I recently moved into my new home, managed by RPM Tidewater. I received a quick turn around for the application and was able to move in when planned. One recommendation would be to have the leasing agent meet the new resident at the home instead of making the resident drive to the office in Virginia Beach. When I arrived to my home my garage clicker didn't work, but maintenance quickly put in a work order to get the issue resolved. No rental property is PERFECT, but I appreciate RPM Tidewater for getting back to me at a reasonable time to handle my concerns. During the application window I had to call backs few times to get questions answered, but since moving in and dealing with Morgan and the inspections/maintenance team I have been taken care of. I wish Morgan could have handled my entire process, but nonetheless I'm happy and I'm enjoying my new home!
