HORRIBLE FOOD, & SERVICE!!! DON'T GO HERE!!!
Food was incorrect, asked for a medium stake & got a well done, so its taken back to kitchen, til the rest of our table has finished all their food, then they bring me only stake, & didn't bring me my 2 sides back with the stake, then someone else at out table got 2 fries on their plate, & they never ordered fries at all, then our waitress mumbled behind our backs, & mocked us asking for a spoon for our soup. this was the worst service we ever received, & this was to celebrate a 65 yr old Birthday, the staff knew their was a birthday at our table, but the staff sang happy birthday at the table across the restaurant but not ours...
we will never return back to this location again ever. save your money people, or go anyway else, even McDonald's would have been better for our birthday lady she said... pretty sad...(Note they weren't busy at that time either) FROM A TABLE OF 5.

Run to eat at this place. It's beautiful, nice, and what kind of delicious food. Tremendous parking. A cozy, traditional American style. It does not leave the same. It is that food that is not eaten by eating, but savored. We enjoyed it very much. I recommend it.

Great place to eat and good service and great employees.

Food is ok. Biscuits best part of any meal there. Prices too high for what you get

Got to the restaurant kind of late and got seated promptly . Good service and food.

For no busier than they were, service was slow. Not enough attention from the server. Food was fine.

My daughter works here we are a resturant retired family!! The service was totally amazing!!x The food was okay this time! Lakeland is a beautiful location though i love the southern style front porch and that the host staff treats you like you come to dinner everynight

Very poor customer service from the bartender serving on 6/17 400pm, did not get a thank you or anything. Very poor customer service skills, she should be fired immediately or coached. Wasn't friendly what's so ever. Will be contacting corporate about the attitude. Small portions for the price also

Terrible..stopped in to grab lunch and they were not busy but yet had to wait to b seated and then the lobby area had 20 people. We left because it was a reflection of how service was going to be. Poor management.

Proposed too my Fiance over dinner tonight. Service was fantastic and the perfect place to pop the question.

Very clean good attention but what I asked for did not look like the picture of the menu all smaller size

Was not impressed at all.Waitress was not good. Got salad.... Appetizer took forever to come out and then food came out about 5 minutes after. Manager was ok offered to take off the appetizer that we already had a coupon for to get free.

The food is not what it use to be my food came out cold and we waited forever never seen a manager to report the problem but overall it will be a while before I go back I was really let down...

I like this place... employees are very friendly and make sure you have everything you need.

Just finished my birthday lunch at red lobster it was excellent a great way to start my new year

We love coming here, but our last trip wasn't so good. My husband had the Admiral's Feast which was excellent, I tried something new the grilled white fish, not so pleasent, it was very fishy smelling and tasted fishy. Won't get that again, we will still go to Red Lobster, but I think I'll stick with my usual. The 3 stars are for the fishy FISH.

Food below par for red lobster. Hostess and manager both rude and made us wait to be seated so they could work out employees shift schedules. I asked to be seated again they still made me wait. I asked for a booth and was taken to a table. The whole time through they treated us poorly. The only saving grace was that we had a wonderful waitress.

The waitress was very good... but the time to get seated was horrible... maybe because it was a sunday also...so idk but the food was great

It is a standard Red Lobster. Our experiences there have gone from excellent to just good. There is plenty of parking available but during the winter months at dinner time it can be difficult to find a parking place. We have noticed that if you arrive before 6PM that there is limited staff on hand and there can be a significant wait and that after 6:30PM there will be a significant wait.

Very bad service, got salad before appetizers, waited very long for main course

Good location, I love how it looks!! The staff is nice and attentive as well. I went around lunch time and the lady at the front desk sat me and my plus one down with in seconds. She let me know who to expect as my waitress, I thought that was a nice touch. My waitress came shortly and suggested some delicious options. I defiantly recommend this location, one hundred percent!

Delicious food, good sized portions, great service!

Biscuits are better. Prices are a shade high for the meal but quality is okay and service is good.

I haven t been in years to Red Lobster. Came for all you can eat shrimp but after our first order came our waitress, Kimberly never came back. She was supposed to bring more biscuits but that never happened. We placed our next order we waited 30min and still no food. She finally came back and asked us did we get our food, you didn t bring it to us. The Nashville shrimp were good but wish I had gotten another order of them. Sorry but I will not be back!

No complaints about this place at all! Had a great waitress named Heather. She was timely and remembered what we asked for. Not to mention she was hot. Yummy food. And it was my birthday so I got a yummy ice cream Sunday with a happy bday song. The only thing is it's a little hard to get to because it's tucked away

We celebrated my birthday..... Worse service I have ever had, only partial of our order came, gave our food to anther table. Shrimp was burnt, ordered appetizers and no plates. We had a party of 10

Best meal I have had there in years. We enjoyed the appetizers so much. Mussels, shrimp and lobster. Yumm... Ask for Christine. She was a great server.

As usual nothing comes close to topping Red Lobster!! It's the best

From the time you walk in you feel welcome. I took a small window seat so I could enjoy the bustling city view. I took advantage of the $20 Petite Ultimate Feast. The shrimp we're cooked to perfection in a shrimp scampi sauce. The meal came with fried shrimp as well, rice pilaf, a small cluster of snow crabs, a side( I chose a baked potato w/ butter and sour cream.) salad and bread all for $20 dollars. I'm looking forward to trying the endless shrimp on Monday

I hadn't gone to Red Lobster for about a year and went to the Lakeland, fl location. To my surprise noticed the change in the menu. Most dishes had shrimp. I have an allergy to shrimp and expressed this to my server who proceeded to guide me on what I should order. So I ordered broiled flounder. Before the meal was over my tongue started itching and I became dizzy. At that time I did not realize I was having an allergic reaction . By morning it was obvious. I called Red Lobster and asked to speak to a manager ... was on hold for so long that I just hung up. If you have an allergy to shrimp do not go to Red Lobster. They use the same grease to fry fish and shrimp...and apparently have their shrimp and fish together. I will no longer encourage anyone to patronize this franchise.

Everything was good just the mash potatos was cold and had to wait for bread.

Not really a real seafood restaurant as like the fried shrimp is from frozen shrimp and you can just buy that at the grocery store and make it yourself their biscuits are great but of course once again you can just buy those at the grocery store and make them yourself way overpriced look for a local independent seafood restaurant in my opinion

Great lunch! Ordered 4 course coconut shrimp dinner for $18. Enough for an old couple to share. Waitress was excellent and all food served was very good.

My family and I ordered curbside to go from the north lakeland restaurant and was very disappointed. I called when we arrived at our pickup time and the woman on the phone said she would let them know. We waited another 30 mins and then I called again to check on the order and was put on hold for 7 mins with no answer. I hung up and waited another 10 mins before calling again and finally got through to someone. By the time I got the food home for my parents anniversary the food was cold and soggy.
