I have been looking for a place for months. What stands out most in this search is the failure to communicate, and horrible follow up, almost as though people really did not want to rent their properties.
Communication was not an issue with Real Property Management and Chelsea. I had follow up to my very first inquiry about a property within 24 hours, and rapid follow up from Chelsea every step of the way.
If I was told I would have information by a certain day I had it.
In less than a week from my first inquiry I was able to complete the entire process and secure a place to rent.
Communication has been clear and efficient.

RPM is the worst property management company! They...

RPM is the worst property management company! They never answer the phone! Impossible to get a hold of. Email is the only way they communicate and it takes hours for them to respond. When our Air Conditioning stopped working it took a week for the work order to get assigned and another 3 weeks for them to fix the Air Conditioner! Dont expect to get your security deposit back in full either. I left the house cleaner than i received it and they still had the nerve to take $200 for a supposed cleaning fee.

I personally worked with Eva B. who was wonderful! She answer every single question I had regarding my move-in and responded within 24hours to my emails. If she wasn t available, someone from the RPM staff communicated with me on her behalf. They truly have a great team! The move-in process was smooth and I m loving my home.

I would like to give a big thanks to the ladies in...

I would like to give a big thanks to the ladies in Leasing for assisting me on my Rental Home Search. Even though the property I wanted was already rented, they assisted me with viewing a few other homes that were much similar. I truly applaud there customer service skills and ability to speak knowledgeable about each home that I was interested in, as I have ran into a few other companies who were not as efficient. Thanks again girls!

Having been a service provider to RPM Tidewater for the past year, I am very impressed with the company. All the individuals I have dealt with have been professional, polite and responsive.
The quality of the work RPM exhibits is exceptional. I would highly recommend them to anyone searching for a home.

Company's only concern is getting their rent check...

Company's only concern is getting their rent check each month. Repairs and maintenance take a back seat, my family has been waiting 12 days to have HVAC system repaired. Company can't even get in touch with the owner to get repairs approved for 5 days now. Staff is young, incompetent and doesn't seem to care about the issue.

Had my wife and kids move to Virginia Beach while ...

Had my wife and kids move to Virginia Beach while I was deployed and they arrived to a dirty house. No one came to complete and inspection with my wife, so she annotated all the things wrong.
Of at least 10 work orders, maybe 1 got fixed. Everything was expected to be on us. Constant water problems and after a team ripped out a full bath and half bath (of a 2 and a half bath house), we were left with one full bath for OVER A MONTH, and no reduction in rent. Now we are moving (thank god) and found out we have to have the place professionally cleaned even though it wasn t prior to our arrival. Wish I would have known a company would treat its military community like this. But no worries, I will make sure every social media military community I am a part of knows.

Morgan was great , the plumber charged us for a new faucet for one of our properties, Morgan insisted that form the photos , it does not appear that the faucet was replaced. after 2 weeks of back and forth with the plumber, Morgan met them on the job site and sure enough they billed the wrong unit. Once again RPM saved the day , excellent company with up to date technologies , Thank you

Lori Locklear use to be my Property Manager. Lori passed the torch to Darlene Kelly. In my opinion Lori could not have gotten a better replacement than Darlene. Every since Darlene replaced Lori she has been remarkable. Responding promptly to my work request in a professional & timely manner. I am so proud to have Darlene as my Property Manager.

RPM has been wonderful. Thye have taken care of us for almost to years and I can not say enough good things. I have managed properties on my own and it was an awful experience. I can honestly say RPM has made the process painless. I have also been impressed at how timely RPM takes care of the renter. I think they have their system nailed. We could not be more pleased.

Pay attention to the reviews!! We decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and it cost us an entire security deposit along with a $500 non refundable pet fee. They don t loose and they do it because they can and suing them isn t worth the cost or time. Management company is ran by a den of thieves. Read your lease! Fees fees fees.
Their leases are 100% on their side.
We resided at a townhouse they managed for 2 years. They want you to pay rent but not live in there. Lord forbid you need maintenance. We were left without A/C an entire weekend during the summer months and with a baby!
During our 2 yrs we made ONE maintenance call and they couldn t even get that right. You call until you are blue in the face. Follow all their rules yet they find a way to screw you over.
We had the unit professionally cleaned with a verified business along with having the carpets professionally cleaned by top name company as we were directed to do so, only to be told the cleaning was not up to par for them. The house was left spotless, cabinets, floors, bathrooms, etc. We spent half our deposit in turning in a clean unit. We didn't realize that normal wear and tear is not a term they are familiar with. We took care of the unit as it was our home. They kept our entire deposit. We forgot a foldable chair and were charged $45 to remove it.
Every excuse favorable to them. If you are renting with this company just take your belongings and leave, trust and believe you will not get your deposit back no matter what you do. They tell you to follow some BS guidelines on how to ensure you get your deposit back. LIES. You can dispute until you are blue in the face, they are a bunch of thieves and the exact reason why there are tenants who screw over landlords because of treatment like this.
You do right and you still get screwed. Unprofessional beyond measure. These are facts and there are many many ex tenants like our family. LOOK ELSEWHERE!

