Shay is seriously the best realtor there is, period! As a new home buyer, I did not know anything about the process she was so willing to hold my hand throughout the entire thing. My husband and I had an excellent experience working with Shay selling our home. Shay was recommended to us by my parents after she sold a townhome they had inherited in Aurora, as well as their home in Highlands Ranch this past spring. Both properties sold within the first weekend of being listed, both had multiple offers, and both sold for over list price. The townhome for 5k over list price and their house for 26k over list price. Needless to say, my parents highly recommended Shay when we decided to sell our home in Stapleton this summer. We interviewed Shay and several other agents, and she made the decision easy for us. Shay explained the process of selling our home and was extremely detail oriented- especially with the timeline of events, price, and paperwork. To help get the house ready to go on the market, Shay, out-of-pocket, hired a home stager and professional cleaner to ensure our home was as beautiful as a model home. She went above and beyond by researching our neighborhood not just by internet. She was out meeting neighbors, visiting the parks and town center, going to events, going to other open houses- to really get to know the neighborhood and to better advertise and sell our home. Anytime we needed anything Shay was available to answer questions, concerns, and offer expert advice. We had an open house the first weekend we were on the market with over 100 people coming by each day as well as dozens of showings. By Monday we had offers in the double digits; all at or above listed price. We ended up closing for 20k over list price (and far more than our neighbors up the street)! Shay knows how to work this market and get you the most for your home. If you want to sell your home quickly and for more than your neighbors, I definitely recommend Shay! She is amazing!
