakeland location. Nothing has changed here in years, simply far better choices available.

The meal wasn't worth going to third time we've been there not any good any time . SAD

Got sick over food and had to wait 15 minutes to receive our bill...