The company was going through a major system upgrade when I first moved in and was completely unable to contact them. The upgrades are complete and they have been nothing but great toward my roommate and me. Able to negotiate some minor details in the lease to help work around our deployment schedule. Would recommend to a friend, just make sure you sign up for autopay to avoid a $15 charge

We have worked with RPM for 5 years on a rental property. Over that time, we have noticed a marked improvement in their service and have been very pleased with them recently. I could not give 5 stars, because they were not always this way from the beginning of our relationship. They have certainly stepped up their game, and we appreciate all they have done. Chelsea Gray has been especially helpful, and I believe she has a lot to do with their recent improvement.

Real Property Management Tidewater support staff provided timely feedback, coordinate with various vendors which resulted in cost savings of more than 30% percent. Additionally, they were able to quickly identify qualified tenants for our rental property. Bottom-line, their customer service is "second to none". Great Organization! to work with. Chuck

The women that I have spoken to (when I am able to...

The women that I have spoken to (when I am able to get a hold of someone) have been very kind. However, dealing with anything with maintenance has been the WORST experience. It took five months for someone to come "fix" our leaking roof...it still leaks. Our heat has been broken for over a month...its December. It is very difficult to get a hold of anyone or receive any answers. They pass along the issue to another group that also does not fix the issue. We found the HVAC company ourselves because they claimed they couldn't find someone to come out in a decent amount of time. ZERO communication with us. We have had to call to find out any answers. I'm pretty sure it is illegal to leave us living in these conditions.

I would like to rate them -1 stars! they are the worst property management company i have ever dealt with. They NEVER answer the phones OR return calls, they take their sweet time to get anything fixed, their mobile app and website are constantly down causing issues when its time to pay rent and they are always wanting to charge extra for payment methods and late fees when THEY make it almost impossible to pay!! HORRIBLE COMPANY

I am very satisfied with real property management due to the fact if there is any iissueor issue or anything needs to get fixed in my apartment they are on the ball. The staff is very friendly and on point. I wouldn't mind going through Real Property when i look for a house to rent.

Really really bad management company... Never answ...

Really really bad management company... Never answers the phone. (just called 4 times in a row without an answer during open hours). Literally does not care what so ever whenever my family has issues. Their 24/7 maintenance hotline I am convinced is fake. no one exists.. There is no customer service..

Just no one cares and it is the most frustrating thing.. Claim to fame it telling us "we will check into the issue" and will never call back..

Our air conditioning broke in June and it took over a week for anyone to come look at it. We had to live somewhere else because we could not stand the heat.

Please save yourself the trouble and just avoid this company at all costs

Absolute nightmare experience! The day I moved in...

Absolute nightmare experience! The day I moved in I walked in and nearly passed out from the smell. When they cleaned the carpets it released the pet urine odor. The place was not clean at all! I made calls and emails and no help. The dryer didn't work properly and the washer had grime and mold inside the seal. RPM Tidewater told me that it was my responsibility to fix any appliances. I said, "even if it's not working when you first move in? I had to pay $300 to fix the dryer. I happened to know someone who was an business acquaintance of the owner so I did get the carpets replaced after about a month. I put in a few work orders because there was no not water in the kitchen. It was never repaired, but I was charged for the service call. My lease had an end date, so was I crazy to assume that was it. No, they told me I had to give two months notice or I would be charged.....who does that? I have rented before and that is not par for the course. I could go on and on. I'm so relieved to be out of this contract. Wish I would have read reviews. The only good reviews seem to be from property owners. The tenants are charged for everything.

Absolutely miserable to work with and a complete waste of money. Repairs are completed at a cost 4-5x higher than market value plus they add a fee just for making the phone call. They have 5-6 people working on any one account and it is impossible to get a straight answer. I wish there were 0 stars.

This place is an absolute joke. Do not waste you t...

