I wish I would have read these reviews prior to my move and signing a lease with this company. I would rate them zero stars too, but that option doesn't exist. I have experienced the same as some of the other responses here. , HVAC went out last year in August weeks after I moved in and I had to wait 1 week for repairs. No one would answer the phone and they offered no other alternative. I have 2 pets it was 100 degrees in the house. Went and purchased 2 portal units, They/the owners made no restitution for the $1000.00 I spent. In addition, when the company they contracted with came to fix the unit, they left in in auxiliary mode, this I found out when the unit went out again in 2017, My bills were ridiculous and when I produced them, upon RPM request they said no it was standard for a home of this size. The home was never professional cleaned when I moved in, the vents in the home are completely clogged with pet hair. I am now responsible for professionally cleaning the carpets. Make sure you read your lease agreement thoroughly before signing. RPM will use your security deposit not for any damages but for the professional cleaning of the carpets and I guess anything else they deemed necessary to include what is considered normal wear and tear. DO NOT RENT THROUGH THIS COMPANY!!! They have zero heart and DO NOT CARE about the tenant, only the MONEY!! A heartless company I pray for them everyday for the pain and stress they have caused me. Class Action anyone????
