My apartment was managed by this group in the last year before I moved. They decided to replace all of the plumbing around the holidays and was forced to leave my apartment with about 1 weeks notice and move temporarily to a downstairs apartment. So I spent thanksgiving living out of a suitcase in someone else's apartment.
Then 2 months after I moved out, I eventually charged 95 dollars for trash in the disposal. I ran the disposal and it ran perfectly before I left without noise or trash seen. I guess 95 dollars is the going rate to reach your hand in a disposal to scrub it clean. Will not rent with them again.