This place is an absolute joke. Do not waste you time or your money on them! Their apartments are infested with roaches. You'd think that coming into an apartment with 50+ roaches on the floor daily is reason enough to nullify your lease? Nope, not to them. They said I would still be responsible for paying my rent until someone else could take over the lease- not to mention it would force me to forfeit my $925.00 security deposit. Emailed management over and over requesting to speak to the owner in which I was told I could not do. I paid well over $4000.00 for an apartment that was by law, uninhabitable. After they found a new renter and agreed to refund my my security deposit, I agreed to let the issue die and not seek legal action. That was until they re- keyed the apartment without even giving me the opportunity to turn in the keys and took that out of my security deposit. How unethical can a business get?
They told me I was not allowed to turn in my keys until they found a new renter. Since I wanted to abide my the rules and not put myself at fault, I kept them- patiently waiting for them to find a new renter so I could be released from this nightmare. They gave me 10 hours notice that the new renter was going to move in. When I inquired on when I was to turn in my keys, they said they had already re keyed the apartment and that cost was going to be taken out of my deposit. COMPLETELY AGAINST THE LAW as the apartment was 100x cleaner than when I first leased it and there were no damages AT ALL. Not to mention I was told by Ms. Gray (the operations manager) that as long as maintain the property and keep the utilities in my name, I would get my security deposit refunded.
Moral of the story: RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
Oh and, legal action is most definitely being pursued.

Applied, got approved for a place. They won t let you secure your place with a deposit until you view it. If you re military, it s not always possible. They said I wasn t the most qualified after already approved. Switched my application to another place they were renting, and they then gave that to someone else as well. Left me with less than a weeks notice and no where to stay. Don t do it. It s not worth it. Find anywhere else but through them.

RPM of Tidewater has done an exceptional job managing my property over the past two years. My property manager (Sara Call) is always easy to get in contact with and quick to resolve any issues. Distribution of rental income is fast and seamless with their automated payment system and the on-line owner portal provides easy and quick access to all of your pertinent files and records. As a property owner I feel confident knowing I have a TEAM managing my property and not just a single person. I would absolutely recommend RPM of Tidewater for your rental management needs from the start they have always been professional and willing to communicate to ensure expectations are met!

I have and continue to experience remarkable service from RPM. There are multiple outstanding agents at RPM but Morgan and Chelsea generally handle any issues that arise regarding my properties. They both are very thorough as well as incredibly professional and polite. They simply do an outstanding job. Needless to say, I am very satisfied with the level of service they have provided. Morgan and her team have been extremely responsive to all of my inquiries on a property we own in Virginia Beach and managed by RPM Tidewater. Our tenant vacated the end of February and within days Morgan had arranged for inspection, cleaning, repairs, yard work and had prospective tenants ready to view the property. As an owner of two properties that RPM is managing...

As an owner of two properties that RPM is managing, I can't say one bad thing about them. They are communicative, thorough, and pleasant to deal with -- especially Chelsea. All of my emails and calls have been answered or responded to within 48 business hours (but usually more like 1 business day), they never hesitate to answer any type of question I've had and most importantly, my property was rented within 3 weeks of it hitting the market for more than we anticipated. I can't say enough good things. My only regret is that we didn't hire them sooner!

I'm very disappointed in RPM's inability to collect and disburse rents in a timely manner. I have been lead to believe that payment would be received, only to be told day after day that the check is in the mail. Further, RPM's inability to address minor issues with the property in an efficient manner leave both me and tenants dissatisfied with the care of the property and quality of support. Their negligence is legion.

1 Star because Zero is not an option...

The costumer service is horrendous. Quite simply they never answer the phones, they will get back "within 48 business HOURS" i.e.: 6 business days since that will always overlap a weekend just wait till next week. There is often confusion in the office and people give conflicting answers in an intentionally misleading manner.

Just don't bother. Please spare yourself. If you are looking for a rental your time in the area will probably be short enough that even if one of their properties is a 'perfect location' its not worth it. It just isn't, consider yourself warned and be ready to suffer the karmic retribution for the poor decision you are about to make.

One small example of how much they care about their costumer relationships. After leaving we received a simple exit survey, low and behold the 4-question 30 seconds worth of feedback was closed for responses. Apparently ignoring survey answers was going to be to much effort so they just called off the entire idea.

So after paying application fees and putting down ...

