I couldn't say enough about Shay if I were given all the time in the world. There's no one in the industry who will be more protective of you or listen to your needs more closely, and that's something that's extremely valuable when conducting transactions of this magnitude. Shay was always scanning the market for properties that fit my bill. She was consistently available to schedule walkthroughs for me when we found a good fit, and she always kept a keen eye out for potential problems. She was even able to successfully negotiate down my purchase price when appraisal came up a little short. I wouldn't trust my friends or family to anyone else but Shay Lowe.
