As an owner of two properties that RPM is managing, I can't say one bad thing about them. They are communicative, thorough, and pleasant to deal with -- especially Chelsea. All of my emails and calls have been answered or responded to within 48 business hours (but usually more like 1 business day), they never hesitate to answer any type of question I've had and most importantly, my property was rented within 3 weeks of it hitting the market for more than we anticipated. I can't say enough good things. My only regret is that we didn't hire them sooner!