So after paying application fees and putting down a deposit we were unable to rent the house we wanted with RPM Tidewater because they would not let us, within our legal rights, not sign a full waiver of our Servicemember Civil Relief Act rights. They were a bit pushy that we should just sign away our federal rights. In not allowing us to not do so they caused a great hardship to our military family during our move. We had to scramble to find a new rental once we arrived which is resulting in an extra week in a half in a hotel room and then an extra 2 weeks without our stuff.

Military members should stay away from this company, and they are in a military town. If you appreciate those in the military, you should also not use this business because they are only hurting military members with their policies, which we were told are something all Real Property Management branches have.

If I would give 0 stars I would the type of business this company does shouldn t even be legal. I am military and I applied for a place when I was out to sea to move my family to Virginia when I got state side was told I was approved but not the most qualified they allow multiple candidates to apply for a single property to scam you into paying a application fee. I would stay far away from this company especially if you are military just read the reviews.

After reading some of the reviews below, I was a little shocked. My husband and I actually had a great experience with RPM, we've been living in an apartment for 3 years and just recently decided to rent a house here in Norfolk which happened to be through RPM. From day 1, we had a great experience with the staff and especially Maria. I honestly feel like she went above and beyond and sometimes out of her way to make our experience a great one. She was extremely prompt on emails and has been very responsive and quick about any of our concerns or questions. We even found some concerning things in the house after we signed the lease and she approached the owner to try and get us some help with a couple of work orders. She's been so generous and helpful toward us since we first contacted her about the property we wanted. I'm not sure if our experience will remain the same throughout our stay in this property, but as of now my review of Maria and RPM is definitely a 5-star review. I definitely hope our stay here will remain a positive one!

First and foremost this property management compan...

First and foremost this property management company BUYS and creates fake reviews! BEWARE anyone looking to hire this company to manage their property or to rent. They will not take care of your building and they will allow the Tennant's to live in inhumane conditions, rodents, no hot water, dirty water, bugs. For me the paint started chipping on my bath. I had a new born baby who was born 6 weeks premature. The paint chips would float around in the tub water. I called almost everyday to have this fixed for 6 months! These people are heartless and as a culture have immoral values and have screwed over almost every Tennant that I spoke to in my building. In the end I was told by Edward that I needed to spackle and paint the walls before moving out. They had been telling us for over 6 months that they would come repaint the walls as the building was settling and the paint was decaying from the wall. We were charged 850 dollars for the paint not matching the wall. When I asked Morgan the manger she said she listened to the phone call and that at the end of it he said that she handles these things so to speak with her for any further questions. She said that I should have contacted her, that I was not supposed to paint anything just spackle, RPM does not hold their employees accountable. When we did not have hot clean water for over a week I was laughed at when I told them that is illegal and told, "good luck with that the person who owns this property is a lawyer." When I contacted a lawyer he said that he was actually already representing someone currently against RPM. He told me that I would win my case but that I may not get enough to cover my legal fees. He told me it wasn't worth my peace of mind. This is a horrible company who will treat you inhumanely. Avoid them at all cost.

We have always had problem with this company hones...

We have always had problem with this company honestly to many issues to list. Whoever makes the big decisions are always hiding behind the young ladies who answered the phones making them look bad! I tried to pay my rent this weekend and unfortunately for me this time I have to pay from two different bank accounts. Well RPM won't let you do that and they don't let you know until after I made the first payment. So when I am trying to make my second one they shut me out. I just tried calling to see if there was some way for them to accept my payment now and they tell me they will charge me just about $20 to take my payment and I will have a late fee regardless. I just like everyone else work really hard for their money and I think it's ridiculous to have company's like this take advantage of someone over something like this. I cannot wait to get out of this lease! Worse company ever! They definitely don't care about anyone just the money! Thanks for taking a hundred to two hundred in late fees for something that could have easily been fixed!

Tried to charge me a $1500 deposit for a property less than 700 a month and I have ok credit with a great rental history. Absolutely insane! What in the world is a weekend moving fee and why is it $100?? If the admin fee wasn t waived that deposit would ve been $1750... talk about a scam. Rent elsewhere.

They re so sweet!!!! The receptionist is always very professional and helpful. I rented from them for 3 years, ran into financial hardship towards the end, communicated it with the acct manager, Chelsea, and she was so nice with trying to provide me with solutions. The home owners are going to be disappointed at 12...

