Server, appetizers and drinks were Best . Food Quality needs to Step it up a little MORE.

Staff rude, or at least the want she got me. I am delivering for DoorDash and they don t even let you ask for an estimate time for the order to be ready . She just said: we are full and left to the back. Can they understand we need to give our customers an estimate for their food? Once again the place wasn t full at all

What is happening to this place, dirty fork. Hair in my salad. They removed my meal from the check, but come on ppl. Smh

Am not sure about this location usually good experience but it was so so at best with the service.

First time eating out since covid. Took my Dad out for Father's Day. Nice atmosphere as always, but the food wasn't up to par today. Mashed potatoes were dry and not very tasty ..coleslaw not tasty at all and big tough pieces. Very dissatisfied for the money spent. Good fish and biscuits. Hoped for a discount after telling the manager, but nope, didn't get one

Usually I like Red Lobsters. The fried oysters were over fried and my fish was really dry too. The waitress was good though

It's a little pricey for what you get but it's okay

It was dirty and service at least my server was terrible she had an attitude, the greeter's were great

Food took well over a half hour and then arrived cold. The dining room was so cold I, as well as others, were complaining and going out to their cars for jackets and sweaters. It took well over a half hour before they did anything about the temperature and then 10 minutes later it was freezing again. The food was only fair quality and one of our party sent back a tough, chewy lobster and it took over a half hour to get another one.

Food was EXCELLENT
And so was the service

Great waitress, and the wife was happy with her shrimp, however my Maple Glazed Chicken was overcooked and dried out and my broccoli was completely uncooked. Note to self: don't get thw chicken from a seafood place....

Food was excellent. Was delivered to our table hot and fresh. Our waitress was on top. Will definitely go back in the future.

Our server literally exceeded above and beyond expectations.. I've never experienced that kind of customer service especially not in Broward county

I had to leave the restaurant in protest because my food never came after sitting there for an hour.

Sevice was a little slow and i thought they used to acknowledge special occasions but the food was good it was clean it was an ok birthday dinner

Had a coupon for a free langanstino, lobster pizza but ended up being charged $12.49 for it. Didn't realize it until we had left. Called back and was advised they may credit it back to my credit card in 8-10 days. Didn't take that long to charge my card.

The lobster type mashed potatoes was great. So was the service.

Been coming here for ages, staff comes and goes, but I can always count on something on the menu I've never tried. Great food

It is often slow even when empty. They really need a dehumidifier. The ginger soy Salmon is good.

Poor food quality.... Sorry, and my server presented my meal and stated that "I guess this is your big plate"
I won't dine at the Lakeland location after this meal...

Usually very good ,food prep was lacking, brussel sprouts had the hard stem left on the bottom and the lettuce in the salad was full of harder stem, then med- rare steak came well done. It was fixed and the replacement was perfect . This is the first time I've had any complaints at this Red Lobster out of three previous visits.

Great food and selection. Endless shrimp always hits the spot. The Nashville hot wasn't very hot. Seems like they were scared to use the dry rub, but the flavor was good. Each round came out quick. Highly recommend this location!

Made us wait for a table even though there were tons of tables free. We also had the worst waitress....it took forever to get refills, forgot to bring straws, etc. Food's cold. Will not eat there again!

Everything was good except fried shrimp was over cooked

The food was excellent but it took us a half hour before our servet could help us then the food wasnt all brought out at the same time and by the time our waitress was able to get back to us my daughter's food was partially cold . We were there for my 70th birthday and our meal took almost 2 hrs all together . The crab legs were awesome . Our waitress was very friendly but i think maybe she had too many tables .

Our waitress was great in the beginning but towards the end she became rude and not so pleasant. We had to call the manager to our table twice. We were told something had happened to her but that's no reason to act like she did. Overall it was good nothing to rave about. Will I go back probably yes but no time soon. Red lobster isn't on my go to list like it used to be especially after our experience on Sunday at 4pm 10/22/17. However their hot Honey Tennessee shrimp is really good (think that's what it's called)

25 years since I've been to this chain. Sat at the bar , no wait time at 8 pm! Had coconut shrimp , salad, garlic biscuits, fries. Place was pretty clean , staff was friendly and helpful. Dinner was good- shrimp was just blah , edible but no depth in flavor. Ordered dessert, cheesecake which was also ok but overpriced at $8 a slice! I recommend this location if you need a quick fix But think I'll stick to the smaller seafood places.

We went here over the weekend. I called ahead to make sure they had stuff my son would eat, he has Autism and is very picky. The lady answered my questions quickly and was nice. When we got to the restaurant we asked if we could get a comfortable area without alot of people. One lady was showing us a few places, when another lady kept saying no you can't sit there. After I spoke to the manager ( l forget his name) whoever was on duty saturday May 21st between 4:30 and 5. The manager was very nice, found us a quiet spot in the back so my son could have a window view. The waiter was very attentive we had no issues. Overall we got to celebrate my husbands grandparents 56th wedding anniversary and my son enjoyed himself. Alot of places we visit are not as accommodating but this restaurant went above and beyond. Thanks we had a great time.

We love this place. Staff is always professional and deliver great service. Food is always hot and the service is top notch.

I ordered New York strip medium rare by the time it got to me it said under the window so long I couldn't eat it. I ordered a rock tail Lobster with it it came when I finished the mashed potatoes and brocolli. Finally brought me the rock tail Lobster and it was just atrocious,,, just tasted terrible. I'm a busy man I really don't have time to leave silly reviews but Red Lobster has just killed it for me I'll never go back

Food was good....but it's poorly run..dozen of dirty tables not being cleaned off...a large line waiting to be seated...VERY DISAPPOINTED..NOT LIKE ANY OTHER RED LOBSTER I HAVE BEEN TO

I went with some friends I'm not to much of a red lobster fan, did enjoy the strawberry Daiquiri

Awesome food and service. Our waitress was on point and very nice.

The staff was quick to answer any food related questions. You could tell by their demeanor that they loved thier jobs and showed thier character with a smile and warm welcome.

Couldn't eat another bite if I had to. Excellent!! My favorite place to eat.

Food was good. very slow service took 50 minutes for our food to come out and that happened 2 times.

Never had a bad experience. That being said if you want it done right, stay home cook it your self.

Special day for my wife's Birthday the place was hoping with server's but the attention to detail was appalling. Slow 3pm crowd not many patron"s at this time. Ordered an appetizer then went down hill from there. Never brought the complimentary biscuits until we asked for them, served the appetizer had to ask for the silverware to eat it with, main course showed up way late (30min) and cold!!! Ask for more napkins that never showed up. The waitress apologized as a party of 10 had JUST been seated,sorry that's no excuse. Had to hunt down another server to pay the $100+ check.
"Bottom line "the experience and service must flow for each guest" no matter what, thats what I have learned working for one of the biggest guest experience organisations in the world"WDW" Walt Disney World. "Buon appetito"NOT"