The home owners are going to be disappointed at 1227 Bell Tower because I have to go as far filing a complaint with HUD which will prohibit the property from being rented and possibly shut down all rentals through the company. I had my paperwork in for the house to be inspected and they gave the house to someone else because I didn't pay a deposit. By LAW I am not allowed put any money down until the property passes inspection. The inspection paper is to hold the house for me until the inspection was done. I received a email saying They gave the house to someone else. I was already setting my children in that school district and everything.
I was suggested to do things that would "boost" my application but was against HUD rules. They may say the rent to section 8 but they don't follow the law.

Well, we just moved in two weeks ago. I'd say with the little bit of time we have been here they have done their very best so far. They are less likely to call and speak with you but are very diligent when emailing. If you want to contact them, email is the way to go. They were on top of a work order that needed to be completed immediately so, overall, 4 stars. Hopefully this company will continue to be professional and kind. Thank you.

I decided to list one of my properties for rent and Morgan walked me through the entire process. Morgan made it super easy and had my house photographed and put on the market. My house was on the market for 1 day and rented! 1 day! I was super stoked. Thank you RPM for the excellent service and a big thank you to Morgan!

This is my first home so I was quite nervous but RPM made my experience very pleasant. The property manager kept me up to date on changes, was most helpful on the accommodations of the home and quite polite. RPM was also very professional,courteoues and I am very happy with my home.

RPM was the worst company that I've ever rented from!!! They have no customer service etiquette. As for maintenance service, I had to contact the owner of the property four months after moving in, contact an attorney and correspond via certified mail because they never fixed any of the issues in the property until I had done this. I wouldn't recommend their establishment to anyone, not even an enemy. If I had my way, they wouldn't even get one star. This is saying too much about them!!

Excuses and lies are what they are known best for. I've reported them to the BBB and I can't even begin to express how excited I will be to move out of my present property DUMP. Renting via them has been a huge costly mistake. Avoid the General Booth office at all cost. You will be greatly disappointed. July 2019 can't come fast enough! Wish I could leave a "0" rating! You've been warned! My apartment was managed by this group in the last year before I moved. They decided to replace all of the plumbing around the holidays and was forced to leave my apartment with about 1 weeks notice and move temporarily to a downstairs apartment. So I spent thanksgiving living out of a suitcase in someone else's apartment.
Then 2 months after I moved out, I eventually charged 95 dollars for trash in the disposal. I ran the disposal and it ran perfectly before I left without noise or trash seen. I guess 95 dollars is the going rate to reach your hand in a disposal to scrub it clean. Will not rent with them again.

The service is absolutely awful. This company wants your money and nothing else. They don t care about you once you sign. Not at all... Not once did I have a pleasant experience requesting service, repairs to the property, or issues with the maintenance of the property. They even charged me for removing a broken AC unit that was in the property when I moved in! Do yourself a favor , stay away from RPM Tidewater.

Going through the rental process was fast and easy. Jeanine who showed the property was prompt and very pleasant. The application process was faster than expected and Chelsea was great to coordinate with. When I realized that Judy Reed was associated with RPM, it did not surprise me as to why the process and the experience was great. I bought a home from Judy back in 2002 and she was fantastic to deal with then. Other rental agencies should take notes on how well RPM services their clients!

She responded quickly to any question I had during the application process and she made sure i had all the information I needed to make the process go smoothly. When i went to sign my lease (in their beautiful office) Fayth made sure i understood everything and assured me that if i had any questions i could reach out to her. My experience with RPM thus far has been one to remember! My wife and I have had nothing but positive communication with management and getting things done fast, and smoothly. I recently moved into my new home, managed by RPM Tidewater. I received a quick turn around for the application and was able to move in when planned. One recommendation would be to have the leasing agent meet the new resident at the home instead of making the resident drive to the office in Virginia Beach. When I arrived to my home my garage clicker didn't work, but maintenance quickly put in a work order to get the issue resolved. No rental property is PERFECT, but I appreciate RPM Tidewater for getting back to me at a reasonable time to handle my concerns. During the application window I had to call backs few times to get questions answered, but since moving in and dealing with Morgan and the inspections/maintenance team I have been taken care of. I wish Morgan could have handled my entire process, but nonetheless I'm happy and I'm enjoying my new home!

Suuuuper sketchy! Applied to one of the apartments at this company, and they were VERY restrictive on move-in dates. There was an obvious place on the ceiling that appeared to have been painted over, and while they did say the leak was being worked on, initially they seemed to not want to address it. Cat fee is $250 plus monthly $35 fee, $100 dollar app fee, $250 "administrative" fee, and first month's rent as down payment. Unavailable for in person showings. There were also errors in the property listing. Definitely feel like getting out of that situation was worth the application fee.

They are by far the worst property management company I have ever had to deal with. I, as the renter, was scammed out of more than $1000 of late fees and admin fees when I never made a late payment. Their computer system is complete crap will add fees for FUTURE dates. If you have to deal with them, make payments in person and get a DATED receipt. You will need it. Don't rent with people that go through RPM!!!!!!

I wish I would have read these reviews prior to my move and signing a lease with this company. I would rate them zero stars too, but that option doesn't exist. I have experienced the same as some of the other responses here. , HVAC went out last year in August weeks after I moved in and I had to wait 1 week for repairs. No one would answer the phone and they offered no other alternative. I have 2 pets it was 100 degrees in the house. Went and purchased 2 portal units, They/the owners made no restitution for the $1000.00 I spent. In addition, when the company they contracted with came to fix the unit, they left in in auxiliary mode, this I found out when the unit went out again in 2017, My bills were ridiculous and when I produced them, upon RPM request they said no it was standard for a home of this size. The home was never professional cleaned when I moved in, the vents in the home are completely clogged with pet hair. I am now responsible for professionally cleaning the carpets. Make sure you read your lease agreement thoroughly before signing. RPM will use your security deposit not for any damages but for the professional cleaning of the carpets and I guess anything else they deemed necessary to include what is considered normal wear and tear. DO NOT RENT THROUGH THIS COMPANY!!! They have zero heart and DO NOT CARE about the tenant, only the MONEY!! A heartless company I pray for them everyday for the pain and stress they have caused me. Class Action anyone????

I do not recommend doing business with this company! They will poorly manage your property and will pass blame on and take no ownership. They do annual inspections but inspections are a quick video walk through where no attention to detail is taken. They do not look for leaks or other hidden damages that could cost you the owner plenty of money if left un reapaired. Also when my lease ended the tenants had trashed the place and RPM did not handle the repairs caused by tenants. In fact they were so negligent they let the 45 day limit pass on processing the tenants security deposit before they had all of the estimates in. I called them on this 2 days before the deadline but their response to me was sorry it was our mistake on getting estimates but you can hire an attorney and go after tenants your self. Isn't this the bread and butter of what a property management company does?? They could have easily billed tenants for damage and sent them to collections. These people have no business managing properties and I would suggest going with a different company.

I have rent from this company for 2 years, horrible service, nothing was fixed but they closed all the repairs that I have requested. Customer service and the communication was terrible. They don't hold themselves accountable for any wrong doing . Everything fell on the tenant even if it was their fault. Upon moving out (thank God) I received a settlement statement which they took all my security deposit and tried to say I owe them more money. This is the worst rental company I have ever rented from. Bought my own home and had to get out of there. They do not care about their tenants only your money.

Worst experience ever renting with them. They never answered our phone calls. Took them months to fix any issues we brought up and had maintenance people not show up on multiple occasions. To top it off: the kept a majority of our security deposit; we had the carpets professionally cleaned before we left and they charged us 250 to do it again. They also charged us 150 bucks to replace 3 lights, the AC filter (which was replaced before we left) and to fix a towel rack in a bathroom. Would go to court but it's not worth it, which is why they probably screw people out of their security deposit anyway. Bunch of scum bags.

Worst property management!..I've been calling for almost a year now in regards to my balcony door not closing properly. They continually send someone out to "access" the situation, instead of fixing the problem. This had lead to ridiculous power bills on my part due to not being able to close and lock the door. I was also hit with a 50.00 "administrative fee" for supposedly having a guest for more than 2 weeks at my home (I never had a guest at my home for that extended time) . When I called and tried to have this claim validated on their part, it couldn't be, but I still had to pay the fee regardless. ..I will never rent from this company again.

Our rental property was vacated and quite honestly not left in the best state by the departing tenants. The team at Real Property Management, specifically Morgan and Chelsea, were able to quickly get our rental property back into top shape, and it was rented again in less than two weeks. They were very responsive to our requests and inquiries; and were very in-tuned with our concern of not having our property vacant for too long. Excellent work!

I am highly disappointed in the experience I've endured with this company. The expenses of this whole year has been very stressful and they have no remorse when you're going through a situation. They never told me that I was required to use one of their vendors to clean the home before the lease is over and that it comes out of my deposit. There was a a break in and an aggrivated assult with a gun shooting within the household and they did not care. They said we would still have to pay monthly rent even if we moved out. They don't care about your safety and I will never recommend this company to anyone. I hope nobody has to go through what I had to. Save yourself the money and stress and just go somewhere else.
